Vidyut's POV: We know Dadi loves us a lot but will her decision affect our bond? She is also right. She doesn't want her granddaughter to suffer. How will we live with her under the same roof? Bhaiya will be more hurt. Whom to support? Both are right in their place.

He sighed not knowing what to do. He decided to leave for college. Clearing his throat, he came out of his room.

Vidyut: Dadi, Bhabhi... I am leaving for the college. Bye!!

Khushi (grumpily): Cha... (uncle)

Vidyut smiled and went near her. She quickly crawled towards him.

Vidyut (narrowing his eyes): Yes madam?

Khushi (trying to climb in his arms, giggling): Ieeeee-eeemmmmm (Ice-cream)

Vidyut (raising his eyebrow): You want ice cream?

Khushi giggled, nodding. Harsha shook her head in disbelief.

Vidyut (acting like thinking): Hum ice-cream khane kaise jaa sakte hai? Papa to car leke gaye. (How can we go to get ice cream? Your father took the car.)

Khushi (shook her head): Papa naaaa...

Vidyut (mimicking Khushi): Papa haaa... Acha ek kaam karte hai. Main college se ho kar aata hoon phir Papa bhi aayege car leke. Phir hum ice cream khane jate hai, okay madam? (Let's do one thing. In the evening, when I will be back from college, and your father too will be back. We will go to have ice cream, okay madam?)

Khushi glared at him for postponing the plan but then nodded.

Khushi (giggling, pointing at Ruhi): Eeee Ieeeee-eeemmmmm cha? (Ruhiiiiiiii Ice cream cha?)

Vidyut stared at Ruhi for a few seconds as he understood Khushi was asking if Ruhi could join them for ice cream.

Vidyut (peaking Khushi's cheek): Byee baby. Meri bhabhi ko tang nahi karna!!!

He made Khushi sit properly.

Vidyut: Bye Dadi, bhabhi...

With this, he walked out.

Harsha (placing her hand on Shalini's shoulder): Chinta mat Karo Dadi. Theek ho jayega sab (Don't worry Dadi. Everything will be fine)

Shalini nodded.

Skips to evening...

The whole day, Ruhi spent with Khushi. Though she misses her mumma the most, Khushi's company distracts her mind.

It was evening time.

Shortly, everyone will be back home from their respective work.

When the bell rang.

Khushi (happily clapping): Papa... Papa... papapapapapa...

Shalini (giggling): Haa Haa aa gaya Tera papa (Yes, your father is here.)

Khushi laughed loudly.

Harsha went to open the door and found Mihika.

Mihika: Hi bhabhi...

She hugged her.

Harsha (breaking the hug): Mihika... Saurav isn't back yet. For whom did you come early?

She teased her. They walked in.

Mihika (with shy smile): Bhabhi... I am here to check if Ruhi is comfortable here.

Harsha (confused): Ruhi? Do you know about her?

Shalini: She found out about Sarika's death. With the help of her NGO. She called Vidyut. Mihika, you did great by not calling Saurav or Anirudh. They wouldn't have thought about anything.

Mihika (sighed): I know that's why I called Vidyut. As Harsha Bhabhi must be busy with you and Khushi. I couldn't call her.

Shalini nodded. Mihika sat in front of Khushi and Ruhi.

Mihika: Hi babies... Ruhi baby, you okay?

Ruhi nodded.

Mihika: Maine to chocolates laaye hai. Khushi and Ruhi ko pasand hai?

Khushi excitedly nodded; Ruhi giggled, looking at Khushi. Mihika chuckled looking at them. She took chocolates from the bag, opened the wrapper of one chocolate and handed it to Khushi.

Khushi excitedly took it, forwarding it to Ruhi's mouth, asking her to have a bite. Ruhi took the first bite with a wide smile on her lips. Mihika gushed happily looking at them. She took the other chocolate and handed it to Ruhi

Shalini (happy tears in eyes): Ye na apne baap aur chachu ko mana legi. (She will make her father and uncle agree)

Harsha: Bilkul Dadi. Vo log iski ichhaa ko mana bhi nahi kar sakege. (Yes Dadi. They won't disagree with her wish)

Shalini hummed taking Bhalaiya of Khushi and Ruhi.

Harsha and Mihika looked at each other and smiled playfully. As if they understood what to do next to make their better half agree to keep Ruhi with them and give her a family.

Shalini couldn't move her eyes from Khushi and Ruhi as they were feeding chocolates to each other. No one can say they just met a few hours ago, but they seem like long-lost sisters.
