In the Saint Anne's Attic, Kol sat on a chair in front of Davina's old bed. He heard the footsteps of someone entering, causing him to turn his head to see Ophelia entering the room wearing funeral attire, just as he had.
She walked over to him, placing a hand on his shoulder for comfort until she finally sat down next to him. Kol began to silent cry, which Ophelia immediately noticed. Kol wrapped an arm around her as they both cried, the two of them being the most distraught out of all the people mourning Davina, "I forgive you," Ophelia finally spoke up, wiping the tears from her eyes, "It's wasn't your fault. And I didn't mean all of the things about you not forgiving yourself. I was just grieving."
"No," Kol argued, shaking his head, "No, you were right. I will never be able to forgive myself for what I did to Davina."
"You'll learn to cope with it, trust me," Ophelia reminded and Kol gave her a confused look, clearly wondering how it sounded as if she was talking from experience, "Davina's funeral is starting soon we should go."
Kol nodded his head in response and the duo quickly stood up before heading out the door and to Lafayette Cemetery.

Ophelia and Kol walked up to Davina's tomb, where Marcel, Josh, and Vincent were already standing. Her phone vibrated in her pocket and she already had the feeling it was Klaus, wondering why she wasn't at Cami's party. She sighed, quickly putting her phone on silent before Vincent began to say his words.
"Say not in grief that she is no more, but be thankful that she ever was and though she was taken far too soon, may her enduring light show us a way through this darkness. And though the pain may at times seem like more than we can bear, make no mistake, we will move on. And even now, the words of Ecclesiasticus are ringing in my ears, they're saying vengeance as a lion shall lie in wait for them." Vincent spoke to the group, who stared at Davina's tomb sadly.
After staring at the tomb for a moment, Vincent gestured to Josh, who stepped forward.
"A while ago, forever ago, I told Davina a story about my first boyfriend but what I didn't tell her was that I had never shared that story with anyone else. She was like a sister and a best friend and I loved her. I wish th...uh..." He trailed off, not being able to finish his sentence.
Vincent turned and looked towards Kol expectantly, as though waiting for him to say something, "I'm sorry, I can't." Kol finally managed to get out, unable to form the woods to say goodbye to Davina.
Vincent then looked over at Ophelia, who had tears in her eyes as she stared at Davina's words, "There is not enough time in the world for what I want to say Davina," She informed the group, shaking her head, "I can't. I just can't—" She cut herself off, the tears beginning to spill down her cheeks.
Marcel sniffled, wiping the tears from his eyes before taking a piece of paper out of his jacket. He looked down at it for a moment, about to read it out loud. Just then, he let out a sigh, folding the paper back up before placing it in his jacket once more, "Words aren't any good, the Mikaelsons need to answer for this. I'm gonna make them answer," He said, walking over to place a hand on Davina's tombstone, "I promise."
A concerned look grew on Ophelia's face as she heard Marcel's words. She looked over at Kol, who didn't seem bothered by his words, "I'm going to stop at Cami's funeral quickly, to pay my respects before leaving," She informed Kol in a hushed tone, "I'll see you back at the compound."
Kol simply nodded before Ophelia walked off, passing by numerous stains of bloods on the tombs of witches, which were caused by her a few nights before when she turned into a wolf in the Cemetery and killed about a dozen witches.

A jazz band started to play at Cami's wake where mourners were gathered inside. Ophelia entered the Rousseau's, a white rose in her hand. Ophelia walked over to Cami's coffin and placed the rose on top of it, a saddened look on her face.
Klaus stood about five feet away from Ophelia, looking just as sad when he saw her expression, "Two funerals in one day, Cami," She whispered softly as she pressed the palm of her hand against the coffin, "What has this world come to? And of course, the two funerals were for two of the greatest people I've met. There's a reason I usually only allow myself to get close to people who share immortality as I do. This is why."
Just as Klaus was about to speak up and talk to Ophelia, the female tribrid turned on her heel. She walked past Klaus, not even bothering to acknowledge him.
Klaus' lips parted as he started to chase after her, only to have Elijah walk over and grab him by the arm, "Give her time." Elijah reminded his brother, who didn't look him in the eyes. He instead kept his eyes locked on Ophelia as she left the bar without another word said.
"Time will not bring Davina back, Elijah. The one chance to save her was ruined by us for our ends," Klaus responded in a calm tone, "Ophelia has sacrificed her happiness time and time against for every single one of us throughout the centuries. She asked us for one thing, to bring Davina back, and we ruined that chance. Her anger is justified. It's best I reach out to her before that anger hardens into something worse. Just as Marcel's is."
"She's been spending her time with Kol, who is mourning Davina's death as she is," Elijah reminded Klaus, "They will keep each other in check. There's no doubt about that. Kol may be wild and Ophelia may be impulsive, but if they continue to stick by each other's side, there is no need to worry about what may happen."
Klaus sighed, turning to finally face Elijah, "Are you sure about that?" He asked and Elijah remained silent, not knowing the right answer.

At the compound, Freya was pouring blood into a bowl but she was interrupted when she heard footsteps. She looked up, only to see Ophelia and Kol walking into the room, "I didn't think anyone was here." She quietly told the duo, who both seemed to glare at her as they stood a few feet in front of her, still wearing their funeral attire.
A sad look grew on her face, knowing that they were both mad at her. Kol hadn't been alive long enough to get close and form a bond with his sister, which Freya knew meant he would despise her and not consider her family after what she had done. She expected it.
But Ophelia was a whole different story. Ophelia became like a sister to Freya. Ophelia may not have trusted her when she first arrived but soon became family to her. The four months Hayley had been stuck in wolf form with the rest of the pack led to them becoming even closer since they were the ones who helped Klaus raise and take care of Hope in her mother's absence.
Now, Ophelia practically hated Freya for taking away her daughter and Freya felt as though there was no way that Ophelia would ever trust her ever forgive her after what she did.
"Did you think we'd be at Cami's wake?" Kol asked, scoffing as he took a seat on the arm of a nearby couch while Ophelia stood nearby, glaring at Freya, "You know what, it turns out we've hit our funeral quota for the day. Ophelia simply stopped at Cami's to drop off a rose, but she didn't have the stomach to stay after Davina's." He explained, just before Ophelia spoke up.
"You know, Davina's was this morning," Ophelia informed Freya with an attitude, "You remember her, don't you? My daughter and the love of Kol's life, condemned to an unknowable hell and what's your excuse, Freya? Huh?" She asked Freya with an attitude.
"Was it that you were so overcome with guilt at what you did, that you couldn't bring yourself to indulge in whiskey and finger food?" Kol added in, causing Freya's eyes to fill with tears at the fact that both Kol and Ophelia hated her after what she did.
Kol stood up, walking over to the table in front of Freya and picked up a skull resting on it, "Or were you just busy desecrating more dead? Is this to be your hobby now?" He questioned her with an attitude.
Freya was silent for a long moment, glancing between Kol and Ophelia, "When Lucien died, he was convinced the prophecy would still unfold. I need to know if he was right. These are the remains of his oracle Alexis," She began to explain, placing her thumb the forehead part of the skull, which left a smudge of her blood, "Hers was the power I barely understood but now that my own strength has been augmented by the ancestors, I can try to channel her, forecast as she did and find out if Lucien was right or if we can put this nightmare behind us."
"I personally hope this stupid prophecy is true," Ophelia suddenly spoke up as she quickly walked over to Freya, their faces just inches apart, "You can all rot in hell for all I care. I don't a shit anymore. Honestly, I'm just sorry Kol and I won't be around to see it," She paused, turning to Kol, her tone becoming sarcastic, "Don't you think so, Kol?"
"I most certainly do," Kol responded, his tone of voice just as sarcastic as he and Ophelia turned and began to walk out of the room together
"Where are you going?" Freya asked the duo, especially concerned for Ophelia, who once claimed that she would never leave the city. No matter what.
"None of your business, alright?" Kol snapped at Freya, turning to face her, "There is nothing for me here. Neither of us."
"Ophelia, Kol, you know that's not true. Your family--" Freya began to say as she walked over to them, but was then cut off by Kol.
"Do not lecture me about family, sister or not!" Kol yelled at Freya angrily before becoming quieter, "Now you may have spent your entire life searching for us, but I never for a second wanted you."
Clearly trying her hardest not to cry, Freya turned to Ophelia, who did nothing to stop Kol or tell him to take it back. Instead, as Kol left the room, Ophelia went alongside them.
___
In Ophelia's Room, Ophelia was standing in her room, looking down at a picture of her and Davina together that was in a black frame. Ophelia smiled, looking down at it.
She quickly picked it up and walked over to the bed, placing it in the suitcase that was laying on top of it.
As she began to place some of her clothes in the suitcase as well, Ophelia suddenly heard whispers around her, causing her to frown in confusion, "Who's there?" She called out, only to hear the whispers become louder, "Kol, if this is you. It isn't funny."
Turning her head, Ophelia frowned when she saw a shadowy figure in the reflection of the mirror before disappearing, "Freya?" She called out once more but received no answer.
Ophelia turned her head, her eyes widening in shock as the drawing she had made of Davina the night before erupted into flames.
Ophelia quickly rushed over, using her magic to extinguish the fire before glancing around, "Who's doing this?" She shouted out angrily, the whispers becoming louder in her head.
Suddenly, the two doors in Ophelia's room slammed shut, causing Ophelia to become concerned about what was happening.
The chandelier began to shake and the curtains closed. The whispering became even louder as Ophelia turned to see her large mirror crack.
Ophelia walked closer to it, a concerned look on her face. Just a moment later, feeling as though she knew what was happening, Ophelia's face became serious, "Show yourself, witch," She demanded in a stern tone.
The lights began to flicker as Davina's reflection was shown in the mirror, looking pale and sick.
"Davina?" She asked in shock, her eyes wide in disbelief.
Just then, Davina's reflection disappeared and a cut appeared across Ophelia's throat, causing her to begin choking and gasping for breath, "Davina! Please, I'm sorry for whatever you think I've done." She pleaded, beginning to cry.
Just then, the entire room went back to normal and the blood disappeared from Ophelia's throat, revealing there to be no cut.
Ophelia gasped in shock, her eyes wide as she glanced around. Just then, the door opened to reveal Kol, who seemed just and shocked as he was, "Did it happen to you, too?" He asked in concerned and Ophelia, knowing what he meant, nodded her head in response.
