"It's yours," Ophelia blurted out, her eyes filling with tears.

Klaus' eyes widened in shock, his mouth gaped open. While Aurora was distracted by Klaus' utter shock, Ophelia used the time to roughly head butt Aurora in the face from behind.

As the vampire stumbled back, Ophelia was able to rip Aurora's hands out of her chest without her heart coming with it.

Aurora became so furious that she hit Ophelia in the head so hard, she was knocked out, and her body dropped to the floor as Klaus vamp-sped toward Aurora and pinned her to the wall of the cage by her neck.

Aurora simply laughed as she looked over at Ophelia's unconscious body on the floor, "Oh, poor, poor little thing. It'll be great to see her die with all of the poison I've given her. Her healing abilities as a tribrid won't even heal her after what I've given her."

Klaus glared at Aurora furiously, taking one moment to glance over at Ophelia's body before vamp-speeding them both outside.

Once they were gone, Cami rushed over to Ophelia's unconscious body in worry.

At Saint Anne's Church, Klaus vamp-sped himself and Aurora outside. He dragged her to the parking lot behind the building as he scowled at her. Aurora, however, seemed amused, "Oh, you're quite cross, aren't you? I haven't seen you this mad in a thousand years."

"If you don't behave yourself, you'll see a lot worse," Klaus replied coldly.

Aurora jerked out of Klaus' grip and stopped walking, turning so that she was looking him in the eye with a haughty expression, "I don't much like that tone! Although, given what I did to Rebekah, I suppose it's to be expected. Unless the source of your ire is the threat I made against your little pet and your therapist..."

Inside the church, Ophelia awoke on the floor next to the fight cage and groaned in pain as a result of Aurora's hard hit, "Oh, my God! Ophelia! Are you okay?"

"Ugh..." Ophelia groaned, weakly pulling herself to her feet with the help of Cami, "I've been through worse. Trust me."

Ophelia turned her head, only to turn her head to see all of the transitioning vampires starting to wake up, "I'm so hungry..." One of the vampires said, he and the rest of them starting walk toward the two women.

Wanting to protect Ophelia, Cami quickly stepped in front of the tribrid, who seemed to have no strength or power to her whatsoever.

Meanwhile, in the alley behind the church, Klaus and Aurora continued to talk, "You really do love her, don't you?" Aurora asked Klaus in disbelief.

Klaus gave her an annoyed look, though he smiled weakly and patronizingly at her, "Well, now I suppose I shall have to kill her, despite the fact she's with child," Aurora threatened Ophelia, which enraged Klaus to the point that he vamp-sped toward her and slammed her against the wall of a nearby building.

Aurora yelped in surprise, "Ooh, are we to play rough now?" She asked Klaus menacingly, "Foreplay's changed in the last millennium."

Before Klaus could react, Aurora spun them around so that it was now he who was pinned against the wall and her who was doing the pinning, "Tell me, can your pathetic Ophelia excite you the way that I can?" She asked, tugging on the lapels of his jacket with a hungry and flirtatious demeanor, "Can she allow you the joy of giving into your most wicked desires?"

Aurora stroked Klaus' chest as he glared at her. Klaus growled, leaning closer to Aurora so that his lips were practically touching her ear, "You don't have a large enough imagination to even think of the ways Ophelia is able to excite me, let alone do them." He whispered to her in a low tone.

Inside the church, Ophelia and Cami were still backing away from the transitioning vampire who was stalking toward them and Cami gently tried to talk him down, "Listen to me, all right? You're in transition. You're gonna have to feed on blood."

"I know the rules," He responded and once hearing several noises behind them, Cami and Ophelia turned their heads to see even more vampires waking up, "Marcel told us. If I don't feed...I die."

Ophelia, knowing that she and Ophelia were in even more trouble now, rushed over to where a mop was laying on the ground nearby and grabbed it. She then kicked it t with her boot-clad foot until it snapped in half. She handed one part of it to Cami before taking the other one for herself.

"Stay back!" Ophelia growled at the newborn angrily, who kept walking toward her, and she aggressively jabbed it at him, "Stay back or I'll kill you without blinking."

The newborn vampire frowned and tried to decide what to do as he was joined by another fellow vampire. Cami and Ophelia continued to try and fend off the starving newborn vampires, who were swarming around them by brandishing their makeshift stakes at them.

"We said get back!" Cami shouted at him angrily.

As the vampire lunged for her, Ophelia drove the stake through his heart at ease, even if she was at the lowest she had ever been. She quickly ripped the stake out of the man's heart before turning to see one about to attack Cami. She quickly stabbed the man through the heart, the vampire's now deceased body dropping to the floor.

Before Ophelia could take the stake out of the vampire's heart, another one ran over to her, grabbing her by the neck before pinning her to the wall of the cage.

Outside the Church, as Aurora
continued to plead with the immortal hybrid, Klaus was distracted by the sounds of fighting and the sudden sound of Ophelia's scream.

His eyes widening in alarm, Klaus sped away and headed straight for the church, where one of the newborn vampires had Ophelia pinned to the wall of the cage, clearly about to kill her, biting into her neck despite her not being a human.

Klaus sped over, ripping out the vampire's heart. As the man's body dropped to the floor, Ophelia stared at Klaus in shock, tears in her eyes.

Ophelia opened her mouth to speak, but found herself unable to form any words. After dropping the vampire's heart on the ground, Klaus reached his arm out before pulling Ophelia closer to him. He hugged her tightly and Ophelia began to cry, hating the feeling of being so weak and helpless for the first time in her entire immortal life.

Klaus wrapped his arms around Ophelia's waist while Ophelia wrapped her arms around her neck, "I'm so sorry that I didn't tell you..." She trailed off before she found herself falling in and out of consciousness.

Her eyes widened as she noticed that her entire arms were desiccated, "Oh, my God!" She exclaimed loudly, pulling away from Klaus, whose eyes widened as well, "What's happening to me!"

_______

Later on that night, at the Mikaelson compound, Ophelia had now been healed by Freya's herbs and it was learned that the baby inside her was now okay as well.

After hearing about Jackson heading to the bayou after what Hayley had told him as a stall, Ophelia was mad, but she understood why her friend had done it.

Ophelia was sharing a couch with Cami in the upstairs study. She had asked Klaus to allow Cami to stay with them at the compound and Klaus was more than willing to let the woman stay, surprisingly.

After Cami had fallen asleep, Ophelia had headed to her own bedroom. She was laying in her bed, still looking a bit pale even after all the blood bags she had consumed.

There was a knock on her bedroom door before Klaus entered her room, shutting it behind him before he walked over, taking a seat in the chair beside Ophelia's bed, "Can I get you anything?" He asked Ophelia, his face filled with concern.

Ophelia raised a brow at Klaus, who she knew for a fact sounded nervous for her wellbeing, "I'm fine," She replied, a fragile smile on her face.

"We need to talk about what Aurora said, you know," Klaus told Ophelia softly and the female tribrid immediately avoided eye contact with him.

"There's nothing to talk about," Ophelia replied, trying her best to not look Klaus in the eye.

"Were you not going to tell me?" Klaus asked Ophelia in concern.

Finally, Ophelia looked Klaus in the eyes, tears in her eyes, "Yes, but I was trying to figure out a way to tell Jackson first," She sighed, a sad look on her face, "He is my husband, after all."

There was a long moment of silence between Ophelia and Klaus. Klaus frowned as he watched a single tear fall down Ophelia's cheek. He quickly moved forward wiping the streaming tear, "What is it?" He asked her quietly.

"You know, there was no one else that I wanted to save me today. Only you," Ophelia confessed, "And just as I became to lose hope that you weren't coming to save me, you showed up. This keeps happening. Every time I'm in some horrible or uncomfortable situation...The second you walk in, I feel like everything's going to be okay," She paused, letting out a sigh, "I shouldn't feel like that about someone who isn't Jackson."

"Do you love him?" Klaus questioned Ophelia, who nodded her head.

"But not in the way you think," Ophelia suddenly said, causing Klaus to give her a confused look, "I love him. I do. But it's nothing compared to what I feel for you. It's true what I said all those years before, I will never love someone the way I love you. Ever."

Klaus' lower lip quivered nervously as he tried to determine what Ophelia was currently feeling by the look on her face.

When she smiled at him with affection, he began to relax and smiled back. After a moment, Ophelia's exhaustion started to overwhelm her, and she curled up with her head resting on her pillow, "Lay with me," She suddenly said, half asleep.

"What?" Klaus asked in confusion.

"Lay with me," She insisted and after a moment of hesitation, Klaus obeyed her.

Klaus stood up before walking over to the other side of the bed. He took his shoes off, recalling all of the times Ophelia had insulted him for wearing shoes as they laid together during their two century long relationship.

Klaus moved closer to Ophelia, resting his hand on her hip while his chest was pressed against her back. Soon enough, Ophelia drifted off to sleep at ease once feeling Klaus' touch.

"I love you," Ophelia confessed, just before she fell asleep, causing Klaus to quietly gasp, yet he didn't say a single word.
