I watch as the brothers walk over to me after their father passed away, the ground suddenly rumbling as wind sucked in backwards. I turn around and stumble back, seeing the growing black and green inky cloud and the three of us immediately change into our suits. Loki frowned deeply at how much my suit had changed, an ombre of mainly black over the white and I knew he knew that my powers had been changing. And for the worst.
Hela soon walked out, a grin on her face. "So he's gone. That's a shame. I would've liked to have seen that."
Hot damn girl. That voice!
"Kneel."
"Beg your pardon?" I snicker, looking at both Hela and Loki, getting some similarities between them.
"Kneel. Before your queen."
Oh, mama.
My knees buckle and I quickly catch myself when Thor throws his hammer but Hela manages to catch it easily. Thor struggles to pull back his hammer but Hela had a tight grip on it.
"Oh no..." I step closer to Loki when Hela suddenly glanced at me.
"It's not possible."
"Darling, you have no idea what's possible." I gasp as Hela's grip breaks through Thor's hammer, shattering it into pieces as an electrical blast sends a wave against us. Loki quickly holds on to me, bracing ourselves against the blast until it dissipates. We look up at Hela in shock but she kept her eyes on me, advancing towards us with her dual swords. "Such a pretty little thing with so much darkness." Loki pushes me behind him and I notice the fear on his face as he calls out for the bald guy to bring us back to Asgard.
"Loki don't-!" I get cut off as we get enveloped in the Bifrost, flying up back to Asgard. "Shit!" I yell out, pointing to Hela below us as she followed us. I fire up a blast at her and she yelps as she tumbles back slightly in surprise but throws one of her swords at me. It bounces off my shield, ready to attack again but I suddenly see Hela right in front of me.
"You're an interesting girl. I could use you in my legion. Too bad you have shown me disrespect!" I scream out in pain as she crushes my wrists.
"(y/n)!" Loki growls out and the last thing I see is him throwing his dagger at Hela before she throws me out of the Bifrost.
"She's beautiful, isn't she? It's a she right?" I groan out, my whole body in agony as if I crashed through planets and asteroids continuously. "Oh goody! She's waking up!" I open my eyes, hissing at the bright rave lights until I see a strange man in front of me.
Oh, you've got to be kidding me right now...
The grandmaster...
He gets up from his chair and creeps over to me, my body instinctively leaning back in disgust as this dude bends down in front of me. I wanted to wack his hand away from my face as he pulled my hood down but I realise my hands were cuffed to the chair I was sitting on.
"She's special. She has power." the Grandmaster grins at me, noticing the burnt streaks on my arms.
"She's dangerous." some other woman calls out from behind the Grandmaster and he glares at her.
"You don't know that. She could be lovely." The Grandmaster steps back and smiles at me. "Uncuff her." the magnetics on the cuffs come off and I rip the cuffs off, jumping up from the chair to hover in the air as I surround myself in a forcefield. The grandmaster simply looks up at me in awe. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing!?" he exclaims, shaking scrapper 142, aka Valkyrie.
"Stay away from me!" I hiss out at the guards that surround me, their spears aimed at me as my powers crackle around my fist.
"She's a true wonder! A special creature that no one else in the universe even owns! And now she's my property! Pay the lady." the Grandmaster was looking all smug and I glare at him.
"I am no one's property! And I am not for sale!" I growl out but everyone ignores me as the Grandmaster pays Valkyrie. "Fine." I surround the guards with my powers, lifting them up as they scream and wriggle in fear. "Now listen here, I want off Sakaar-" I let out a shrill scream as electricity burns through my body, falling to the floor and writhing in pain.
"Not only is she an appealing creature, but a willful fighter as well!" The Grandmaster walks up to me as I was on the floor, kneeling. "I just realised, I never asked your name. Where are my manners, I haven't even introduced myself. I am The Grandmaster, who are you?"
"I'm not telling you shit." I hiss out and the Grandmaster narrows his eyes on me, his patience thinning.
"You may be powerful but no one, and I mean no one, disrespects me." He signals someone and I feel the cuffs back on my wrists, cutting off my powers and I struggle as they shove me to my knees in front of the steps as the Grandmaster sits on his throne. "You are now my trophy so I should give you an appropriate name." I grit my teeth at him as he just smiles at me. "You are now called Angel." He chuckles at his guard pointing at me. "See what I did. Because of her wings."
My wings?
I look behind me and I notice a faint outline of white tainted black angel wings behind me before it disappears. "The fuck...?"
"Wipe her memory." I whip my head to look at the Grandmaster, scrambling back away from the guards as they walked towards me and I scream out as they plunge a needle in my neck. My vision immediately blurs, my veins burning and a headache pounding in my skull. "Sweet dreams Angel. I will see you when you awake."
"And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you're scaring me"
I can't help this awful energy,
God damn right, you should be scared of me,
Who is in control?"
I sang out sweetly into the mic as I hovered in the air above the stage, the orchestra increasing their tempo to reel in the audience into a trance as I flew around the stadium in my concert approved dress which was white and black ombre.
The crowd cheers as I flew over them before going back to the stage to let the last beats end before spreading out my large wings from my back, the edge of the feathers dripping ink that disappeared midair. I beam at the crowd, waving goodbye eagerly as I flew back to the Grandmaster who was watching with a proud look on his face.
"Another beautiful concert Angel. You continue to outdo yourself." He compliments me and my smile falters slightly, feeling that same sick and nauseous feeling in my stomach along with the pounding in my head. It has been like this the moment I woke up in my bed a couple of weeks ago, no recollection of who I was besides the Grandmaster.
"Grandmaster, someone has requested an audience with you." He nods and he holds up his arm to have me loop mine with his. I was about to retract my wings away but the Grandmaster shakes his head.
"Let whoever wishes to see me know that there is no one better than you." He gently pats my wings that surround us and I shudder in disgust. He leads us to his throne room and I stand next to him as the chair brings forward a man.
He's beautiful...
My eyes widen as he looks at me with those gorgeous green eyes, black hair slicked back slightly besides a few strands that were ruffled and wearing a green and black leather battle suit of sorts. "(y/n)!?" I blink as he struggles to get out of the chair, a look of urgency on his face as he tries to break free. "I am Loki of Asgard and I command you to free me this instance!"
"Loki?" the name sound familiar and both men look at me.
"(y/n)! It's me! You have to remember who I am!"
"I believe you are mistaken, dear boy. This is Angel, my precious trophy." I flinch at the word trophy. "She sadly woke up here with no memory and I couldn't let the poor girl waste away." This Loki looks at me sadly and I hiss lightly at the pain in my head. "Ah, I believe it's time for your medicine." I stumble back away from the guard that held a needle, my heart racing in fear.
"Please, I beg you, Grandmaster. Can we skip it today, please?" I beg, my cuffs and collar stopping me in place so the guard could inject me. As usual, I feel faint and fall back into someone's arms, looking at Loki as he reached out from me.
