Yang's pov

I got dressed into my new outfit and looked down to my arm, which had been painted yellow. Suddenly Y/N appeared and looked at the arm.

Y/N: Yellow. I mean it's a great colour, don't get me wrong but... did you have to do it my arm?

Me: Actually it's my arm, so your input doesn't matter

He chuckled and followed me as i pushed Bumblebee out the shed

Y/N: It's funny you think that, because it does. If you want to find your sister, you'll listen to me

Me: I could just find my mom, she can take me

Y/N: Let me guess, Raven

Me: Y-Yeah, how'd you know

Y/N: You look just like her, the damn bandit

Bandit? Is that what Mom left to go do, become a bandit? Shaking my head i got onto Bumblebee and started it up.

The engine roared to life as Y/N walked around me. He inspected Bumblebee before a smirk came to his face

Me: How you gonna follow?

Y/N: I could just stay in your subconscious. Y'know your head is well coiffed, nicely shaped, so don't die, because if you do then i do

Me: Right... and thanks, i guess?

Y/N: No problem, see ya cupcake!

Before i could say anything he disappeared making me sigh, i revved the engine before i started driving.

What's Y/N's real plan? I doubt he actually wants to help me, probably get out my head and into someone else's.

It sounds like a good idea but who knows what he'll do if he can influence someone else? Besides, if Atlas gave me this arm then they must have killed him.

So he's a criminal... or maybe not. It's hard to think of him in any other light although he went to Beacon, then again so did mom...

I shook my head and focused on driving or at least tried to, Y/N appeared in front me making me jump and stop.

Eventually Bumblebee stopped as i picked up a cloud of dirt, panting i looked up to Y/N as he was just watching me.

Y/N: So i just remembered that i didn't tell you where my base was

Me: I could've crashed!

Y/N: Yeah yeah. Anyway have you got a map?

Me: Is my life worth that little to you?

He lookes offended from my words although i'm sure he's just faking it.

Y/N: Listen, i can't give you a heads up when i appear. It just happens, besides we need to be quick if we're gonna find your sister... what's her name?

Me: Her name is Ruby, Ruby Rose

Y/N: R... Ruby? You said Ruby Rose right?

Me: Yeah...

Y/N:...Guess Summer moved on

He looked away as i sighed, when i started to drive again he just kinda floated along with me until he sat behind me

Me: What was your relationship with her?

Y/N: We... We were married, planned to have a family but that never happened. I always planned on taking her back but i heard that she died and... yeah

Me: You two were married?

Y/N: Let's stop talking about it

Me: Sorry, it's just weird imagining her with someone other then dad

He nodded making us stay in silence, Y/N glitched slightly before he disappeared

Timeskip

Eventually i got off the boat amd drive down the dirt path, Y/N flickered to life beside me as he looked around.

Y/N: Oh, take a right!

I shrugged before taking his advice, going to the right i cut through some trees and found a hidden path.

Following it lead what seemed like a simple cabin, Y/N hopped off and walked up to it before he turned to me.

Y/N: C'mon, you'll love this place

I followed behind him and approcahed the front door, pushing it open i wss greeted by... a simple cabin.

Guess i thought it was gonna be worse or some kind of secret layer. He walked over to a picture frame and smiled.

Me: What is this place?

Y/N: It's where i lived with Summer. Then if course she left and i deligated myself to a purpose

Me: What was it?

Y/N: The rid this world of bandits

Me: By bandits you mean...?

Y/N: Listen, they are the bad guys and i am the god damn hero. Together we can be heroes and if you work with me, no more bandits. The world will be a better place

Hesitating for a moment i rubbed my arm. It sounds amazing, people no longer having to worry about all that but... i can't help but feel something is gonna go horribly.

Me:...You promise this is all for the best, no one has to needlessly die?

Y/N: Of course not, we're heroes cupca- Yang, heroes help people in need and oh boy, the people of remnant need help, our help

Me: Okay, let's be heroes

Y/N: MY MAN! Ah, sorry i won't say that again, i'm just so excited!

I nodded before looking to the picture of him and Summer. They looked. really happy. Summer looks like a slightly older Ruby and Y/N looks... kinda handsome

Me: Now, why did you want to come here?

Y/N: Oh right, in that drawer you'll find a button. You just gotta press it

Going over to the drawer i pulled it open and found a button on the underside, pressing it i heard a click and turned around.

A secret pannel opened up on the floor, Y/N walked inside so i followed. It was dimly lit and narrow although i could make it through.

Eventually we made it to a room with large monitor inside, it lit up and a light flashed over me before the monitor turned red.

?: Unidentified person, please use the password or you will be crushed

The walls slowly started to close in making me panic, the door shut behind me so i turned to Y/N

Y/N: Say "I'm home, Angel"

Me: Um... I'm home, Angel?

The monitor turned blue as the doors opened at the walls went back to normal, a face appeared on the monitor which looked like a woman with long black hair
