Y/N's POV:

My heart was beating so fucking fast...it was my turn! Right now I'm backstage at the broadway musical Aladdin. My director, Alexander Hamilton, wanted this production to be unique. So what he did was make Genie a girl. And now here I am. Playing Genie.

To be honest, I'm really REALLY scared. This is my first broadway production where I'm actually playing a main character!

Two minutes till I go out and sing Prince Ali. I looked to my left and saw Aladdin, played by Thomas Jefferson, and the set manager setting up Aladdin's throne. We made eye contact and he smiled. I smiled back at him and waved mouthed a, "Wish me luck," which he responded by putting a thumbs up.

After two solid minutes, it was show time. The music started and we entered.

Thomas' POV:

While Y/N was marvelously started singing, my face was a bright pink. Good thing no one noticed 'cause I was lifted up while sitting on a throne. Her voice was extremely unique! In a good way! That's what Alex was probably looking for when he held auditions though.

"Prince Ali! Fabulous he! Ali Ababwa!" Y/N sang as the chorus hit. I waved and smirked at the auditorium of people. I may have taken a small liking for Y/N. I mean who can't fall for a gorgeous girl with a smoking body? Not to mention seeing her in a red and gold crop top that just shows her curves!
Just thinking about it makes me go crazy. If the Genie was a girl in the movie, Aladdin would've definitely fall in love with her instead of Jasmine.

During the final few lyrics I got up from the throne and was brought to 'Genie'. Y/N and I danced to the song just as we were told to.

When we finished the musical, I changed into my normal clothes, cause it was our last show for tonight, and went out to see the people who came out tonight. While I was headed there, I saw Y/N in a change of clothes and her H/C hair in a bun. I noticed my face turn red, so I turned to avoid her gaze.

        Please don't see me, please don't see me!

"Hey Thomas!" Y/N said smiling. I blushed at her voice then turned around returning her smile. "Yo! What's up?!" I said slightly freaked out. She giggled, "Just gonna see the audience," I smiled and nodded, "Same!"

We walked to the door hearing tons of fans screaming "Aladdin!" and also, "Genie!" and even, "Jasmine!" I looked at Y/N. Her face showed she was scared. I forgot that this was her first time playing an actual character.

I faced her, "Ready?" I asked. She nodded. I opened the door and tons of screaming fangirls yelled, "They're here!!!" I looked at Y/N. The girl who was scared to death minutes ago is now confident as fuck!

I smiled at Y/N and she smiled back. When we started signing playbill's, I stared at the h/c haired girl.

     If I had three wishes...one wish would be you
