"How come you live on your own already actually?" Lando asked. He was curious to know how Indra managed to rent quite a nice appartement at such a young age. She seemed ordinary and as someone who didn't just have a bunch of money.

"It's much closer to school. It is kind of normal here to move out and live nearer to school. My uncle really helped me find this place though. He does a lot for me, he lives nearby as well so that's lovely. I can afford living here with loan and money I have saved from working the past years." she explained while taking another bite of the pie. "I literally live five minutes away from school, walking!" she added in excitement. He thought it was cute how excited she could get over the smallest things and he smiled to himself.
      "That's so great, extra sleep!" he joked, shooting her a winsome smile which was returned by her gentle chuckle.

"It's great really. I get to do whatever I want without having to think of many others around me like my parents. I like having my own little place."

"I understand, I feel the same. Besides where I live now, Woking, is near the Headquarters of McLaren as well." It was true, he sincerely loved being around his family, but he was ready to move out and live his own life. Besides, he wasn't home a lot anyways, but living close to the Headquarters really was convenient. When he wasn't racing, he was often training and that meant doing sim-work as well, which would be at HQ.
      "Do you have any siblings? I never hear you talk about your family a lot."

Indra's smile stiffened a little but was then released again. The bond with her parents wasn't all too great. It wasn't bad either, but she felt a close connection to the people she had lived with for eighteen years. She had spent a lot of time at her uncle's who basically raised her alongside his own daughter. Her parents were gone for work a lot.

The brown eyed girl had been silent a little too long to be thinking of an answer for such a simple question, and Lando frowned. "I'm sorry, is family not really the topic to talk about?" He felt himself getting a little awkward but worried about Indra as well as her facial expression was puzzled.

"No not at all, sorry for dozing off," Indra quickly apologized for her behavior, "I don't have any siblings. The bond with my parents isn't the best. It isn't bad, you know, but it is just not fantastic. They are working a lot so I don't get to see them often, also because I live in a different city now. I have a big family though, which I love dearly."

"You do have siblings, right? I saw Cisca comment on my post, is she your sister?"

"Yeah, Cisca is my younger sister. We're with four kids. Oliver, than me, than Flo and lastly Cisca." Lando said, thinking of his family back in England. He hadn't seen them in quite a bit due to his busy lifestyle and he missed them a lot.
      "I'm visiting them soon hopefully, maybe attend a showjumping competition of Flo, she is in competitive showjumping."

"She sounds cool, I bet all your siblings are as nice as you are." Indra says with a wink, making Lando blush even the slightest. What was she doing to herself? She promised to herself that she wouldn't be taking things too fast and there she went. She quickly stood up from the chair to clean up the plates hoping that Lando wouldn't notice her deeply flushed face, but he followed her to the kitchen to help her.

He was going crazy about her, he wanted to know so much about her. What her favorite song was, her favorite color, favorite holiday destination. What the rest of her family was like. But there was only so few time for the two to get to know each other, no matter how much they had already talked these two days. He was going to miss her so much when he was leaving Germany for England and he didn't know how he would cope yet.

It was getting late already and they were getting ready for bed. "You are sleeping in my bed tonight, I'll take the couch. I changed the sheets this morning so they are fresh." Indra suddenly said when they brushed their teeth. They were comfortable enough around each other to share the bathroom only being in private when they needed to shower or use the toilet.

Lando spat out his toothpaste and washed it away as he said: "No way. I am sleeping just fine on your couch. This is your bed, so you go sleep in it."

"No I insist. You need too sleep good and be rested for when you go back to training, and I know well enough that the couch isn't the most comfortable." Her voice was clear, as was her message, but Lando refused. A cheeky smile grew on his face though.

"If I must, than you're sleeping next to me." he prompted, not having to wait long for her reaction. She choked on her toothpaste and her eyes widened. She washed her mouth down with water before wanting to speak up, but she had no idea what to say. I mean, her bed was big enough for two people, it being a twin sized bed, but wouldn't it be weird?

"Come on, we have cuddled on the couch talking and watching tv, you rested on my shoulder in the café. This is not a lot more, just cuddles." Her brain and her heart were in conflict with one other; her heart telling to share the bed because she liked to be with him and to feel his warmth, her brain telling her to sleep apart so she wouldn't catch too many feelings. "I know you want it." He added and he laid his hand on her shoulder, pulling her into his side.

She was never the one to enjoy physical touch and affection, even with Sonne when they hugged, but with Lando, it all seemed to matter less. His touch felt like some sort of magic and it made her get chills, which didn't go unnoticed by the young man. But she was so afraid to fall in love with someone she basically just met. She was scared of her feelings that were growing so fast, them being a real rollercoaster. She had never experienced feelings this strong towards someone she liked before, but he made her feel all these things.

"Alright." She softly said, her heart winning over her brain. Indra slightly leaned into his side to turn into a hug. He was right though, they had been close all day as were they yesterday. They only had tomorrow before his flight would leave in the later afternoon, so why not spend tonight with him close to her?

A big smile grew on his face as he looked at them in the mirror, Indra's face now planted in his chest. He swiftly got his phone out of his pocket and took a picture of the sight. He would definitely keep this photo to himself, not sharing it with anyone other than the girl in his arms so there wouldn't be anything to create rumors with. The two just wanted this time for themselves and themselves only.

They got into the bed when Indra was done in the bedroom while Lando had waited for her to finish her skincare. He admired her patience to actually spend so much time on taking care of herself and he thought he should try to do that more often too. He made a mental note to remember it when he was back home.

Indra and Lando were lying far apart from each other at first, still getting used to the strange feeling of lying in the same bed, but soon Indra turned to Lando who did the same and opened his arms for her to roll into. She laid her head against chest again and wrapped one of her arms around his waist. He rested his head on top of hers and also wrapped his arm around her, his leg slightly bent over hers. Both of their breaths accelerated of the close touch, but quickly fell into a deep sleep as they both had never laid this comfortable before. Their hearts were beating in sync and their dreams were unsurprisingly fairly similar, dreaming of spending more time together than just these three days.
