Everyone was having breakfast.

Vidyut: Ruhi raat ko Saurav bhaiya ne laat maari? Bolo haa!! (Ruhi, at night, Saurav bhaiya kicked you? Say yes!)

Saurav (narrowing his eyes): Let her answer. Why say yes?

Vidyut (rolling his eyes): Say Ruhi?

Anirudh was enjoying this fight but sat with a poker face, whereas others were enjoying it fully.

Ruhi (looking at Vidyut): No... Saurav bhaiya didn't kick me.

Saurav (smirking): See...

Vidyut (sad pout): I also never kicked anyone. I am an innocent and cute sa bacha (baby).

Saurav (pulling his cheeks): Aww! Ale!! Cute baby. Now, stop crying and eat.

Vidyut (whining): Bhabhi, see, bhai is troubling me.

Before Harsha could speak.

Anirudh (shocked): Hold on! Why do you always drag my wife into your fights?

Vidyut (mumbling): Huh! Here comes Jalkukad (Jealous)

Anirudh glared at him.

Vidyut (rolling his eyes): Because she is my sister. My second mother. I have the right to complain to her if some Hitler's are troubling me.

Anirudh (with fake smile): For your kind information... She is my wife. So, your bhabhi. You should stop troubling her.

Saurav (cheering): Bhaiya, you are so mean here.

Vidyut: Absolutely correct. She has been our sister for 19 years and-

Saurav (cuts him in mid): No... You are 19 years old. That's why she has been your sister for 19 years. For me, it's 20 years.

Shalini, Khushi, and Ruhi were enjoying this while eating breakfast. Harsha was focused on the fight, forgetting her breakfast, whereas others were busy with the argument.

Saurav: Aye chup karo aap! Ek to hum apni behan ke liye kisi tarah to aapko haan boli. Aap aaye hum apni behan se door karne wale. (Shut up! First of all, somehow, we agreed to let you and our sister get married. Now, here you are trying to keep us away)

Vidyut: I agree with Saurav bhai. Humse panga mat lo. Varna hum aapko bhabhi ke aas pass bhi nahi aane dege. (Don't mess with us, or we won't let you get close to our sister.)

Harsha (sighed): Boys, stop! Ani, they are already fighting. Why are you troubling them? No more arguments. Quietly, have your breakfast and leave. I also have an appointment. I have to go too. So, hurry up!

Anirudh: She is my wife. So, you both just get lost.

He pecked Harsha's cheek to show his right to her. Before Saurav or Vidyut could speak.

Khushi jumped from Anirudh's lap and stood between Anirudh and Harsha.

Khushi (complaining): Papa... no mumma...

Harsha (with a teasing smile): He is my husband.

She pecked on Anirudh's cheek.

Khushi (angrily): No...

Khushi glared at her, and she wiped Anirudh's cheek, pecking it. Anirudh giggles at both.

Harsha narrowed her eyes and again pecked on Anirudh's cheek. Khushi too repeated her action, pecking his cheek.

A sweet family scene was going on, and Vidyut, Saurav and Shalini were enjoying it, but suddenly, remembering her mother, Ruhi's smiley face turned into a sad one. Tears brimmed in her eyes.

Not listening to Ruhi's laugh anymore, Shalini's attention shifted to Ruhi.

Shalini (worried): Ruhi kya hua? (What happened?)

Listening to Shalini's voice, everyone saw Ruhi.

Shalini embraces Ruhi in a hug. Khushi jumped from the sofa and walked towards Ruhi. She patted Ruhi's hand.

Khushi (sad pout): No Yuhiiii...

Shalini (caressing Ruhi's hair): Say baby what happened...

Ruhi (sobbing): Mumma ki yaad aa rahi hai. Mumma ke sath remote-controlled car ke liye aese ladti thi na main. (I am missing mom. I used to fight with my mom like this for a remote-controlled car.)

A silence fell for a few seconds.

Vidyut (to divert Ruhi's mind): Ruhi, you know how to use the remote-controlled car?

Ruhi nodded with teary eyes.

Saurav's lips curved into a smile as he remembered that he wanted his sister to learn boys' games, as he doesn't find girls' games interesting.

Saurav: Let's have a race. We can play as a team. Ruhi, you know what Vidyut always loses his game.

Vidyut (whining): Bhaiiiii....

Saurav smirked.

Vidyut (teasing smile): You can't drag into me everything negative. Agar phir se aese kuch bola na to main Mihika Bhabhi ko boluga...  Saurav Bhaiya snores so loudly, and he also has a habit of kicking in between his sleep. (If you repeated it again, then I will inform Mihika bhabhi.)

He turned to Ruhi.

Vidyut: You have to say yes, okay?

Ruhi giggles...

Khushi (excitedly): Yesh...

Vidyut (smirking): See see, even Khushi will also support me.

Saurav (rolling his eyes): Go and bring our cars and tape also.

He said, taking Khushi in his arms.

Ruhi (pout): No... We will win.

Vidyut went and came back with remote-controlled cars, and also he bought tapes to mark the starting line and finish.

Ruhi, Khushi, Saurav and Vidyut were busy with the game and argument. Shalini sighed, looking at Ruhi enjoying again. She was glad that at least Vidyut and Saurav were trying to accept her.

Anirudh took his phone and went into his room.

Shalini saw and followed him by pushing the wheel of her chair. Harsha sat with others.

Shalini: Ani, we need to talk.

Anirudh nodded. He sat on the bed in front of Shalini.

Shalini: Ani, do you even want to try to accept Ruhi?

Anirudh (calmly): Dadi, I won't. She is nothing to me.

She went out of the room and looked at the kids, who were enjoying it fully. She smiled, looking at them.

Shalini smiled, looking at Ruhi arguing with Saurav to let her win.

It's a usual thing between brothers to argue over a useless topic and tease each other. After Ruhi entered their life. Things turned out to be difficult and awkward for them. So, everyone was silent.

Now, again, as Vidyut and Saurav started to be comfortable with Ruhi. Arguments begin in life before.

Shalini is happy about this, but at the same time. She wants Anirudh to join them as well. To accept Ruhi.
