Am I still terrified? Absolutely yes. And now I know why Leo wanted all of us to forget about it. It's been a whole week now. After that random text, which I'm assuming was from Hyde.

I've been in shock. All that awesome food and I wasn't hungry at all. I remember, breathing heavily, at the table after seeing that text, I started panicking. Liam noticed. He slowly grabbed my hand from underneath the table and did a little nod, asking me what's wrong.

I silently passed him the phone and he remained silent. He gulped. Put the phone inside his pocket and rubbed my thigh asking me to calm down and continue eating.

And I did. But I was still shook to my core. I eat everything that was on my plate. First salad, then pancakes then pie, but none of it really mattered. I didn't know how it tasted, I just knew that I had to finish the food or everyone's gonna get suspicious. I saw Liam struggling with the pancake by the end. And he loves pancakes. 

And just like that, a week passed and no one spoke of it. I told Chloe about the picture and she was as terrified as I was. Chloe must've told Jasper about it. We haven't really had any discussion about it in school.

So the only person that doesn't know about it is Austin.

Leo told Chloe that it happened before Austin broke in. Hyde spiked Leo's drink with some kind of drug that made him unconscious for a while, like he could walk and stand but wouldn't know what was happening with him.

But after coming back home and sleeping that night, things started flashing back. He remembered what happened. And he was shattered, terrified to his core. He knew that there's nothing that can be done. And that Hyde might do it again.

So he pulled all that big brunch thing-y to keep him distracted the whole day. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't but none of us spoke about it.

This whole week was kinda depressing with the whole Leo and Hyde thing on our mind. I couldn't properly focus on anything.

And seeing Hyde's face everyday in school was nerve wracking. He'd walk by us, come to the class and ask me questions like nothing really happened.

I couldn't answer anything because all I could see was that filthy face with a faint smile on it, knowing that he won. He even stopped me once after the class and told me that I wasn't doing well in his subject.

Each and every word that came out of his mouth sounded simply disgusting. I kept looking at him with a cold face while he always had a little smile creeped out by the corner of his lips.

I'm not sure if that is the case but Leo was behaving much differently than us, and as much as I want him to be okay, it always seems that he's in denial. That he's just avoiding the fact that things got so screwed up.

And I wasn't going to force him to explain why he was behaving the way he was. So all of us just acted the same way he did and tried to forget everything.

Things got pretty much normal by the next two weeks. Liam and I were in a good place and mum wasn't aware of it. Liam would sometimes sneak up to my room and we'd watch movies, eat cookies and chips and fool around a little.

I open the closet to find myself an outfit. I wear a brown crop top and loose blue jeans. Apply a little lipstick and pop in a mint.

Then I escort myself down the stairs to the living room. Mum's sitting on the couch doing some paperwork.

"hey."

"Oh hey," she replies, giving me a quick glance and then back to doing her work. "You off to somewhere?"

"Yeah it's, Aus- um party, uh it's an awesome party that Chloe, Jasper, Leo and I got invited to." I still don't know her thoughts on Austin. Even though mum has never meat him I can't take the risk of letting her know that I'm going to Liam's place.

"And that's your party outfit?" classic mum.

"Ugh. Yeah it is. You know that I'm not very picky, I mean shouldn't you say stuff like 'you look great in everything' instead you're always criticizing me about my outfits, or any of my other choices."

"What?" She squeaked, "that's not true. I always tell you that you're pretty. And what other choices of yours did I not like?"

"Well, my choice of 'guys', or my friends"

"What guys? Don't tell me you're still not over that scam dude."

I narrow my eyes and lift my arms in protest "scam dude! Really mum?! I- I can't believe I ever thought I could have a normal conversation with you." And I storm off.

She just had to do that.

After a while I reach at Liam's place. I knock on the door and Liam opens it for me. He's wearing a blue hoodie and a pair of sweatpants.

"Hey there." He says with the usual 'so seductive' voice and a cute smile on his face.

And I smile as well. "Uh.... you, uh look cute." I say and he smirks.

We start preparing for Austin's birthday, tomorrow. Chloe and Leo are sitting on the floor doing some paper crafts that were going to be hung with tiny threads.

"Evelyn, why don't you do the balloons" says Leo pointing in the direction of the balloons and a narrow black thing which I suppose is used to fill air in them.

There were mainly blue and white balloons as blue was Austin's favourite colour. I join them on the floor with a bunch of balloons. "Where's Austin?" I ask.

"He's been locked in his room. Courtesy of Leo." says Liam, making me gasp in amusement while I look over to Leo and chuckle.

"And Jasper?"

"Uh he'll be late, he has some guests over." Answers Chloe.

Liam and I handled the balloon situation where Chloe joined us later. Leo went out for a while to buy the birthday cake. Jasper arrived a few minutes later.

He helped Leo hang the sparkly curtains and the birthday banner. A few balloons struck the fan and busted with a massive sound making me and Jasper jump like little kids.

And that was obviously funny to the rest of the guys. Chloe and Jasper are doing the fairy lights and other sparkling things around the room.

Meanwhile Liam, Leo and I bring a few other things from upstairs. Leo's arms are packed with stuff and he makes his way downstairs. Liam and I grab a few things and just when I'm about to leave the room Liam grabs me by my waist and pulls me back.

So now my back is against his chest. He comes in front and takes the items from my hand and keeps them on his study table.

He looks me in the eyes piercing them with his cute brown ones, and smirks. Making my cheeks heat up in flames.

"Hey babe." He rasps.

I gulp, and keep staring at him with my cheeks all burned up by now. "Yeah?" I whisper. He licks his lips and leans closer, with his thumb on my lower lip, he  gently rubs it. "Don't we have to go downstairs and help those guys?" I tell him a low voice.

His sight shifts from my lips over to my eyes "yeah. We do. But.... I wanna kiss you."

Agh. I am that stupid aren't I. Evelyn, why would you say that. I mean why on earth would you say that to a freaking handsome, undoubtedly hot Liam!

"You still wanna go downstairs?" He whispers near my ears, and his breath falls on my neck, making my legs jiggle wiggle.

"Na-uh" that's all I could say. He turns me around and yanks me up onto his lap, holding my ass. I wrap my arms around his neck, and my legs around his waist. He walks towards his bed and gently places me on it. Towers over me with his hands on either side.

And he doesn't kiss. He slides down when I realise that his face is right above my my boobs. He cups one of them and softly squeezes it. Making me moan a little, while he looked me in my eyes. He knew that it made me feel good.

His eyes flatter my face. "You're just so damn pretty" a slight smile curves up on my face as I stop myself from putting out an ear to ear grin. "Now stay shush and lemme kiss you." Good lord these things just make me so corny!

I meant corny but with an h.

He leans closer to kiss me on the cheek and then moves to the direction of my lips. One of his hands moves around my waist, which is slightly ticklish and then slithers under my crop top and over my bra.
