"Almighty Thanos. I, Loki, Prince of Asgard... Odinson... The rightful King of Jotunheim, God of Mischief, do hereby pledge to you, my undying fidelity."

I watch as Loki stands before Thanos, hiding a dagger that he manifested behind his arm. He attempts to stab the Titan but he stops him easily, grabbing his arm and crushing his wrist as Loki drops the dagger.

"'Undying.' You should choose your words more carefully."

I open my mouth to scream but the sounds just never happen, silent and trapped to watch Thanos grab Loki's neck and crushes his fist. He looks over at Thor,  as Loki gasps and chokes for air.

"You... will never be... a god." I try to reach other and stop Thanos but I couldn't feel my limbs as I hear the crack resonate around me, Loki going limp as Thanos dropped his body. Thor cries and crawls to his brothers body as Thanos looks directly at me.

"I'll be coming for you soon."

I gasp as I snap my eyes open, gripping my bed sheet as the objects around my bedroom that were floating just dropped to the floor. I try to catch my breath, trying to remove the nightmare from my head when I hear someone grumble behind me.

"Darling..." I freeze, noticing the arms that were wrapped around my waist tightly and the legs that were tangled with mine. I remember that Loki was sleeping behind me as he nuzzles his nose against my neck, pulling me close to his chest as he curled around me. I let out a sigh in relaxation as the gems glowed a faint blue, his fingers entwining with mine as I calm down.

Ever since we got back to Earth a couple of days ago, Loki has been living with me in Tony and Peppers place while the rest of the Asgardians were bundled up at the compound and a temporary village that I helped build with Tony.

It was a hectic few days to situate the Asgardians while Thor, Loki and I explained to Tony about Thanos planning to come to Earth and to destroy our planet. Well, more like I was explaining it. I also mentioned that since Loki hadn't taken the Tesseract, Thanos might take a bit longer to visit us since he has to track it down since Asgard got sucked into the void.

The change in the timeline may have given us more time and prevented the death of all Asgardians. But now I was having nightmares about Thanos declaring that he will find me.

I get brought back from my racing thoughts as I feel Loki press kisses against my neck. "You worry too much darling. You gave us more time to prepare." I melt in his arms, his warmth soothing me as Loki peppered kisses on my cheek. Loki has also been more touchy and always crave skinship when we landed, making sure to somehow always keep a hold on me like I might disappear into the void like before.

"I know... but I can't help it." I turn around to face Loki as he stared at me, brushing his fingers against my cheek. I enjoyed waking up to his messy bed hair and hooded eyes, always waking me up by kissing me somewhere other than my lips.

He brushes my hair back, soothing pulses easing the worry in my head and the slight pounding. "He won't touch you as long as I'm here." I close my eyes as Loki gently moves me on my back and kisses my neck but I couldn't help but flinch as I see Loki's dead body flash through my mind.

"That's what I'm worried about..." I mumble out and Loki leans back up over me with a frown. "I've watched so many people that I care about die and there was nothing I could do but now that I'm actually here, I can stop it. I can stop him from hurting you. Stop him from hurting everyone." I sigh out, running my hands down my face.

"Then we will stop him together with your strange family of Avengers." I chuckle as Loki grins, sending more calming feelings through me with my gems. I suddenly see a flash of bright green from my gems as Loki looks at me lovingly before moving down to kiss me but I stop him, putting a finger on his lips.

"We need to brush our teeth first." He rolls his eyes, nipping my finger before rolling off and letting me get up from bed. I yawn and stretch out before heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I look over to see Loki join me, brushing his own teeth. We were done in no time, my boyfriend moving to hug me from behind. A shudder as he moves my hair back over one shoulder, kissing my shoulder and slowly moves down as he shifts my sleeve down.

"You're trembling." I feel Loki smirk against my skin, peering at me through the mirror as my chest heaves. He runs his hand beneath my shirt, curling around my chest and pressing me against the edge of the sink.

"Loki~" I whine softly as he bites down on my neck when my phone suddenly starts ringing. "I need to grab the phone." I mumble out as I tilt my head to the side. The ringtone ends but starts again and I sigh out, poking Loki's side and he squirms back in a ticklish manner until I could escape. I pick up the phone as the ringtone ends and I see a message from Pepper asking if I wanted anything from the store but I replied back with a no.

"Who was it?" Loki asks as he leans against the doorway.

"Just Pepper asking about groceries." I chuck my phone back on my bed but I shriek out as I suddenly get pulled towards Loki with his powers. I end up in his arms again as he leans down to quickly kiss me.

I was making some pancakes in the kitchen as Loki watched in slight awe, mixing the batter and cooking it before plating the fluffy disks. "Hot, hot!" Loki fans his mouth and I chuckle, pouring tea for both the both of us.

"I am surprised Stark allowed me to stay here with you." Loki says as he carries the stuff over to the couch where we planned to have a domestic day.

"Well, he didn't exactly say he was ok with it." I grin over my shoulder as Loki raises a brow at me. "I just did whatever I wanted. He can't stop me." Loki chuckles, using the TV remote. Thor and I had been teaching him the wonders of human technology and Loki had been able to learn things very quickly. Not like he wasn't an intelligent god or something.

"So why didn't he want me to stay here?" Loki asks as I head over to settle on the couch next to him.

"For one, he knows about my feelings for you and he didn't want the opposite sex to sleep in the same bed with me. Plus he wasn't looking forward for whatever pranks you might play on him." I eat my pancakes, letting Loki watch whatever he wanted as I scrolled through my phone.

"Well maybe I should play tricks on him just to annoy him. Or maybe even sleep with you, just as you suggested." I choke slightly on my pancake, sipping my tea as Loki smirks at my reaction.

"Lets uh, lets not do that just to annoy Stark..." I blush, shovelling my face with the rest of my breakfast. Loki and I just talk once we were finished, getting to know each other better while also explaining Earth customs and our rules here.

"So we cannot go around stabbing each other?"

"No, that's assault and you get thrown into jail."

"I could always escape."

"Yeah but the feds would be on your ass to bring you back in." Loki hums out, pulling me close to his side as I laid my head on his shoulder. I let him pull me onto his lap, his hands running down my legs when he starts kissing my neck again. "Loki-" I try to move away but he held me tightly, a fluttery feeling in my stomach as he sucks on my neck.

"You're like a forbidden fruit, untouched and calling for me." I gasp as I feel a pleasurable pulse of magic shoot through me. "Those years that you were gone when I was in Asgard, I would always think about you. And when I missed you, I would always watch that little clip you gave me on the Stark device." Loki turns me around on his lap so my legs were around him before pulling me close to his chest. "I can't get enough of you." I whimper softly as he grips my hips, diving down to kiss me.

"Loki~" I mumble against his lips as he deepens the kiss, his tongue prodding against my lips.

"You taste sweeter than the syrup." He growls out, parting my lips to slip through as he pressed into me. He moves down to suckle against my neck while giving me a breather, biting and kissing a certain spot to leave a mark.

"We're home!" I move to pull away once I hear Pepper and Tony but Loki pulls me back to kiss me again. "Oh I'm going to kill you!" I hear Tony stomp over to us and Loki suddenly pulls away, leaving me slightly dazed as he smirked at the angry father figure.

"Oh hello Stark. I did not hear you arrive." Pepper was keeping a hold on her husband, making sure he didn't actually kill Loki. "We'll be on our way now." Loki picks me up in his arms, grinning at Tony before kissing me right in front of him again.
