The next day Naruto decided not to skip his day at the academy. Though the purpose of going still got on his nerves, he decided if missing to many would probably be a bad thing. Moving his goggles to the point of covering his eyes and the mark, and putting the bandages over his arms, he set out to the academy.

Walking into the academy curiously looking around he saw Shikamaru sleeping soundly making him grin slightly. sitting next to the lazy shinobi he giggled and poked the lazy boy on his head.
Naruto.
He muttered not budging a inch making him shake his head in amusement.
Looking towards Iruka who started to speak... the lectures were fine and all, but it still got to him as boring...
When class was over he sat down on the swing he always sat on, feeling the wind blow through his hair.
He paused as he heard a soft whisper...
Looking behind him, he didn't see anyone... just leaves rustling through... he stood up after a minute and felt the black markings somehow move... like it had a mind of its own...
Someone's there.
He looked towards the tree before he felt a hand grab his shoulder. He turned around quickly and put his hand up as black marks rushed to his finger tips.
woah! hey!
A boys voice shouted. It was a black haired boy with amber eyes. he seemed to be about his age...
Naruto blinked as he looked at the eleven year old standing in front of him. he placed his hands down and looked back towards the trees where the presence he felt was... but it was gone. he looked towards the boy and was sizing him up... was he going to be like most of the kids at the academy?
What are you doing here? class is over.
Naruto muttered making the black haired boy chuckle slightly scratching his head sheepishly.
I kinda am lost... I saw you here and decided to see if you could lead me to where this adress is.
He said honestly making Naruto deadpan at the thought.
How can you be lost. Konohagakure isn't that big.
He murmered making Him flush in embarrassment.
Yeah well, I'm new here.
he stated making Naruto blink.

He muttered before shrugging.
My name is Hyori by the way.
The now revealed Hyori said as they started to walk.
so where do you live?
Naruto muttered making him blink before he scrambled out a piece of paper.
Hokage-sama gave me this... ahh red light district I think.
Naruto blinked at that and looked over.
Lucky you, I'm your neighbor.
But deep inside he felt bad for him, the people around there like everywhere else hated him... so he might have to stand clear of Hyori.
Really?
he grabbed the paper and looked up at Naruto.
He nodded before walking past many buildings.
So how did you get lost? Don't you have someone looking out for you?
Naruto asked sideways glancing towards the boy walking beside him.
Ahh... I'm a orphan so no.
Naruto frowned, he seemed so carefree about it.
Sorry I brought it up.
Naruto apologized.
I didn't catch your name.
Hyori suddenly mentioned making Naruto turn towards him and smile.
Naruto.
They walked up a couple of steps before Naruto pointed towards the door that was Hyori's home.
That's your apartment..Mines just right here.
he said as he unlocked the door... but it seemed that the door was off the hinges and it fell down.
Naruto winced as he looked at the vandalized apartment.
Not again...
Hyori looked in and went wide eye.
Again!? what do you mean again!?
Hyori said in surprise.
Its nothing... just... go.
he muttered as he tried to put the door back but it failed miserably.
Naruto winced as the door fell again.
No tell me.
Hyori ordered making him look over and frown.
Just... Konoha's civilians don't really like me...
he muttered making Hyori put his hands on his hips.
Well that's not right.
He pressed on before shaking his head.
You know what. follow me, I won't have my first friend here stay here. Hokage-sama said I had a extra room.
he grabbed Naruto's wrist before pulling him along towards the door Naruto pointed at... Naruto was surprised that he called him a friend.. but spoke.
I don't want you to be hated cause of me.
Naruto muttered as Hyori fumbled out keys.
I don't care. That's not right.
he muttered as he opened the door before pulling him inside.
The place was spotless. nothing dirty, it was just refurbished with furniture.  Hyori looked around in surprise as well, it was his first time seeing his apartment aswell.
He opened the door to one of the bedrooms before smiling. he opened the other door and they both seemed equally as big.
Good, now whenever you want. move your clothes over. I don't want you living in a place like that.
Naruto frowned... he didn't have much of a choice.
Fine...
he murmered before walking out the door... a few minutes latter he brought in a small basket of laundry and went slowly into the other bedroom and sighed.
what a weird day.
He thought as he slowly began to fold the clothing...
He took his goggles off uncounciously before looking into the mirror in the room... The mark and eye was still there...
How am I going to hide this from someone I live with.
Naruto wondered before hearing the door open, he quickly turned away from the door and put back on the goggles before turning to see Hyori. he seemed to be tired.
Folding clothes isn't that difficult.
Naruto said before turning away... he looked at the clock and sighed. it was eleven at night... and he didn't want to be tired in the morning.
Goodnight Hyori.
He shouted out the door before closing it. he heard a muffled goodnight through the door before he walked towards his new bed.
I just hope they don't do the same to him...
