Lightning is different. Born in the forest of BloodClan he should have all that he wants. He's even the son of the leader! But something is missing from his life. Something he feels that he needs. He's always been made fun of for his different beliefs in killing cats. Cats should have mercy, right? But BloodClan's ways are taught differently, and Lightning doesn't know how he feels about this.

Loyalties are tested, friendships are broken, and lies will be told. Lightning will do everything in his power to stop BloodClan's ruthless ways, but without anyone on his side, not even his father or siblings, Lightning wonders how much longer he'll be able to hold up in his Clan.
