Just to clarify, Calum never went to parties. Never. The only reason he was at Michael Clifford's Halloween party was because Calum's only friend, Ashton, had dragged him to the horrible thing. And Calum certainly regretted coming after Ashton left him alone in the crowded house in a ridiculous angel costume to go off and do ungodly things to some girl he said was "Bryana."

Calum quickly went to the kitchen to pour himself a drink when a familiar tall, blonde douchebag approached him. "Hey, Calum," the blonde smirked. He leaned closer to Calum, "I was just thinking about you. What are you doing here anyway? you never go to parties."

Calum fidgeted uncomfortably and pulled at the hem of his short, tight white dress. "Ashton brought me. Go away, Luke."

Luke laughed. "Only if you were to come with me," He leaned down and Calum shuddered in disgust, which Luke disregarded. "What do you say, baby? Come home with me."

Calum scoffed, "In your dreams."

Luke laughed and hiccuped drunkenly; Calum watched the off-balance stumble and assessed his clumsiness. "Well you're certainly in those."

An idea popped into Calum's head. "Fine. But we're going to my house." Luke's eyes lit up and a triumphant smile painted his smug face.

"I knew you'd come around, baby." Calum covered the look of pure disgust and hate that threatened to grace his features and bit his lip.

"Yeah, yeah, let's just go, Luke." Calum tugged the boy outside.

Luke shakily led Calum to his car, the alcohol running through his veins disrupting his vision. "I'm driving since you clearly shouldn't be." Calum sighed and took Luke's keys, getting into the vehicle. Luke tried to remove the halo off Calum's head but Calum swatted his hands away, so he attempted to slide his hands beneath Calum's tight, white minidress, making Calum glare at Luke impatiently. "Damnit, Luke can you please stop being a pest for ten minutes? We're not fourteen anymore!" Calum snapped, making Luke retract his hands and bow his head.

"I'm sorry. About back then. I didn't know what I was doing, baby, I was scared they'd hate me, too."

Calum sighed. "Luke, you outing me to the whole school it was horrible, but I get it. You didn't want them to know about us. It's fine." Calum lied, adding a fake smile to hide the angst brewing in his eyes.

"I still love you, Cal. I don't care how young we were I know I loved you then and I know I love you now." Luke said, followed by an unsteady hiccup.

"Shut up, Luke. You only know what love is when you're too drunk to lie to yourself." Luke half-heartedly smiled, turning to the angel boy.

"Do you love me, still, Calum?" Calum shook his head.

"I can't lie to you, Luke. I don't love you and I never did."

Luke sighed, nodding his head. "I know. When I'm drunk I always get my hopes up."

Calum pulled into his driveway and looked at the blonde next to him, eyeing his height. "Lukey, how much do you weigh?" Luke sent the other boy a puzzled look.

"I don't know, I think 160? Yeah, around there. Why?" Calum is both acutely aware of and indifferent to Luke's quizzical look.

Calum shrugged, unlocking the car doors and getting out. "I don't know, just curious."

Calum pulled Luke into his house, making the blonde stumble drunkenly. "What are you gonna do to me, Cal?" Calum clasped Luke's fingers with his own and pressed the blonde's back against the edge of the kitchen sink and leaned in to whisper,

"I'm gonna kill you, Lukey."

A look of shock and confusion crossed Luke's dazed features as Calum pressed his back farther into the edge of the sink. Calum quickly turned the other boy around and used his own body to hold Luke's in place as he grabbed his pale hand and thrusted it quickly into the drain of the sink, holding it there while he turned on the garbage disposal. Luke barely had time to scream as his bright red blood spurted out in every direction and the sound of metal whirring and fragile bones twisting and snapping. Luke howled in pure agony and the word "why" poured out his lips as the red blood painted Calum's sickening smile while Luke tried to squirm away. Luke's blood gurgled up in red bubbles and Calum yanked what was left of Luke's hand out of the sink and Luke's eyes filled with horror at the mangled twist of tissue in his blurry vision. Luke's throat stung from wailing and his eyes were red with tears and his own blood, the substance covering everything around him. All the tormented boy could see was red and his ears were ringing. Suddenly, Calum threw Luke to the ground and kneed him in the face so he would pass out.
