River Herd's heads hung low, they all felt the pain that Starfrost must being feeling  now at the lost of Riverleaf, Starwing's and Morningcloud's only foal to make it to see their third birthday ( Note: Riverleaf was not that old. It just means that all of Star's and Morningleaf's, or Morningcloud's, foals have never lived to see their third birthday.) Brackentail walk up to Starfrost.

"Starfrost, my mate Flamesky just gave birth to a stillborn colt. We were wondering if you might want the fillies to nurse off of her?" Ask Brackentail.

Starfrost stood up. "Brackentail, did Flamesky just force that colt's birth?"

Brackentail shuttered. "She may have. I don't know. She and I loved Star and Morningleaf very much. She may have so she will have milk for your foals."

Starfrost just shook his head. "What done, is done. We can not change the past now, no matter how much we want to." 

Starfrost nuzzle his two fillies, who were curled up next to  their died  mother. This fillies learn all of too soon the meaning of death. I will  make sure  that from now on that they will  have  very  little sadness in their lives, my Dear  Riverleaf.  That I promise.

Starfrost licked his fillies awake. "Come with me my lovely ones. We will find a nice mare from you to nurses to. "

Brackentail lead them the way to Flamesky. "We named the colt  Flametail."

"That is a good named , Brackentail." Said Rainmist.

They reach the willow tree that Flamesky was under. "Flamesky, I brought the fillies!" Said Brackentail.

 " Come in." Said a voice. 

"Brackentail, I do not think that was Flamesky," said Starfrost.

"I do not think so ether. Take the fillies and run!" Said Brackentail. Just as ten powerful Blood Herd Steeds jumped out from the willow.  Starfrost  whinny for River Herd's Army. Just as Warwing leaded.

"I will take those fillies now!" Said Warwing in his raspy voices.

"No, you won't!" Cried a voice and a sound of hooves string bone and a return blow.
