(First time doing Yandere stuff, hope this turns out well)
Third Person POV
It was a pretty average day for the Quest gang. As average as you can get when you have a celebrity in the group and she literally cannot stop getting recognized. The celebrity goes by the name of Hailey, she has quite a huge following of fans, almost 100,00 in fact(CONGRATS HAILEY =D). However, this instituted a bunch of admirers for the young red head, which the rest of the crew had mixed feelings about. Felix was convinced it wasn't genuine and they only cared about her fame, Mugman was confused on how they could love someone they've never spent a full day with, Cuphead was just annoyed at how common this was happening, Boris wanted some peace and quiet for once, his ears couldn't take the screams and squeals, and Bendy... well, he was extremely jealous and possessive. He was one of Hailey's first friends that didn't treat her differently after finding out she was famous. Unless you count the fact he appointed himself as her bodyguard. He didn't trust her fans, most of them seemed nice, yes, but he had a feeling some had much darker intentions if they got their hands on the young star. Lucky for them though, they seemed to have made it into a town where Hailey's fame had yet to reach, so they were able to walk around for a while without being disturbed. That is, until someone decided to walk over, a curious look on his face. Bendy's eyes darkened and started glowing a bit red, taking a protective step in front of Hailey. Those two were alone together at the moment, the others were busy stocking up supplies and it was Bendy's turn to make sure Hailey didn't get mobbed by fans in case some people recognized her.
"Hey, you're Hailey-Senpai right?" The guy asked, smiling politely. Hailey blinked in surprise and smiled back, causing Bendy's stomach to do a flip in repulsion to the man and fluster from Hailey.
"Yeah! Nice to meet you!" Hailey greeted, smiling. The man's eyes lit up and his smile widened.
"Wow, it's great to meet you in person, my son watches you all the time and even got me into your videos," he said, ignoring Bendy completely.
"Awww! That's so sweet! Glad I could make you guys happy, it's my job after all," Hailey giggled, brushing some of her hair out of her face.
"Actually, I have something at my store nearby that I was going to give to him. It'd mean the world to him if you would sign it," the man requested sheepishly. So many red flags went off in Bendy's head at that moment, and he knew something was up. The man looked too young to be a father, and definitely didn't have the air of a store-owner. However, Hailey being Hailey, she nodded.
"Sure. Wait here for me Bendy, I'll be right back!" She instructed, following the man to his store. Bendy growled to himself, his red eyes glowing brightly in anger. He took a deep breath and quickly followed after them. The one benefit of his small size was that it was easier for him to stay hidden, and the fact it was starting to get dark out helped him as well. It didn't take long for them to reach this "store" of the man's, which looked more like a broken down warehouse. He heard the two murmuring to each other, and strained himself so he could hear the conversation.
"I'm sorry, I don't know you at all, it's nothing personal, but I have to say no," Hailey pressed, some stress present in her tone of voice.
"Come on, please, I'm begging you here," the man continue, taking Hailey's hands in his. Something inside Bendy snapped at that moment, and he felt what grip on his sanity he had left slip away. Not yet, though. Not in front of Hailey. He wouldn't damage her with the sight of this man's corpse. Hailey quickly squirmed away from the man and ran off back into the direction of the store the crew was at. Bendy would have to make this quick, so he wouldn't raise suspicion.
"Nice try asshat," he growled, stepping out of the shadows and causing the man to jump.
"You? What do you want?" He asked, all friendliness gone for his tone.
"You. Dead," Bendy answered, not even batting an eye as he pulled out a switchblade he snatched from Boris's backpack before he went into the store. The man's eyes widened in fear and Bendy smiled insanely.
"Try not to struggle too much, okay? Blood stains are a bitch to get out."
...
Bendy came back to the group after hiding the body and throwing the switchblade into a nearby trash can. He couldn't be tracked with it, his gloves kept all DNA from being on the knife. He even found a bucket of red paint on the way back, and he kicked it over to explain the red stains on his shirt. Thankfully the blood didn't smell strongly, so he could always blame his lack of a proper bath for any smell the others did detect.
"Bendy! What happened?! Where were you?!" Boris asked in a panic, his eyes widening at the sight of Bendy's ruined attire. Bendy shrugged nonchalantly, fixing his goggles as they were slightly crooked.
"Hailey went to talk to a fan and she was taking a while so I went to check on her. I tripped on a paint bucket on my way back and got covered in it," he answered coolly, smiling at Hailey once he saw her. Both she and Boris looked much more relieved, but something on Cuphead's face looked skeptical.
"Alright alright, let's get going! We need to be close to the mountains by nightfall if we're to find the right spot for the temple," Felix instructed, clapping his hands together to draw everyone's attention.
"Gotcha mister Felix!" Bendy agreed, smiling and wrapping his arm around Hailey's shoulders. The group took off on their journey once again, leaving the town just as they touched.
With the exception of one corpse that wouldn't be found until weeks later.
