Step 1: Draw the head.

Step 2: Draw the dot below the head in the middle.

Step 3: Draw the bangs below the head line.

Step 4: Draw the hair pulled up. You could also draw hair on the side of the head.

Step 5: Draw the bow tie.

Step 6: Draw how long you want the hair to be. Also draw the neck and shoulders.

Step 7: Randomly draw each strand hair.

Step 8: Fill in the hair.
