Right now, I'm playing with my best friend, his name is Tendou Satori. We have been friends for as long as I can remember. He might seem a little peculiar by the way he looks an acts around other people he doesn't interact with, but he has such a kind soul. I mean when I was getting bullied by these girls at our school; Tendou stood up for me when no one did. They all just watched me suffer as I was continually being abused for a wrong I never committed.

I and Tendou are playing a favourited sport that we both enjoy; volleyball is actually that sport we enjoy.

"(y/n)-san, you're supposed to jump higher to make a spike that will be counted as a point," he said whilst looking at me with that cat-looking expression. "Ugh, I'm going to teach your little body to do this right! You'll be a good volleyball player, you can count on that!"

When he told me that he promised he would help me out in practising a sport that I was so determined to do. It made me really happy, he is just the best.

"Hey, Tendou..," I say whilst looking into those big eyes of his.

"Yes (y/n)-sa━," he said before I cut him off

When I cut off his sentence I give him a kiss on the cheek. He stood there shocked; he even dropped the volleyball he was previously holding.

"(y/n), w-w-what-t w-was-s t-that?!" he said whilst blushing furiously.

"Calm down silly! I kissed you as that was my way to thank you for helping with volleyball and everything else you've done for me!" I say whilst grinning brightly.

Tendou then advanced to give me a quick kiss on the lips. Now it was my turn to be in a shocking state.

"T-t-t-tendou-u t-that what was that now!" I say looking perplexed. "Was this payback for kissing you beforehand?"

"That was my way in saying your welcome. Plus, you have helped me many times more then I've ever helped you!" he said while looking down holding the hem of his shirt.

I then deliberately walk over to Tendou but since I'm clumsy; I fell over my own 2 feet while trying to reach Tendou. I accidentally fell on top of him. He saw this occurring and wrapped his arms around me. We then fall on the park ground.

"(y/n), you're still clumsy. What am I going to do with you?" he said while chuckling.

"I know what you should do. Keep me for the rest of your life," I say while looking down on him; still sitting on top of him. "I may be clumsy but you're cute!"

"Right I'm the cute one," he said sarcastically while rolling his eyes, he then pinched my cheek. "You're the cute one idiot!"

We then giggled together as I didn't know that was the last time I would see him in a while...

MASSIVE TIME SKIP TO WHEN BOTH TEENS ARE IN HIGH SCHOOL. (2RD YEAR)

I proceed to walk into my high school. Aoba Johsai. This school has done me wonders in the past 2 years I have attended here. I still play as a volleyball player for the girls' team, but we haven't succeeded. Even though I had been given so many scholarships from different sports schools.

I mean how did I even get gifts such as these? I felt quite privileged. Just because I got the scholarships from these sports schools, the girls in my team kicked me off because they didn't receive one. I mean that's a piss poor excuse just kick someone off because they got scholarships when they didn't.

I was actually going to the competition between Aoba Johsai and Shiratorizawa. I was going as their team manager as the previous one left a little while ago. But I was quite apprehensive as I've heard Shiratorizawa is the strongest team in our district.

I mean that's quite an accomplishment. I also heard that the reason Shiratorizawa keeps winning is that ace they have. Ushiwaka Wakatoshi. I mean he must be insane to see. I can't wait to attend this.

Timeskip

Shit, shit, shit I say in my head as I'm late to the game. I make it but the match but it's closing to an end. I see the scoreboard and see we are going to fail this match. I mean I was surprised, our team was going up against a powerhouse school.

The match comes to a quick end as we lose the final point to Shiratorizawa. I cruise over to our team.

"I'm so so sorry I couldn't be here! I had a quick emergency with my family. My auntie had a heart attack and I couldn't attend!" I say while bowing repeatedly.

"(y/n)-chan its all good! We get it. I would leave this match of one of my family members had an emergency," Oikawa said as he hugged me.

The rest of the team proceeded to hug me as well. I hugged them all back and said thanks frequently.

Once we finished this hugging session. My eyes met with a familiar pair. We both stood there speechless. I couldn't believe what my eyes were taking in. The boy I have loved ever since my childhood was standing there, looking at me.

We then run to each other as fast as we can.

I settle back into Tendou's warm arms again.

"I missed you so much!" we both say in unison as we start sobbing into each other arms softly.

Then we both glance at each other then start staring at one another closely. Tendou took this occasion to kiss me in front of the entire gym. Remind you it's filled with people. But I just didn't care. I just melted into the kiss and hugged him tightly.

We broke the kiss and I just endured the pressure of my legs about to give up on me. Tendou noticed this and picked me up and put me on his back. I just planted my now boiling red face into his apple red hair.

"I love you Tendou," I say while smiling.

"I love you too, (y/n)," He said seeming like he was the felicitous man alive.

Let's just say there was going to be a big explanation for both of our teams...
