'City Hospital' everything was going fine,lights were dimmed as it was late night,

Doctors were shown visiting different wards, everything was shown going as per their daily routine,but,

A boy was shown sitting in front of ward no "24" , blood stains were shown on his shirt,he was shivering a little,sweat buds were on his face and forehead,his hands folded and his face rested on it,

"Mr Karan Luthra"

He seemed to be unaffected if lost somewhere else,the person came towards Karan and said again,

"Mr Luthra"

Karan came out of trance and looked up,he stood up like a lifeless body,

Karan - yes?

"Vikram Shekhawat!Senior Inspector!Crime branch!aapke case ke liye mujhe assign kiya gaya hai!"

They shook hands,

Karan(lowly) - kuch...kuch pata chala inspector?

Vikram - humne aas pass ke sabhi gharo me dukaano me puch taach ki...lekin (sighs) kuch bhi pata nahi chala!!

Karan - par inspector aisa kaise ho skta hai?wo insaan attack karne ke baad gayab to nahi ho skta!

Vikram - i know aapka point shi hai!lekin hum aage kuch karne se pehle aapki wife ki statement lena chahte hai!she is the one,jo hume jo kuch bhi hua sab detail me bata skti hai!

Karan was about to say something when the ward's door opened and the doctor came out,he ran towards the doctor,

Karan - doctor...how's she?wo thik to haina?

Doc - don't worry Mr Luthra...your wife is fine now...but...

Karan - but what?

Doc - i think wo bahot darri hui hai!shayad iss attack ki wajah se!

Vikram - darra hua hona zayaj bhi hai!kyuki Mr Luthra aapne jaisa bataya tha apni report me...this isn't the first time...right?

Karan nodded lowly and looked at his love from the glass window,who was laying on the bed weakly,

Vikram kept his hand on Karan's shoulder,he turned towards him,

Vikram - don't worry Mr Luthra!mai aur meri team jaan laga denge uss attacker ko dhundhne ke liye!you just have to stay with her!

Karan nodded.

Vikram - doctor kya hum Mrs Luthra se baat kar skte hai?hume case ke baare me kuch puch taach karni hai!just about the actual happening!

Doc - ya!but make sure she doesn't take any stress!

Vikram and Karan nodded and went inside.

Karan went and saw her eyes closed,he sat beside her taking her hand in between his palms,he kissed her hand and caressed her hairs,

She slowly opened her eyes,a lone tear escaped his eyes,she lifted her hand wiped his tears and nodded in no,he kissed her knuckles,

Vikram - Mrs Preeta Luthra!

Preeta looked at him confused,Karan held held her hand tightly assuring her,

Vikram - don't be scared!mai Vikram Shekhawat! Senior Inspector,Crime branch!

Preeta looked at Karan who just blinked his eyes,

Vikram - don't worry!hum aapka jyada time nahi lenge!hume bas uss attacker tak pohochne ke liye...aapse puch taach krni hai...unn sab chizo ke baare me jo aapke saath hui hai!

Preeta held Karan's hand tightly being scared,

Karan - inspector if you don't mind!mujhe Preeta se akele me do minute baat krni hai!she is a bit scared!

Vikram - ya sure!

Vikram went outside,

Preeta - Kar...Karan ye sab!

Karan - i know tum dari hui ho!but babydoll!this is necessary now!ye hum dono jaante hai ki ye pehli baar nahi hai!to ab severe action nahi lenge to kab!mai tumhe aur khatre me nahi daal skta!

Preeta - par Karan...agar...agar uss attacker me kuch....

Karan - kuch nahi hoga....believe me!mai hu tumhare saath!aur ab to Crime branch se log bhi!tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga mai!

Preeta(crying) - mai bahot dar gayi thi Karan...bahot jyada...i was too much scared...wo mujhpe attack kar raha tha...and I...I was too weak to defend myself...agar tum time par nahi aate to wo mujhe maar....

Karan - shh...chup...kuch nahi hoga tumhe!mai hone hi nahi dunga! babydoll you know I love you! you know ki tum mere liye kitna matter krti ho!meri duniya jahaan ho tum!mera sab kuch!tumhe kuch hone dunga kya mai!

Preeta - ye sab hamare saath hi kyu ho raha hai Karan...mujhe to kuch smjh hi nahi aa raha....kon hamare saath ye kar raha hai...aur kyu...?

Karan - babydoll!maine kaha na...sab thik ho jaayega!tumhe jyada stress lene ki jarurat nahi hai!hmm?

Preeta - pkka sab thik hojaayega?

Karan nodded and kissed her hand,just then Vikram knocked on the door,

Vikram - mai aajaau?

Karan - ya Inspector sure!

Vikram came in with one man,Karan helped Preeta to sit,

Vikram - if you guy's don't mind,may I?(pointing towards the seat opposite to Karan)

Karan - ya of course!

Vikram sat there and the man stood beside him,

Vikram - hmm...to Mr and Mrs Luthra!you guys done need to worry...all you need is to cooperate with me!aap mujhe suru se sab bataiye...taaki mujhe investigation me aasaani ho!

Karan - sorry Inspector!but i just wanted to ask...normally investigation me ek team ko lekar aaya jaata hai statement record krne...but yaha to bas aap aur ye....?

Man - Aarav Sehgal!Sub Inspector, Crime branch!

Vikram chuckles,

Vikram - vo kya na Mr Luthra...kehte hai hum Crime officers thore sanki hote hai...especially vo jo mysterious cases solve krne ke specialist hote hai!mai bhi unme se ek hu shayad!aur mai nahi chahta ki case ki ek bhi lead kisi aur ke liye as a advantage kaam kare!so the case is just between you me and Aarav!

Preeran looked at each other and then at Vikram,

Vikram - are utna bhi sanki nahi hu jitna aap dono soch rahe ho!

Karan - no no It's not that!

Aarav - Vikram sir aise hi hai!baate ghuma phira ke karne me inhe maza aata hai!

Vikram chuckles and looks at Preeran,

Karan - aap suru kr skte hai!

Vikram(sighs) - ya!so case ke baare me puchne se pehle mai aap dono ke baare me puchna chahta hu!aap dono ke baare me kuch.....

Karan - Karan Luthra!mera Management ka business hai!

Aarav - ya of course....aapko kon nahi jaanta!India's youngest business man!kaafi kam wakt me aapne apna business empire stable kiya!right?

Karan nodded,

Karan - She is Preeta...Preeta Karan Luthra!

Aarav - aap kya karti hai?

Preeta - mai ek housewife hu!

Vikram - homemaker indeed!aap dono ki shaadi ko kitna time hua?

Karan - 1 year and some around 2 months!

Aarav - sorry for asking...Love marriage?

Preeta - ha!(smiled)

Karan smiled seeing her smile,and sighed,

Vikram - koi hai aisa jo aapka rishte se khush na ho? or something like that?

Preeta - nahi Inspector aisa kuch nahi hai!hamare rishte se sab khush the!hamari families bahot khush thi! infact khush hai!kisi ne koi objection nahi lagai!

Aarav - aapki families nahi aayi?

Karan - humne unhe inform nahi kiya iss baare me ab tak!

Vikram - wo sab Mumbai me nahi rehte?

Karan - hamari family Delhi me hai! shaadi ke 2 mahine baad mai Preeta ko lekar Mumbai aagya tha!mera main business yahi se hai isiliye!

Vikram - Oh...okay!to personal details bahot hui!to ab kahaani suru kare?bataiye Mr and Mrs Luthra!ye sab suru kab se aur kaise hua?

Preeran looked at each other and then at Vikram and Aarav,
