Hello Hello Hello. Second update for today. This is the continuation for the Mafia Kageyama Tobio x Detective Reader. Hope you guys can enjoy this. Have fun!

It's already three months since the arrested of Seigaku gang. Because of that case, you got promoted and now you're the assistant your group leader. Now, there's another powerful gang that your group want to arrest, the Shohoku gang. Right now, you try to get every possible clue about the gang and their secret hideout. 

"(y/n), you're still looking at those files?" your leader asked and you slowly nodded.
"I want to arrest them as fast as possible. They already make problems that make us a headache, especially that drug smuggling and women trafficking" 
"I know you're eager to arrest them, but rest is important too." you sighed and nodded.

"Okay, I will go to the night room. Call me if anything happens." he patted you shoulder and pushed you to hurry to the night room. But then you remember the possible biggest clue you just got.
"Leader! I just got maybe a possible biggest clue to the Shohoku gang hideout. I put it on my table there. Look through it, maybe we can pinpoint the place." you shouted while walking slowly to the night room.
"Okay!" he shouted back.

After about three hours of sleep, your phone is ringing.
"Hello~" your sleepy voice echoes.
"(y/n)! Wake up! Wake up!" your eyes widen when you heard your leader voice.
"What? What?" 
"Your clue! We got to pinpoint their place!" your eyes widen and hurriedly hung up and ran to the office.

"Leader!" you called his name and you saw his smiling face.
"(y/n)! You are really the best detective ever. Are you the reincarnation of Sherlock Holmes?" you rolled your eyes on him.
"Leader! Seriously?" 
"Okay okay. Sit here" he waved his hand and urge you to sit within the group. 

He took the clue that you got and the places you circle which showed the places they did the crime before. He also showed the clues he got from the informer and combine all together, he got the highest possible place for their hideout. 

"Let's do some raid at here. Like before, if we're correct, we can catch them red-handed, but if not, we can try another time," he said and all of the team nodded.
"We will do it tonight!" as soon as he said that, the team got up and took the weapons needed and other things needed. 
"Don't forget to wear a bulletproof vest with you. We have to be careful because we don't know what will happen" 
"Yes, leader!"

~ At the place ~

"Leader, I think there's another group in there" as soon as you guys arrived, there's already something happened there. You guys heard the gunshot sound and people fights.
"It's mean this place is the right one. You got it again, (y/n)" you nodded at your leader.
"Now, let's hear my plan," he said.

After that, all of you separated to the place your leader assigned. The raid squads already on the standby mood. You got into the place using the back door and hide behind the woodblocks. You looked at the situation and decided to go closer to the main hall. When you got closer, you're shocked to see the other gang that's fighting with the Shohoku is the Karasuno gang. Your eyes immediately searched for Tobio.

Then, you saw a similar figure of Tobio on your right and decided to come closer to that place. You want to shoot too but you can't make a rush decision because your leader already said that don't show yourself to the enemy until he told you. You can see that the Karasuno gang got pressure from Shohoku gang. 

"Leader, it seems that Shohoku gang is fighting with the Karasuno gang" you whisper on your intercom.
"Good, (y/n)."
"Leader... Can I join the fight?" you said again, but no reply heard.
"Lead-"
"(y/n), don't rush to act" 
"I am not." 

"Wait for the right time, (y/n)" he said again.
"Karasuno almost lost right now" your voice got a little high than before.
"(y/n)! Calm down!" you closed your eyes and let out a breath. 
"Sorry, leader" you let out a frustrated sigh. You looked over at Tobio and the urge to help him makes you failed to decide the correct decision.

"(y/n), the squad is ready to attack now. In the count of three, we join the fight." you took out the gun from the pocket and hold it in your hand. 
"Three...Two...One! Attack!" you got out and started to shoot the Shohoku gang. The shot you made always on the shoulder or the leg, the worse you will shoot is on the stomach. That the restrictions that you have to follow as the raid team.

"(y/n)!" you heard someone called your name, and you knew that voice is Tobio's. You cracked a smile and then stopped shooting when your gun is empty before running to hide to reload.
"(y/n)! What are you doing here?" your hand stopped when someone grabbed your hand.
"Tobio" 
"(y/n), it's dangerous here!" you pulled your hand and continue to reload the gun.
"Tobio, this is my job" you want to stand up to continue but he pulled you down.

"And my job is to make sure that you're far from dangerous" he said with a low voice.
"That's not your job" you said to him. You stood up and continue to fight but not before you heard Tobio murmured 'Idiot'.

The fight continues for almost half an hour and the end can be seen. The raid squad managed to catch all of the Shohoku gang. The main objective for this raid is to arrest the Shohoku gang, so for the Karasuno gang, the leader decided to get their help on this raid. 

"We will let you go, for now, Karasuno gang. We will meet again after this" your leader said and the Karasuno gang retreated. Your eyes fall on Tobio's back and sighed knowing this is how your meeting again after months. You looked at the surroundings to check for anything and then your eyes caught a red light. Your eyes widen when you saw the red light aimed at Tobio's back. You ran to Tobio immediately when you heard the gunshot.

"Tobio!" you pushed him and you end up with the shot.
"(y/n)!" he caught you in his hand. Then you heard one more gunshot before your eyes closed.

Tobio's pov

"Tobio!" I heard (y/n)'s shouted my name and then I got pushed down. My eyes widen when I saw she got shot.
"(y/n)!" I caught her in my hand and looked at the direction of the shot. I aimed at the direction and pulled the trigger and shoot. I heard a voice and then (y/n)'s team ran to the direction and when I saw that person got caught, I aimed my gun toward that guy again and shot his leg and shoulder.

"Tobio! Stop! We have to go now" Sugawara-san stopped me from shooting again.
"I will bring (y/n) with me" I carried her in my hand and ran together with the gang. I heard her team called her name but I ignored it because I want to save her life by myself.

On our way to our base, I checked on her. I looked at the placed she got shot but there's no blood appeared, which means she's wearing a bulletproof vase. This makes me a bit relieved but still worried because she's fainted after that. This means the shock she got is so hard that makes her mind blank. As soon as we arrived at our base, I carried her to my bed.

"Shimizu-san, please check on her" she nodded.
"Get out from here first. I have to take off her clothes" I nodded and walked out from there. I waited for a while and then Shimizu-san got out.
"How is she?" she gave a small smile.
"She's okay, don't worry. It just the place she got shot, there's a bit of internal bleeding in that place. I did as careful as I can. Right now, she's breathing fine. Let her rest for a while" I facepalmed my face before nodded as a thank you to her. 

"You can go in there" I nodded and walked into the room. I saw her lying on the bed and took her hand.
"(y/n), how can you be so foolish?" I kissed her hand and then her forehead.
"Please be okay" I put my head on the edge of the bed.

I don't know when but I ended up sleeping. I woke up when I heard someone called my name. 

"Tobio" I looked up and saw (y/n)'s smiling at me.
"(y/n)!" As soon as I see her smiling face, I hugged her.
"Idiot! Why did you do that?! Can you stop being an idiot?! Idiot!" then I heard she's laughing.
"How many idiot you want to give to me, huh?" 

"You're laughing?! I am serious!" she holds her hands up.
"I surrender" I glared at her and then sighed.
"(y/n), I hate it when you're in that kind of situation. It just three months after the last time we saw each other. I thought I will never see your face to face ever again, but look at you right now." she kept on smiling.
"I want to keep you safe but you're the one who searched for it" he continued.

"Tobio, I thought you're a man with a few words. I guess I can't judge a book by its cover" she said and then I pulled her into a kiss.
"Never forget this" I said in the middle of the kiss. She pushed me a bit a catch a breath.
"W-we can't..." she said.
"Why not?" I put my forehead on hers.

"I am the police. You're in the illegal world. My job is to arrest people like you" I smiled.
"I am not in the illegal world. We helped the police, right?" I smirked at her but then I saw her sullen face.

"I know there will be a time where we will fight with each other but, for now, let's not think about that yet" I kissed her again and she kissed me back.

Even though there will be a time that we will fight with each other, you should already know who will be the winner and who will be the loser.

Done for this chapter. Actually, I don't know how to end this chapter but I really hope for the happy ending for both of them. I make it a happy ending but at the same time, I know it's a bit sad. Anyway, have a nice day, everyone.
