Ernie: I'm Ernie. You're Steven right?

Steven: Yeah, I am. Where are you from?

Ernie: Maine.

Steven: Say that again? *raised eyebrows*

Ernie: I said I am from Maine.

Steven: But, you're black!

Ernie: So?

Steven: There's no black people in Maine! Only white people!

Owen: You ignorant idiot! Yes, Maine has mostly Caucasian people, but you got few poc there!

Me: Exactly!

Ernie: Yeah! I was born and raised in Sanford, Maine! I was the only black person in school, but everyone else didn't have a problem with me!

Steven: I was expecting you to be from somewhere down south. Like Alabama or something. Where there is a lot of black folks.

Shayla: You better shut your racist mouth up right now, Steven!

Carlton: Facts! And, aren't you from Mississippi?

Steven: No, I'm from Texas!

Ashley: I know that Mississippi is one of the most racist states.

Steven: You wouldn't classify me as racist would you?

Ashley: I would say, borderline racist. Sorry, Ernie. We apologize on behalf of Steven's ignorance.

Ernie: Its okay.

Brandon: Anyone can be from Maine, regardless of their skin color.

Iris: That's right.
