"This way!" Summer ran forwards through the yard. Near the edge of it, there are three battlefields. In one battle field, a boy and a girl are having a battle.

"Okay, Cressalia! Moonbeam!" The girl with pink hair and yellow eyes ordered.

"Not so fast! Pursuit Darkrai!" Across from her, the boy with dark brown hair and red eyes called out his command.

"Looks like they're having an intense battle!" Ash points at the two.
"They're always having a "heated" battle. (Anyone get that pun?) Its how they raised their bond with their legendaries. That's Christina Nintsay, guardian of Cressalia, and Daniel Ikiabis, guardian of Darkrai." Gale adjusted her glasses, wiping the megastone that rested on them.

"There's so many people here!" Calem notes.

"There are a lot of legendaries, aren't there?" Gale asks him, pulling out a pokeball.
"I guess." Calem replies. We walk onto a battlefield. Summer and Gale turn to face us.
"In order to test your strength, we challenge you both to a team battle. We will each call out one pokemon. Once the Pokémon you called out faints, your eliminated!" Summer takes her own pokeball. We all head to our respective sides. "Ash, was it? You're reffere!"

Summer points at Ash, before throwing out her pokeball. "Your turn Sharpedo!"
Gale looks at her teammate before nodding.

"Camerupt, light the battlefield!" She calls out the fire type. Both of their Pokémon have megastones.
"Alakazam, go!" Calem calls out his Pokemon. Alakazam too, has a megastone.
"Sylveon, go!" I call out the Pokemon that I has recently evolved.
"Battle begin!" Ash yells from the sidelines.
"Sharpedo, waterfall!" Summer points towards Alakazam. Sharpedo sends a beam of water towards Alakazam.
"Alakazam, psychic!" Calem points at the beam of water. "Send it back to Camerupt!" The beam of water began to dash towards Camerupt.
"Protect!" The beam of water bounced off the invisible shield that Camerupt had put up.
"Sorry if you're missing out on the build up you were looking for, but I'm gonna cut to the chase!" Summer puts her finger to the megastone on her necklace. "Sharpedo, mega evolve!" A beam of light begins to swirl around Sharpedo. Emerging, the new, more intimidating, Sharpedo appears from the mist.

"Sylveon, attract!" I call out, waving a hand towards Sharpedo.

"Camerupt, jump in front of Sharpedo and use protect." Gale calls out protect again. Camerupt does as it was told. Luckily for Sharpedo, my attack has no effect.

"It's no fun if you only use protect! Alakazam, taunt!" Calem directs his Pokemon.

"Ala! Zam!" The Pokemon calls out.
Camerupt roars at our Pokémon.

"Sharpedo! Use waterfall!" A wave of water crashs over Alakazam and Sylveon.

"Sylveon, use Moonblast on Camerupt!" A wave a light washes over Sylveon, before becoming one distinguished beam.

"Use Psybeam on Sharpedo!" Calem calls from beside me.

"Not so fast! Use pursuit to dodge and then attack Alakazam!" Sharpedo rushes away from the beam of energy, a black mist surrounding it. After, it comes up behind Alakazam, before hitting it.

Sylveon's beam of light was thrust at Camerupt. Fortunately for me, Camerupt can't use Protect. Counter with explosion!" All three of the other Pokemon were it by the attack. Sharpedo sits and bears the attack, taking minimal damage. The explosion knocks Alakazam and Sylveon down. Sylveon gets up right away, while Alakazam lumbers to it's feet.

"Alakazam, mega evolve!" The same thing that happened to Sharpedo happens to Alakazam.

"Now use Psychic on Camerupt!" A purple mist surrounds Camerupt, picking it up. After a second, Camerupt is thrown off the battlefield. Unfortunately, it lands in the middle of the other battle.

"Cresselia, use psychic to help Camerupt." Christina sighs before a purple mist returns Camerupt to the battlefield, gently placing him down.

"Use Fireblast on Alakazam!" Camerupt opens its mouth, a blast of fire soaring towards Alakazam. The fire lands a direct hit, embers bouncing off, some landing on Sylveon. One the dust cleared, Alakazam has fainted.
"Alakazam has fainted! Calem has been eliminated and three Pokémon remain!" I could hear a slight joy in Ash's voice when said that Calem had been eliminated.
"Sylveon, use Draining Kiss to regain the health you lost!" I order, pointing towards Sharpedo.
Sharpedo takes a lot of damage, considering it is a dark type, which is weak to fairy type attacks.
"Camerupt, explosion again!" Gale orders her partner.
Camerupt let's out a roar, the ground beneath it shaking.
"Now Sharpedo, use pursuit!" Sharpedo begins to speed towards Sylveon, envoloped in a dark mist.
"Counter with Dazzling Gleam!" The field around Sylveon grows white. I shield my eyes. When the glow has cleared, Sharpedo has fainted.
"Sharpedo, return." Summer calls back Sharpedo.
"Sharpedo has fainted! Summer has been eliminated, and two Pokémon remain!" Ash gives me a smile, as if to say 'good luck'.
"Camerupt, mega evolve!" Gale places a hand on the megastine on her glasses. A faint glow surrounds Camerupt. Once the transformation is complete, Camerupt roars at us.
"Use explosion!" The ground shook once more as Camerupt roared. Jeez, that thing likes to roar. Gale smirks as Sylveon falls.
"You can do it Sylveon! Use Moonbeam!" I encourage the eeveelution. She looks back at me before attacking.
"Sylv-Vee-On!" The fairy type yells at it attacks. Gale grits her teeth when it lands a direct hit.
"Finish this with Fire Blast!" The embers in the attack glow as the charge towards Sylveon. Its hopeless for me, as the ember come crashing down on her, dust rising up. The dust clears, revealing a fainted Sylveon.
"Battle over! Sylveon has fainted, and the only Pokemon remaining is Camerupt, making Gale and Summer the winner!" Ash gives me a look of pity before congratulating the opposing team.
"I will say, you guys are among the toughest trainers I have ever fought!" Calem chuckles before adjusting his sunglasses.
"Why, thank you. We have been trained by the leaders of Team Aqua and Magma ever since we were little." Gale explains
"Aka, our uncles!" Summer cheers.
