NIALL'S POV

THE SAME NIGHT.

I walked out of the bathroom in my black tux, all ready to attend the last event of our reunion.

I suddenly stopped dead in my tracks as I looked at the person in front of me.

Carina was in the blue gown that I bought her. Her hair hung loosely in curls as it reached her waist.

She turned around as I had to suck in a breath.

She looked gorgeous and I just couldn't take my eyes off her.

She smiled as she walked towards me.

"Look at you, so handsome", she said and she tilted her head to one side with a smile on her face.

"And you, so gorgeous", I said as I cupped her face in my hands.

I leaned in as her eyes drew me into another world, making me forget about our present.

She closed her eyes and I knew she was ready for our first kiss. I covered the distance between our bodies as I pulled her closer to me and leaned further in that our faces were almost touching.

I could feel her hot breath on my chin as I tilted her face upwards to kiss her, when all of a suddenly there was a knock on our door.

Damn it!

Her eyes immediately opened and she backed away with a blush on her face, while I scowled and walked towards the door to kill whoever interrupted our special moment.

I unlocked the door of our suite to find Louis and Eleanor smiling at me.

"Did you have to knock at this very moment?", I growled at Louis.

"Ooh, looks like we've interrupted something", he smirked as he looked over at Carina way past my shoulders.

"We should get going now, before we're too late. We wouldn't want to miss out Sienna-Sienna's toast", Louis said to me.

I turned around to look at Carina who was almost behind me.

"Let's go?", I asked and she nodded.

I unlocked the door once she was out as Liam, Harry and Gemma joined us.

"Jesus damn Christ, why are you looking so gorgeous?", Gemma spoke as she looked at Carina.

Carina blushed at her comment whispering a 'thank you' to her.

"Yeah, you look so gorgeous, Miss Butterfly", Harry smirked at her.

She giggled at him.

Eleanor and she made small talk as we reached the banquet hall while Gemma listened to the two of them.

"Is everything ready?", I asked the boys and they nodded.

I turned around and held Carina's hand as we entered the banquet hall with our partners.

As we walked in, all eyes were on her.

As much as I hate to admit the fact that all the guys looked at her, I had to also agree that she looked incredibly beautiful tonight.

We made small talk with our friends who kept stealing glances at Carina in between the conversation.

Soon, we heard the clinking of a spoon against a glass as Thomas stood on the stage of the banquet hall with Miss Sienna beside him.

"Guys, its time for Miss Sienna to raise the toast", he said as the stewards moved around the hall with trays, serving all champagne.

We took our glasses as Miss Sienna held the microphone in one hand and her champagne glass in another.

"My beautiful Adventurous Campers, it's been an absolute pleasure catching up with all of you and most of your better halves after almost eight years! I feel so proud to see all of you grown up and successful. I can't believe that you'll are the same little ones that I'd camp with year after year. I wish you'll nothing but success and look forward to catching up sooner than we hope. My family and I will be moving to South Africa next month, I hope that we can have another reunion sometime soon. Wishing my not so little Campers the best in life. Here's to my Adventurous Campers", she said as she raised her glass up.

We did too with genuine smiles on our faces. Some even teared up.

We made our way towards the table for us as we sat down. I felt happy to be surrounded by my mates; Louis, Harry, Liam and Zayn.

It felt like old times.

Music started playing and most of them made their way to the dance floor with their partners.

Louis asked Eleanor to dance and Gemma dragged a very annoyed Harry with her onto the dance floor. Zayn and Gigi soon followed them too.

Liam whispered into my ears, "It's about time", and I nodded.

"Carina, May I have this dance?", I asked as I put my hand forward for her to take.

She looked at me flashing her most gorgeous smile and took my hand, "Sure".

We walked towards the dance floor and Liam nodded at me.

I pulled Carina closer into me as I danced with an arm around her waist and the other one to hold her hand.

Our bodies synced together as we danced to the slow romantic song.

The first song came to and end and the crowd cheered.

"May I?", Harry asked as he looked at Carina and she looked at me.

I smiled and nodded and she nodded at Harry.

The next song started as Harry and she danced.

Just then Hailee tugged on my arm and pulled me away from the dance floor.

"What?", I yelled over the music.

She said something and I couldn't hear what she said.

I looked over at Liam through the buzzing crowd who nodded again before he exited the banquet hall.

"What's wrong?", I yelled at Hailee, again.

She put her finger on her lips and pulled me farther away and towards the exit of the banquet hall.

The last thing I saw was a worried Carina dancing with Harry as her eyes met mine before I exited the banquet hall with Hailee.

Carina's POV

My grip around Harry's shoulder tightened as I watched Niall being dragged out of the banquet hall with Hailee.

"Is something wrong?", Harry yelled into my ears over the loud music.

Everything is wrong.

I nod my head 'no' and he smiled softly.

The song came to and end as the crowd cheered another time.

"Excuse me", I mumbled to Harry as I tried to go in search of Niall.

"Stay here until Niall's back", Harry said as he held onto my wrist. "He's probably gone to the washroom".

With Hailee?

Suddenly the lights go out and it was me who was gripping onto Harry's arm.

"It's alright", he whispered into my ears and he held my hands in his.

All of a sudden, a faint light spread over me. The spot light kind of light, but it was much fainter.

The rest of the room was dark, but I could make out the silhouettes of all the people around me.

Harry slowly let go of my hands and slipped into the darkness around me.

I felt like I was the only one in the room and it made me nervous.

Another faint light came onto focus over someone at the farther end of the hall.

On Niall.

He walked closer towards me and the lighting around us was now dim, making the people around us slightly visible.

The crowd parted on either sides of Niall as he lazily walked towards me with the faint lights still focused on the two of us.

He kept walking until he was right in front of me and gazed into my confused eyes.

"Carina", he simply said and I raised my eyebrows, unable to speak.

"Carina, you make my life so much better by just being in it. Ever since I first met you, I've wanted more of you and I want more of it. I want you to be more than just a friend. I want you to be more than just my date. I want you to be mine", he said as he took my hands in his.

I raised my eyebrows as I bit my lip in order to hide the smile that was spreading over my face caused by his words.

"I want you to be the woman I spend my life with because you make me happy and I want to make you happy too, Carina. I want to make you way more happier than you make me", he said as he pulled me closer and into his arms.

Warmth spread through my whole body even though the air conditioner made the room pretty cool.

It's finally happening, Niall just confessed that he feels the same about me as I feel about him.

This is one of the happiest days of my life.

"Baby girl, I love the way you zone out when I talk to you, I love the coffee you make for me, I love the way you make me smile, I love the way you act like a kid, I love the way you fill up the empty space in my heart. I love everything about you. I love you", he said as he snapped me back to reality.

My eyes widened at his last line.

"Will you be mine?", he asked as his grip tightened around my waist.

Heavens, is this real?

Am I bloody dreaming?

Because Niall Angel Horan just asked me to be his.

There was nothing holding me back, because I had fallen for Niall too.

I nodded my head slowly and then enthusiastically as a smile spreads on his angelic face.

"I would love to be the woman you love and love you with all of my heart. You've made me fall for you so damn hard and fast. Man, you've worked your heart faster than the instant coffee", I said as he laughed.

"So, is that a yes? Will you be my girlfriend?", he asked with anticipation.

This is it.

"Yes, I'd love to", I said as he pulled me into a hug and the crowd cheered around us.

Oops, I almost forgot about them.

I felt something fall over my shoulder and noticed a tiny lily. Another one soon landed right next to it.

I looked above me to come in contact with the faint light still above us around the dimly lit room.

Flower by flower they kept pouring down on Niall and me, covering our heads with plenty of tiny lilies and daises.

This felt so magical, like a fairy tale.

The crowed applauded and cheered around us as the lights came back to how they initially were.

Our friends immediately congratulated us and wished us luck.

The campers and Sienna's family wished us too as they smiled and hugged the two of us.

All but Hailee and Mark.

"This calls for celebration, play the music", someone randomly yelled.

"Before we have the jam session, let's just have one romantic song for our couple of the night", Thomas said as he motioned towards Niall and I.

Soon, Perfect by Ed Sheehan started playing and I put my arms around Niall as I pulled him closer towards me.

"I love this song", I said as I looked into his beautiful blue eyes.

"I love you", he said as he gazed back into my brown ones, making my knees go weak.

"Niall, I know that I've fallen for you. And I think, I love you too", I said as a blush crept up my face.

I mean, Niall's been the only real friend I've had and he's made me feel so good around him. He's made me trust him and eventually fall in love with him.

He has fixed my broken heart.

He didn't even wait a second when he crashed his lips on mine making me freeze for a second.

I closed my eyes as I kissed him back.

He cupped my face in his large hands as the kiss grew deeper and intense.

I heard the crowd hoot in the background as they might have probably seen Niall and I kissing.

Our lips connected with ease and felt perfect. It felt like missing puzzle pieces that were now fixed to the right ones as our lips moulded just perfectly.

I pulled away when it got too steamy and pecked his lips before I gazed back into his eyes.

"Wow. That was so perfect", he said with a gorgeous smile.

I smile as I bit my lower lip.

Niall moved his hands to my lower waist almost close to my butt and pulled me closer.

I was almost stuck to him and I was pretty sure if we moved another inch forward we would merge as one body.

"Darling you look perfect tonight", Niall said as the song ended and kissed me again.

Two hours later we were tired as we could ever be after dancing our asses off.

Zayn and Harry were pretty good dancers as they shimmied and shared amazing dance moves. Liam, Niall and Louis we're struggling to keep up with them. Eleanor, Gemma, Gigi and I were average dancers.

We danced like pros and in the next minute we'd work a crazy move and end up laughing like maniacs.

But we still enjoyed the night.

Niall kept stealing glances at me and took every opportunity to kiss me throughout the night.

Eventually the music had died down as most of the campers chatted in groups with each other.

Some were dining and some were drunk dancing to no music on the floor.

"Guys, let's take a picture of our Adventurous Family", Sienna called over, earning everyone's attention.

The campers made their way towards the centre of the banquet hall where the twenty of them grouped around Sienna. Some stood around her while some were sat on the floor.

The photographer snapped pictures of the Adventurous Campers and they thanked him.

"Come here man, let's snap a picture of you two", Liam spoke as he called Niall and me over.

Niall put his arm around my waist as he pulled me closer into his side.

"Smile, Princess", he whispered into my ears and I wrapped my arms around him and smiled.

"Aww, my adorable little babies", a very drunk Louis spoke.

"Shut up, let's go upstairs", Eleanor mumbled.

"Yes baby, let's go upstairs", Louis smirked at her and she rolled her eyes at him in return.

"Come on drunk baby brother", Gemma pulled Harry by his arm who stomped his feet lightly.

"Good night guys, see y'all before we part our way tomorrow", Zayn said and we exited the banquet hall, walking towards the elevator.

"Congratulations you two", Hailee said bluntly who happened to be standing in front of the elevator with a very drunk Mark.

"Thanks Hailee", Niall said flashing her a gorgeous smile and she just turned her face back to the closed elevator.

What's up with her?

Hailee and Mark entered the elevator and as I was about to step in, Niall pulled me back.

"Let them go", he mumbled and I nodded.

A small group of people, who I assumed to also be spending their time in this hotel, rushed towards the elevator before it could close shut.

"Are we in our suite already? From when do we have an elevator in our suite?", drunk Louis asked and we couldn't help but laugh.

The elevator opened once again as we all stepped in and squished against each other.

The elevator was pretty big, but then it had to fit 9 of us in it.

The elevator closed shut and Harry began humming as he rested his head on Gemma's shoulder with his eyes shut.

The elevator dinged as it stopped on the floor where Zayn and Gigi greeted us 'good nights' before exiting.

Once we reached our floor, we walked out of the elevator and towards our suites.

A couple of good nights were exchanged before we got into our respective suites.

As soon as Niall unlocked the door and I entered, I felt him pull me towards him before locking it again.

He immediately connected our lips in a kiss and I put my arms around his neck.

We moved towards the bedroom still in each other's embrace with our lips still connected.

I took off Niall's coat and lightly tugged at his shirt.

He pulled away and looked at me with a hint of amusement in his eyes.

"Are you sure? Do you want to?", he asked with so much of love in those blue orbs.

"Yes, I am", I replied before he nodded and gave me the best thing that he could.

Hello again my lovelies!

It's finally happened. Niall and Carina are together! *Drum rolls with excitement*

This chapter is the longest chapter with 2,700+ words and I'm literally screaming because this is the longest chapter I've ever written. EVER.

Also, this chapter is so special as I put in my best effort to make it as good and realistic as I could.

This chapter is special because: 1. Niall and Carina are together. 2. Our boys were reunited which made me cry because in reality I don't even know if that will ever happen😭

But, the DIRECTIONER in me, has utmost faith and trust that her boys will be back.
