Chapter 6: Ice Vs ?

Zeph's Pov:
As soon as I saw the group attacked, I created a barrier around me by using ice. "What should I do?" I mumbled into my earpiece. "Just kill them or knock them out for all I care." The person replied. I sighed and rose up my hands as guards made of snow and ice got up. They shook off every bit of unnecessary snow off of them before going into a defensive pose. Their sword and shield of ice in hand as they stared down the oncoming Elemental Warriors. "What do you want us to do, Snow King?" One of them asked. "Keep them off my turf. I don't want them to continue this journey." I stated, crossing my arms. The guards nodded as they heard my request and held up their swords. As the warriors came closer, I began to panic since they didn't do anything but, just stay in that pose. Once they arrived closer to them, the guards lowered down their sword with great force causing icicles to grow out of the ground. The group was thrown back from the sudden blow as they landed on the ground with impact. "Such a weakling. Using guards as weapons not even fighting for yourself." A red-headed girl teased. She slowly got up as she cracked her knuckles and neck. "Be careful with Liz, she is a hot-headed girl who doesn't get affected by pain much. Probably because her body is filled with electricity." The person in my earpiece explained. I nodded quickly with a smirk as I got an idea from her small description. "Liz, please, don't encourage him." The words above a mouse hybrid read. "Aw, you poor thing. Did your masters drag you along this journey? They can be real assholes." I responded.

"Watch who you're talking to!" A pink sheep-hybrid exclaimed. They all got up but, the mouse hybrid didn't. Guessing the cold is a weakness and does bother him. "Just kill them, my guards. But, capture the mouse." I ordered and they walked forward to the group. I sat down as I witnessed the fight that was starting up. The sheep hybrids fought back my one large guard using vines as a way to trap him, using the wind to blind him, and then, using the light to melt him away. I scoffed at how easily he was melting away and surrendering to those three.

Liz and a blond-hair boy made one of the guards back off from them. They used water as a way to make her trip over and fall while electricity went through her body making her explode in the end. I hid my face in embarrassment as these guards were supposedly very well trained by my leader. A dark-haired girl continued to manipulate shadows to form a hand as she bashed a soldier into the ground multiple times. She kept resting against a tree as she looked at the other and glared at me. These guys aren't even trying and they are winning!

My eyes shifted toward the mouse hybrid who laid on the ground trying to catch his breath. It seems the fire element can burn out if too much coldness is upon it. "Guard! Rain snow upon him!" I exclaimed and a guard stood over the hybrid. He put his hands together and held them tightly together as snow fell from them. The mouse hybrid eyes widen as it tried to get up but, failed. It tried to form a flame but, couldn't due to the snow. So, ice truly is a weakness against fire.

The guard was about to grab the weaken hybrid until a water ball was thrown against his face. I looked to see Liz and that boy run toward him, I growled but, remembered my idea. "Use that water against them both. Electrocute them." I spoke to him and he nodded. He caught both of them with a swift grab and put them in the water. Liz immediately electrocuted the water which made both of them react to it. They both were electrocuted as they tried their best to get out of my guard's grasp and I smiled.

That is until I felt a sudden heat come over me and I realized the mouse hybrid getting up. "Guards! Get him!" I yelled out and they all looked at the hybrid. The guard closet to him let go of the elements of electricity and water go to grab him. The mouse hybrid quickly put his hands to the ground and a sudden blast of fire came from the impact. It melted my soldiers immediately as well as my barrier. "No! You useless pieces of crap!" I exclaimed as I got up. The mouse hybrid power walked his way over to me.

I noticed how hot it was and realized that I couldn't make anything out of snow. The mouse hybrid grabbed me by the collar and held me up. "Don't harm them. I'll let you leave for now." He stated, sternly. I sweated in panic and nodded quickly. He dropped me and I got up with a glare going toward them. "This battle isn't over yet!" I exclaimed as I turned around to run away.

I didn't turn around when I heard a sudden thump to the ground though. I wish I had.
