After Naruto's berserk moment in the forest, Meliodas was now carrying him towards the Hokage tower.. the looks given towards him was instantly shot down by a glare and some killer intent. He walked into the building and up the stairs ignoring the question from the secretary and slowly opened the door. "Hokage-Sama."

Hiruzen looked up at the opening of a door and sighed slightly knowing he was gonna get a earfull. He lightly let his eyes trail to the blond in his arms making him frown in worry before getting up quickly to see if the boy was alright.

"He's alright, he was tricked into stealing that scroll by Mizuki. Iruka should be here in a minute." Meliodas said with a sigh. He looked up at the portrait of the fourth Hokage with a small glare.

"He had no right using Naruto-kun..." Meliodas gritted his teeth in annoyance making Hiruzen sigh slightly knowing that he was right.
"Meliodas, when you brought Naruto here... Minato was the one who adopted him... but before they could celebrate he was forced to seal the Kyuubi into him." That piece of information made Meliodas frown.

"I see... and his adopted mother?" Meliodas asked making Hiruzen frown. "I do not know, she has been missing for all this time after the Kyuubi attack." He frowned thinking about the red haired woman.

Meliodas lightly looked down at the whiskered face boy before he let his head fall on his in annoyance. "Never lucky are we..." He thought in sadness before he felt the boy groan and move from under him. The two other occupants in the room turned to look and saw him look up slowly at Meliodas.

"Meliodas..." He lightly lifted his hand to the whole in his shirt and had a small glow onto his hand before the wound sealed up quickly making Meliodas smile slightly. "You should be resting." He joked making him smile slightly and turn towards the third Hokage.

"Gramps... why didn't you tell me?" He asked tiredly making the man bite his inner lip in nervousness. "For you to live a normal life... I only wished everyone could see you like Meliodas-san and Hyori-san." Naruto nodded in understanding before he turned back towards Meliodas.

"Do you hate me now M-Meliodas?" He sobbed out making his eyes widened at the question. "I would never." Meliodas promised making the boy raise his hands before he lunged forward and wrapped his arms around the boys neck and hug him with tears streaming down his face.

"I-i-it was s-so t-terrifying... I c-c-couldn't control it!" Naruto cried before continuing his sobbing. "A-a-and I hurt you t-t-too!" He stuttered making Meliodas rub his hand on his back.

Hiruzen was frowning at the boys talk, he wasn't able to see the fight with his crystal ball, but hearing that he hurt Meliodas was surprising.

"P-please... don't hate me like them!" He shouted In his neck making Meliodas have a pained expression adore his features. "I wouldn't cause I can't." Meliodas whispered making him look up surprised at the boys answer. "How am I able to hate you?"

Naruto felt his tears fall down before he felt emotionally exhausted and lay his head down onto his chest. "Do you wanna go home?" Meliodas whispered making him nod his head slowly. Hiruzen nodded at that before Meliodas lightly grabbed the forehead protector from his chest.

"That's Iruka-sensei's, he gave it to you and said you passed." Meliodas said making the boy smile warmly at the thought of his teacher being alright. He grabbed it and tied it to his arm so he would always have it with him.

Meliodas picked the boy up making Naruto flush up slightly. "I can walk..." Meliodas only shook his head at it before he waved the Hokage off with Naruto blushing as he walked out.

"Meliodas please... I don't like being carried like this." He whispered making Meliodas grin and lean slightly. "Even if it's me carrying you?" He shuddered at the voice and stuck his tongue out at the boy.

Once they got home, Hyori was there and began to talk Naruto's ear off for how worried he was. Naruto apologized many times before Hyori finally let him go.

Meliodas lightly layed him down finally on the bed with a small smile while Naruto looked at the boy with a frown. "I'll let you sleep." Meliodas said before getting up from the bed before a hand grabbed his quickly as soon as he got up.

"Don't go..." Naruto whispered lightly, Meliodas barely hearing it. Meliodas sat back down on the bedside with a nod. Naruto slowly pulled his hand and forced the boy to lay down next to him.

Naruto sniffed slightly looking at the whole that was in his shirt before he sobbed again remembering what happened just hours before. Meliodas pulled him close and hugged the frail boy. "Don't worry, as long as you were back to normal, the pain was nothing compared to the thought of loosing you."

"Meliodas..." He whispered making said boy smile slightly at the voice. He pulled back to look at the boy only for  a pair of lips to press on his cheek. He was surprised at the boldness and looked at the retreating form.

"Good night..." Naruto whispered before he lightly buried his face back into his chest. Meliodas still surprised smiled and lightly kissed the boys head. "Good night love."
