Somewhere in the Wayne Manor

Bruce POV

I realize that Vlad had already left when I wanted to talk to him more about young Daniel. The child has a mask on that hides his true feelings. I wonder what Vlad had done to him.

I decide to go look for the boy, who had went into the gardens with Tim. I syarted to look around for the boy till I spotted him. His back was facing me but something didn't seem right. I walked up to him but I soon realized something was off.

I quickly went over to him and grabbed his hand when I saw that his arm was bleeding. He look up at me with a confuse look.

He doesn't know what he was doing.

"Are you okay, Daniel?"

"Yes,"

He's lying.

"Come on, let's get that taken care of."

I took his hand in my as we walked back to the mansion. I had notice that he had a surprise look in his eyes when I told him that we need to take care of his arm.

Why was that?

"Bruce, what happen?"

We both stopped in out track to see Tim and Dick looking at Daniel.

"Nothing happen,"

Why lie?

"Daniel," I look down at him but he was avoiding eye contact.

"Like I said nothing happen."

Something did happen.

"Daniel, you-"

"I hurt myself by accident!"

I froze when he snapped at me but his eyes were glowing a deadly green color.

I forgot about that two till Tim said something.

"His eyes…"

"Yes my eyes change colors, get over it!"

I gave Dick a look which he got right away.

"Come on Tim,"

I made Daniel walk off with me as the other two went somewhere else.

He's hiding something…

Danny POV

We soon sat in some room as he told me to take off my shirt which I refuse to do.

"It'll heal,"

"Daniel you-"

"Call me Danny,"

Danny-"

"Like I said, it'll heal."

I was staring hard at the ground while kicking my legs back and forth as I was force to sit on some table.

"Fine but tell me what really happen."

"I told you-"

"Don't lie,"

Fine, I guess I have no choice.

"I had an episode when I was crying." I look up at him. He gave me a sad confuse look which I hated.

"I'm not use to crying and I panic."

It's not a whole truth or a complete lie.

"Was there a reason for you crying?"

"Can we please drop the subject. I didn't know why we came here today. I thought it was visit not to be left here without father." I look away from him but now at the door.

"Can I go to my room?"

"Would you like me to show you to your room?"

"Yes,"

Why can't people just leave me alone?!

Dick POV

I let go of Tim arm once we were away from Danny. I made him look me in the eyes.

"You're my little brother but so is Danny. I didn't tell you because I wasn't sure where he was. I don't remember much of my past. All I know is that I had a brother with a different father. His father took him because of some deal that I'm still trying to figure out. I told Bruce about him when I came here and I ask for his help. I didn't know he was a Masters till Bruce came into my room just today. He told me that he found my brother and that he'll be coming today with his father. I didn't think he'll be little or a meta. I didn't-"

"Okay, I get it!"

I look at Tim who was tears go down his face.

"Why are you-"

"I'm sorry for how I was acting. I should had just ask you and not take it out on the two of you. I just wanted you to trust me more but I also wanted Danny to like me. But he doesn't look like he gets out much or have any fun."

"I forgive you little brother. I'm sorry that I didn't truth you enough to tell you. For now on I'll tell you more about my past or what I remember." I reach over to pull him into a hug. "So you wanted Danny to like you?"

"Yeah but we end up fighting."

"Already acting like brothers."

"Come on, I have to apologize." Tim mumble as he pulled away from my hug.

"Hey!"

"What?"

"Explained to me about Danny not getting out much?"

Tim was about to say something till he ran off. I took off after him wondering why he just ran off like that? I froze in my steps next to Tim when I saw Bruce holding Danny hand with a bleeding arm.

"Bruce, what happen?" I couldn't help but ask. I look at Danny as I try to hold in my tears.

"Nothing happen,"

"Daniel,"

"Like I said nothing happen."

"Daniel, you-"

"I hurt myself by accident!"

He just snapped at Batman?

"His eyes…"

I blinked at Tim words but I quickly saw Danny eyes.

"Yes my eyes change colors, get over it!"

I look over at Bruce to see what we could do. He gave me the look that I know so well. I look over at Tim as I grabbed his arm.

"Come on Tim,"

"I made things worst…"

"No, he's just not use to things yet. We just have to look out for him."

"If you say so…"

"I know so!" I laugh but my arm soon felt pain. "Ow!"

"Shut up!"

I do hope that they get along soon.

Danny POV

Once I was led to my room, I went to lay in my bed. I just wanted to sleep after everything that had happen today. I didn't even change my cloths since I didn't really care to.

I pull the covers over only to wish that I didn't have to hear that voice…

Little Badger,

Why won't you listen to me?

Don't you love me anymore?

You can run or hide from me!

I shut my eyes tight as I use the covers to block his voice. I didn't want to believe anything that was said but it's hard to.

I just want to be left alone…

I felt my head start hurting as the voices started to get louder. I felt myself get dizzy till I let the darkness take over my vision.
