(y/n) - your name

"Oh god, why does my whole body hurt?" I groan as I arch my back, rolling onto my side as if someone threw me out of a train.
Wait.
I quickly sit up and I see an actual train chugging away. "Who the fuck threw me out a damn moving train like a doll!?" I screech, looking around me to see that I had no clue where I was. I definitely wasn't in Alabama, stuck on some glowing purple rock of a planet that looked like was about to get demolished by falling debris from another planet.
"(y/n)!?" I look over and I see Loki getting up on his feet, eyes wide with relief and he runs over to me.
"Loki what-" I gasp as he skids to the ground, kneeling in front of me to pull me into a tight hug. I was confused but I hug him back, suddenly missing the warmth of his arms.
"Thank Odin you're back!" I bury my head in his neck, suddenly feeling overwhelmed as I remember glimpses of what happened since Alabama. "Ok, where's that bitch Sylvie." I hiss out, looking over Loki's shoulder to see the blonde girl that took my mind hostage. I seethe, my arms turning dark as I latched a lasso around her body and pulled her towards me. I stood up, Sylvie growling as she struggled to free herself from my grasp as I slowly suffocated her body in dark matter that crawled over her like inky tar.
"Let me go!"
"Oh no, you're the one begging to be released huh. Now you know how that feels." I bite back, claws growing over my hands as I grew angry. "You have some real nerve of pulling me around like a damn muppet!"
"Darling, just breathe. We may still need her to charge the Tempad-"
"-where is it." I look at Loki and I raise a brow at him as he shrinks under my gaze. "Loki, give me the Tempad." he pouts and brings it out on the palm of his hand, destroyed and smoking. "You've got me shitting me right now..."
"Well, I did take quite the tumble." Loki quickly says as I narrow my eyes at him.
"You asshole! You killed us!" Sylvie yells out.
"Maybe we can fix it. Okay?" Loki tries to fix the Tempad but it crumbles even more. "(y/n)..." he looks at me like a child getting caught doing something it wasn't as he whines. "Do you think you can fix it?" I drop Sylvie and she falls face-first into the ground as I struggle to pull back my powers.
I look at my arms to see that the darkness has crept over my right arm a lot as the white sigil on my left started to fade away. "I don't know if I can... Sylvie forced me to use my dark matter powers and it's eating away at my other abilities..." I sigh out, shaking my hands as I kneel in front of the broken Tempad.
"I thought you can fix things regardless." Sylvie says and I glare at her.
"That's not how it works." I roll my eyes. "My light powers give me the ability to bring organic things back to life but also be able to fix inorganic things. My dark powers however..." I lift the broken pieces of the Tempad in front of me, floating as I try to meld them back together.
"The dark matter brings death to organic beings and destroys inorganic objects." Loki understands what I was saying and he sighs in defeat as the Tempad just shatters again, the pieces flinging away like bullets before turning to dust.
"We're fucked aren't we..." I groan as I stand back up, brushing away the dust on my dress? "Why am I wearing a dress? Am I supposed to be some evil Disney stepmother?" I peer behind me to see a sheer black cape, like a dark version of Elsa's dress from the first movie.
The fuck?
I should just be the next Elsa.
"Ok, what are we going to do to get off this planet?" I sigh out and both Loki variants start a yelling match which results in Sylvie screaming and walking away. "You really have a way with girls." I mock Loki and he rolls his eyes at me.
"But I did manage to have you falling for me." Loki muses as he grabs my waist and pulls me to his chest. He smirks at me as I flush pink, leaning down to kiss me. "Gods, I missed you." Loki sighs against my lips as I throw my hands around his neck, threading my fingers through his hair as he deepens the kiss.
"I missed you too." I gasp out as I brush my fingers against Loki's cheek, him kissing my nose before gently setting me down on my feet. "Ok, we need to think about what to do next."
"What about the ark?" Loki asks and I look at him.
"What about it?"
"The ark never leaves because it's destroyed." Sylvie yells out from behind me on the pile of dirt she was perched on.
"Never had us on it." Loki shrugs like it was such a revelating piece of information.
"So what? We hijack the ark and make sure it gets off this moon?" Sylvie scoffs.
"What else can we do? It's better than nothing. Do you have a more brilliant plan?" I mock and Sylvie sighs she stands up.
"Okay."
"Really?" Loki blinks in surprise at the girl that just agreed. I mean, there's nothing else we can do except wait for our pending death.
"Well now that's sorted," I shift my weight between my feet, jumping up and hovering in the air to test things out first. "Let's get a move on." I let my powers lift up the two Lokis and we fly off towards where we need to go with their help in directions. The journey was quite long, overusing my powers after they were buried for so long making them suddenly start to flicker halfway through and I panic.
Shit!
"Ok, hold on! This is going to be a bumpy ride!" my powers suddenly switch off and everyone screams as we fall to the floor. I quickly catch everyone just hovering a few centimetres above the ground until we all fall face first.
"And we still have more ground to cover..." Sylvie sighs as Loki helps me up on my feet.
"You're bleeding!" I quickly pinch my nose that was bleeding, blood dripping from the cracks in my skin.
"I know." I croak out and Loki quickly passes me a tissue to stop my nosebleed.
"You should've just told us to walk." I sway on my feet, vision becoming just a tad blurry as I hold Loki's arm.
"I'm fine. This isn't the first time." I shake my head, blinking as I look up to see Loki frowning at me. "Let's keep going-" I shriek when Loki suddenly picks me up bridal style, gripping his shirt when he starts walking. "Loki! Put me down!"
"No. You need to rest." I open my mouth to argue but he gives me a pointed look, sighing out in defeat and laying my head on his shoulder.
"You guys are so sweet it's sickening. This is truly a miracle for a Loki to actually fall in love with someone." Sylvie says as she walks next to us.
"How does your enchanting work?" I ignore her remark, questioning how she managed to get in my head.
"I have to make physical contact and then grab hold of their mind."
"How?" Loki asks, also intrigued.
"It depends on the mind. Most are easy and I can overtake them instantly. Others, the stronger ones, it gets tricky. I'm in control, but they're there, too. In order to preserve the connection, I have to create a fantasy from their memories."
"And you call me a magician."
"So what did you do with me?" I ask and Sylvie looks at me, glancing at Loki.
"You... your mind was dark, empty like a void of anguish and self-hate. Compared to the soldier at TVA, you were harder to grasp until I managed to get a fantasy of you living a happy married life with him."
"Did we have kids?" Loki asks and I bristle in his arms as Sylvie nods.
"Anyway, that TVA soldier, her mind was messed up. Everything clouded. I had to pull a memory from hundreds of years prior, before she even fought for them."
"Wait what!?" Loki stops as I exclaim, both of us shocked.
"Before she joined the TVA?"
"Yeah. She was just a regular person on Earth."
"A regular person?"
"Loved margaritas."
"I knew it!" I jumped down from Loki's arms after I wriggle myself out. "Even though I haven't watched the Loki series, I knew this was going to be a plot point in this!" Both Loki's just look at me. "What? You both already know that this is a show back in my universe. You both have seen my memories."
"I was told that everyone who works for the TVA was created by the Time-Keepers."
"That's ridiculous. They're all Variants, just like us."
"They don't know that-"
"-because their memories are obviously wiped too, just like they did with me for 3 years!" I grumble out, still peeved about that fact. We suddenly hear an announcement for the ark that was leaving.
"That's our ride." Sylvie says and we all make a dash for it.
