"I'm gonna say this once!" Steve, the twins and I walked into Tony and Bruce's lab to see them continuing to build Vision.

"How about 'nonce'?"

"Shut it down!" Steve yells out, getting more furious and I just lay back against the wall to watch the chaos.

"Are they always like this?" Pietro asks me and I nod.

"Unfortunately yes."

"How do you deal?" I shrug.

"I can always fly away?" Pietro nods in agreement before zooming around the lab and disconnecting the large electric conduits. "Nice job." I hi-five Pietro and we just chill out on the wall next to each other.

"No, no. Go on. You were saying?" Pietro and I say and he looks at me in surprise until we hear something crack and Pietro falls through the floor.

"I'm rerouting the upload." Before Steve could even throw his shield, I freeze everyone in my hold and lift them up. They wriggle and struggle to move against my powers.

"(y/n)! Put me down!" Steve narrows his eyes at me and I sigh out.

"Let's all just calm down and take a breather." Clint, Pietro and even Natasha's bodies hover up from the lower level, also held in my grasp. "Hi Natasha!"

I wave at her and she smiles at me. "Hi sweetheart."

I blush but I shake my head before focusing on the rest of the adults. "No need to fight." I look at Steve and Tony. "No need to use your powers either." I look at Wanda and Bruce.

"(y/n), let me just turn this thing back on-"

"-don't listen to him!" Steve cuts Tony off and they glare at each other.

"Sometimes I think I'm the mature one out of all of you despite being almost more than 5 years younger."

"Do not do this." Wanda begs me but I frown at her and everyone realises that I was doing this to continue the sequence of events that has to happen according to the film.

"No way! This can't be the next step!" Steve exclaims in frustration.

"Sorry Steve. This has to happen. You know that. I'm just waiting for Thor." I hear a crash and I look behind me to see the said man slide in. "Speaking of him, right on time."

"Have I missed something Lady (y/n)?" I shake my head as he pats it gently.

"Nah. Just waiting for you to bring that thing to life." I give him a thumbs up and he jumps on the cradle, summon his lightning powers that crackle around us brightly before slamming his hammer down to bring Vision to life. Thor stops after a while and I gently put everyone back down to their feet. The cradle suddenly bursts open and the explosion sends Thor flying back as we all covered our eyes. "He's alive!" I mimic Dr. Frankenstein as Vision crouches on the cradle and everyone looks at me like I'm crazy.

"You are funny." Pietro points at me and I give him a thumbs up.

"Everyone, take a step back." they all do as I say and Vision suddenly tackles Thor but he throws him through the glass and Vision goes flying. I let the tension build in the air as Vision looks at the world outside the glass of the Avengers Tower, contemplating his new life like all us humans do.

Everyone joins in the lower lounges as Vision flies down to greet us. "I'm sorry, that was...odd." Vision looks at Thor and notices his cape, copying him.

Aw! That's so cute!

He's like a child copying someone he looks up to!

I coo silently and I see Wanda raising her brows at me.

Stop reading my thoughts.

I let Thor explain the vision that he had of the infinity stones, pointing to the stone in Visions head. "It's the Mind Stone. It's one of the 7 Infinity Stones-"

"-hold on, you have to be wrong there." I cut Thor off and he looks at me. "There's only 6. There's no 7th. No such thing exists. Definitely not in the films."

"Films?" Pietro asks.

"How does she also know of these stones?" Wanda asks and I groan out.

"I'll explain later. Thor, serious. there's not to be a 7th."

"Lady (y/n), I have seen 7 stones." I purse my lips, swamped with panic.

"That's impossible." I take out my hand, listing off the coloured stones for each finger and the back of the hand to confirm with Thor.

"You are correct Lady (y/n) but there is one more." Thor flips his hand to reveal the palm. "There is another stone but that one is unknown."

"Thor, I'm begging you, this has to be wrong."

"Something is wrong with the timeline." Bruce mutters out. "If (y/n) is saying that something is different then it's supposed to be..."

"Something has changed..." Steve mutters out.

"Big time." Tony groans lightly.

"And I'm guessing you have no clue about the mystery stone do you." I shake my head, answering Natasha's question.

"No! I only know the 6!" I run my fingers through my hair, suddenly pacing.

"(y/n), please calm down." Wanda says softly but I back away from everyone.

"I've changed everything. I've put this universe in danger." I mutter out and I fly off, heading straight through the walls for my bedroom.

I was rushing around my bedroom, packing up my belongings that I figured I might need to survive out in this world. I was stuffing my suitcase, trying to close the lid but failing and I scream in frustration, knocking it off the bed. I slink down to the ground, burying my head in my knees when I hear knocking on the door.

I don't bother answering. "(Y/n)?" I hear the door open and Natasha and Tony walk in, looking around my messy room.

"Seems like you're going on a trip." I hear Tony hiss in pain and I know Natasha had whacked him.

"(Y/n), everything will be ok." Natasha sits down next to me as Tony leans against my doorway.

"How can you say that? I've changed this timeline, who knows what's going to happen. Even I don't know anymore."

"Like the annoying capsicle said, we'll deal with it together." Tony pipes up and I sigh out, looking at the two people that didn't deserve to die.

"I can't be here anymore. Who knows what else is going to change the longer I'm here." I stand up, going to pick up the items that were strewn around my bedroom and try to pack them in the suitcase again. Someone stops me and I look up to see Bruce take my suitcase away. "Bruce-"

"-you're part of the team (y/n)." He smiles at me and pulls me into a hug.

"You're an avenger whether you like it or not." I peer over Bruce's shoulder to see Clint and the whole squad, well most of the squad, was here comforting me.

"You guys are really not going to let me go are you?" I sigh out, a small smile on my face.

"No, we're not. So are you in?" Steve comes and I nod, pulling my hood up.

"Let's do this thing."

Everyone suits up, getting ready to fight for the world and I stood in front of the big mirror with Wanda. I frowned as I watched the darkness creep up from the edges on my suit, like dark flames that barely moved but if you stood still enough, you could see the edges dancing and rising higher.

"I get first crack at the big guy. Iron Man's the one he's waiting for." Tony calls out and I look over at him.

"That's true, he hates you the most." Vision and I say at the same time and he hi-fives me as he walks past me. We all walk towards the quinjet and getting in.

"Ultron knows we're coming."

"He can sense me so any proximity between us rules out the plan of surprise." I sigh out as I lean against the wall of the jet.

"Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire, and that's what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia, they didn't. So our priority is getting them out." Steve finishes his speech and I look over at the twins, making sure my headphones were in.

I need to protect Pietro.

"And since this timeline has changed, I'm going in with fuck all so let's bust Ultron's ass to pieces." I grin, letting my skin burst with lightning.
