Let It Snow (Bokuaka)

It was the eve of Cristmas eve, so in other words, the 23rd of December. Akaashi had been spending quality time with his owl boyfriend all day and didn't even realize until it had started to get dark that it was snowing outside. Usually Bokuto would've rushed into the snow and begged Akaashi to join him but today he had been feeling extra clingy.

"Oho ho, the weather outside is frightful but the fire is so delightful," Bokuto started clinging onto Akaashi's arm while Akaashi privately wondered where Bokuto had learned the words 'frightful' and 'delightful'. "And since we've no place to go
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!"

"Actually Bokuto-san, you do have somewhere to be, you need to get home before it's too dark outside."

"It doesn't show signs of stopping and I've bought some corn for popping—" Bokuto always has food stuffed in his hoodie pocket so that's not much of a surprise to Akaashi.

"Bokuto-san, it's not even snowing that badly." Akaashi deadpans. Bokuto pretends he didn't hear Akaashi.

"The lights are turned way down low, let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" None of the lights are even turned down low, they're all on, in fact.

"When we finally kiss good night, how I'll hate going out in the storm!" Bokuto strikes a dramatic pose and puts a hand over his heart, the other one still clinging to Akaashi.

"But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm." Akaashi's cheeks feel a little warm and he sighs.

"Bokuto-san, what are you trying accomplish here?"

"The fire is slowly dying—"

"We don't have a fireplace, Bokuto-san." Akaashi imputs. Bokuto ignores it again.

"And, my dear, we're still goodbying," Akaashi wondered where that came from, considering they hadn't even gotten off the couch yet. "but as long as you love me so, let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" Akaashi sighs.

"That's really sweet Bokuto-san, but you still need to go home before it gets too dark out." Bokuto deflates and falls into his dejected mood.

"But Akaashiiiiiiii" Bokuto whined.

"No buts, Bokuto-san. I told your mother you'd be home before it got completely dark." Bokuto started clinging onto Akaashi's arm like a koala.

"Bokuto-san." Bokuto stayed silent, pouting.

"Bokuto-san." Akaashi tried again.

"No Akaashi, I'm staying here with you and that's final." Bokuto pouted.

Akaashi sighed. "Oh really?"

"Yeah!" Bokuto nodded his head. Akaashi knew that if he really wanted to he could just lug Bokuto all the way to his home, but Bokuto isn't the lightest person to carry, Akaashi sighed.

"What if I give you a goodbye kiss on the cheek?" Bokuto perked up a bit.

"Can I have two?" Bokuto looked at Akaashi hopefully,

"Alright."

"Yes!" Bokuto jumped off of Akaashi's arm and gathered his things. Akaashi showed Bokuto to the door and as promised, kissed each of Bokuto's cheeks. Bokuto looked like the happiest man in the world as he yelled goodbye to Akaashi and ran home. Akaashi smiled at Bokuto's retreating figure in the distance.
