Back at the villains' hideout, the four patrol members were locked up in a dungeon cell while being guarded by Himiko Toga and Adagio Dazzle.

"You can't keep us locked in here forever!" Twilight said angrily as she grabbed hold of the bars. "Just you wait, someone will come and save us!"

"Yeah, I heard that the master got some new recruits." Sonic said with a smirk. "I bet he's sending them over right now!"

"Oh, be quiet!" Adagio said angrily. "They don't stand a chance against us."

"I hope he knows that if they do come over here, we'll just kill them." Toga said with a smirk.

"They must've been training hard, though." Melissa said. "They'll be able to take you guys down!"

"Aww, you're so cute when you're in distress!" Toga said, turning to the blonde girl. "What was your name again? Oh yeah! It was Melissa, huh? Can I call you Mel?"

"Heck no!" Melissa said.

"Let's face it, guys." Kyoya sighed. "We were reckless and got caught. Maybe we deserve this."

"No, don't say that!" Twilight said. "Then I know you're ready to give up! And we can't have that!"

"Well, you should give up." Adagio said, turning to face the purple haired girl. "I may not have been able to beat you before, but that was when you had all of your magical friends! And right now. . . you've got basically nothing!"

"No one wants to hear about your sad defeat." Toga scoffed.

"Oh yeah?" Adagio snapped as she turned to face the dirty blonde haired girl. "Just like how no one likes hearing your obsession over some child hero?"

"Izuku was the best thing to ever happen to me!" Toga snapped back. "But he had to go and throw me in prison!"

"I thought you were more careful than that." Adagio smirked, knowing she'd be getting on Togas nerves.

"I let my guard down!" Toga said. "You don't understand how tough love can be!"

"Oh, and you do?" A voice said from the entrance of the dungeon.

The two girls turned around to see Kira Hayama had come into the dungeon.

"Of course I know what love feels like!" Toga scoffed. "You've never felt it the way I have!"

"Please. . . you fall in love with someone just for being wounded. And then you want to *become* them?" Hayama scoffed. "That doesn't sound like true love to me. It sounds psychotic."

"T-That's. . ." Toga tried to say something to defend herself, bit she couldn't find the right words.

"Anyway, the boss wants to see you." Hayama said. "He wants us all gathered in the main room."

"For what?" Adagio asked.

"I don't know." Hayama shrugged. "I guess he has a plan for takeover or something."

"Alright then, let's go." Adagio said. "We don't want to keep him waiting."

With that said, Toga and Adagio left the dungeon, leaving their prisoners alone.

"Damn it. . . now what?" Kyoya asked.

"Well, there's got to be a way to escape from this place." Sonic said. "Maybe can try and bend the bars? Or I can spin-dash into the wall?"

"They probably have outside guards waiting." Melissa said. "There's no point in trying. We should wait for the Master's rescue team."

Twilight sighed as she sat down against the wall. "What if they never come?" She said. "And if they do, what if they're not strong enough to take them down? That Shredder guy seems pretty strong."

"And don't forget that blood-sucking psycho, siren freak, and eggman." Kyoya said. "And Hayama. . . he's a whole other type of weird."

"So, we're not gonna escape then?" Sonic said.

"We can't risk it." Melissa said. "They could kill us on sight!"

"What should we do then?" Sonic asked. "Have any ideas, Twilight?"

Twilight sighed as she looked up at the only window they had, which let the tiniest amount of light shine through.

"For the first time in my life. . . I don't know." Twilight said.

. . . . . .

Back with the villains, they were all in the main room, monitoring their surroundings with surveillance.

"So, what did you want to see us for, boss?" Adagio asked. "God, that still feels so wrong."

"We're about to be infiltrated." Eggman said.

"Huh?" Adagio said.

"Yes, we've got a small team of Wu's trainees coming for us." Shredder said. "But by the looks of it, they don't have much training experience."

Everyone then gathered around Shredder and looked at the surveillance cameras. And sure enough, Shane and the others were headed their way.

"Ooh, who's the blue haired hunk?" Toga said, blushing as she looked at Jake. "I call taking him out!"

"In the fight?" Hayama asked.

"Yes, of course." Toga smirked.

"Very well." Shredder said. "Go outside and take them out. I'll be watching."

With that said, the villain team all headed outside for their next battle. They weren't too doubtful on their abilities to take them down for their master.

But little did they know, was that they were about to bite off more than they could chew. Especially since there's still something special about these heroes that even they, themselves, don't know about. And it will help out a lot in the battle ahead.
