One of Pellimore's daughters, Sebastiana, has also been through a lot of name shortening. First she was called by the long name Sebastiana, then Basha, and then to Bash, which makes her sound like a boy! 

The name I think is best for her is Basha, not too long like Sebastiana, but also not sounding boyish like Bash.
