Starfrost eyes widened as he saw the Hundred Year Star beam of  starlight land on Riverleaf.
"No!!!!" Cried Starfrost.

"Starfrost, calm down. It not  will help your mate if you panic now." Said Brackentail. "Your mare is having twins! One sired by you. The other by The Hundred Year Star."

"How do you know that?" Said Starfrost.

"Star told me before he died." Said Brackentail.

Riverleaf screamed. Lavenderroot raced over to her.

"Starfrost, they are coming!" Lavenderroot said.

"Oh by the way, they're fillies." Said Brackentail.

"They're here!" Cried Lavenderroot.

Just than a black foal was born.
She had a Crescent noon on her forehead.

"Lunacloud!" Said Riverleaf. "Her name is Lunacloud. Is she alive?"

Lunacloud , Luna, just lay there in the grass. River Herd started to bow their heads when they all were think the filly was dead. But just then Luna lifted her head, flared her nostrils, and spread her wing.

"Mama?" Cried Luna.

"I'm here, little one." Said Riverleaf groaning with pains for the second foal.

"I see the second foal!" Cried Starfrost.

Just then the second foal was born. A misty gray filly with a black muzzle, black tipped ears,  a stormy mane and tail, Hot Pink feathers with the end tipped in black, one front white socks ,  and a crescent moon on her forehead.

The filly spread her wings and flutter off the ground. Her eyes were a misty blue-green.

"Her name shall be Rainmist..." Cried Riverleaf, her voices trailing off. Her golden eye becoming  cloudy.

"NOOOO! Riverleaf stay with me! You have to help me with our daughters! NNNOOO! Please come back! Riverleaf!" Cried Starfrost.

  "Starfrost, find a mare for our fillies...." Riverleaf said with her last breath.

"NNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Cried Starfrost.
