Prologue

-3rd Person-
Sam spun leaned back in his chair with confusion spread on his face. He hadn't remembered writing anything like this. Besides, he noticed the utensil used for writing this, he doesn't own. Not to mention, the handwriting was different from his own. "Who on earth are these people?" The words above his head asked. Sam kept looking at the small note over and over again then, it hit him. "If these people are written about on this note maybe, they are well-known?" The words suggested and the hybrid logged into his computer. He quickly went onto the internet to search up these names or at least half of what the names are. He searched up 'Pink' but, only the color came up which was expected. The next one was 'Shep' but, Google wondered if he meant 'Sheep' as it showed images of the animal. "You would think a name like that would at least pull something up on the results." The words spoke, unimpressed. He typed in the word 'Log' but, was meant with images of the item which didn't surprise him. Sam didn't even bother searching the last two names up as he already guessed what they would show. 'Fail' would most likely pull up the definition of what the word meant. And 'Ex', he didn't know what the writer of the note even meant when they wrote it down. Could it mean that they were talking about an ex-lover? Sam slouched in his chair as he sighed in disbelief, he couldn't believe he wasted half of his time searching these names up. He didn't know why he did it but, his thoughts just told him to. These voices in his head just told him to do it. These voices weren't his but, of someone else. Not even a person but, a group of people. Four of them to be precise.

He got off his chair and went downstairs as he realized how hungry he was as well as how much he needed to use the bathroom. He quickly marched his way upstairs to use the bathroom then, downstairs once again. He went to the fridge to take two slices of bread and a gallon of milk. He put the slices of bread into the toaster. "Toaster...why does that word sound so important to me?" The words asked as he set the timer for it. He ignored the feeling as he poured himself a glass of milk.

Soon the toasted dinged as he took out the-now two slices of toast. He opened a package of sliced cheese and put it in between the toasts. He went back to his seat and slowly began eating his breakfast or lunch. He doesn't bother telling the time or at least figuring out what time it is. Sam looked out his window to see the three empty destroyed houses, he doesn't know what happened to them but, he doesn't care. They were always like that as if they were exploded on purpose.

As he stared at the houses more, he saw a sudden vision. He saw a group of people staring back at him with a smile on their faces. A red-head girl, a purple-haired girl with a scar across her eye, a brown-haired boy who had his arm on a young boy with purple hair, and a light blue girl who held a flower in her hand as she was next to a pink-haired boy with a hoodie on. And there he saw a boy with blonde hair and goggles on his head.

He blushed at the sight and rubbed his eyes once again. Once he opened them, he saw no-one there. "It's just a hallucination." The words reassured him. He tried his best to finish his food after that but, he couldn't help feeling nauseous. After putting his dishes into the sink, he went upstairs to get out of his pajamas. He quickly slipped on a red sweater, blue pants with a belt on it, and brown boots. He looked into the mirror and tried his best to fix his hair that he wished would cover his ears. That the clothes he wore would cover his tail but, alas, they didn't.

Once that was finished, he looked into the mirror again to see something happen. He saw the middle part of his sweater being painted white. Once it dried which was quick, the words 'TNT' were written on it with black paint. He noticed a red cape float behind him and suddenly, it was put on him as the cape buttoned itself and put the hoodie on him. Soon, it stopped as a single piece of paper slowly fell to the ground. He flinched back at that as he just experienced magic working.

Once the paper landed, he carefully crawled over to pick it up. There were only a singular two-word sentence and a list of names as well a signature.
