Yukikaze! Here are the explanations for the clues.

Clue #1 (explanation): Yuki'kaze' it's in her name.

Clue #2 (explanation): She surprisingly one of only characters that is able to be seen in 3D on her home screen.

Clue #3 (explanation): She calls herself Yukikaze the Great, as a reference to Alexander the Great...look him up if you don't know who he is.
