When the world turns grim, dark and cold,

And Loneliness has us in its hold,

We no longer care for Life, its true, ya

Still shine brightly; see that Morning Star

It draws from our lips a hopeful Hallelujah

Hear the drums, they are deep within,

Our inner band, marching again
