I briefly look at Loki as he fidgets subtly and I know that the giants were down in the weapons vault. "So why did you let the frost giants into Asgard to steal the casket? I genuinely want to know." I whisper to Loki and he freezes, eyes widened slightly as he glares down at me.
Odin murmured frost giants and the celebration was cut short as the brothers quickly followed Odin to the weapons vault. Obviously, I followed them cause why not.
Shit, it's freezing in here!
I shudder and rub my arms for warmth as I straggle behind the boys, them not realising I was there. Thor and Odin go off at each other as usual and Loki stays silent the entire time. I snicker as I see his face, brows up with an odd look and he turns around to see me hiding behind a pillar. He narrows his eyes at me and I raise a finger against my lips to signal him to shut up. The men, excluding Loki, quickly leave the vault and Loki stalks up to me.
"Who are you and how did you know of my plans." He hisses, gripping the front of my dress and I cross my arms.
"(y/f/n). I'm from Earth-wait no, from Midgard." he sneers and drags me out of the vault. "Hands off man! You're going to rip the only piece of clothing I kinda have here." I swat Loki's hands off and he finally lets me go. "Plus, I won't tell anyone your plans."
"And why is that?" He prowls towards me as his eyes glow, my back hitting against a pillar behind me.
They're not blue. Ok, so it just happens in Avengers.
"All this is happening according to the story as it should. I'm not changing it one bit. I shouldn't anyway." I mumble quietly and Loki looks at me like I'm crazy.
"You know the future."
"No. I just know what happens." he grins at my answer.
"I knew you were special the moment you fell from the sky."
"Ok backtrack here. I don't know where that came from." I gently push Loki away, trying to calm the raging blush on my cheeks. "Loki, look. You don't need to do all this. Odin is a fucking piece of shit father who you shouldn't try to get approval from. Thor loves you and your mother loves you. You don't need to constantly prove yourself because you are enough." Loki falters at my words but he steps away and glares at me.
"You don't know what I need you pathetic mortal!" He shoves me away and walks off. I sigh, frowning.
"Both brothers are stubborn in this movie." I shrug and walk off to let the movie continue as it should.
I was walking around Asgard, enjoying the beautiful streets and architecture. It had been way too long since I was outside, taking in everything I took for granted when I was stuck indoors in that damn hospital for most of my life. I suddenly hear rumbling and I look ahead to see Thor and Loki with their friends on horses heading towards the rainbow bridge. Before I could even get out of their way, I suddenly get pulled up on a horse earning a loud shriek.
"What the fuck!?" I gasp out, looking behind me to see Loki had picked me up as he holds me in front of him on the horse. "What are you doing! Let me go! I'm not going to fucking Jotunheim!" I hiss out and everyone looks at me in shock.
"And who are you?" Sif narrows her eyes at me.
"How did you know of our plans!?" Some other dude I can't remember asks and I try to pry Loki's hand off my waist.
"I'm not telling you shit! Put me down!" I growl out and Loki doesn't listen.
"She is Lady (y/n), a Midgardian who knows the future."
"I told you I don't! What is wrong with you!?"
"I need you to tell me if my plans become successful." Loki whispers in my ear, pulling me close.
"As I said before. I'm not telling you shit." he smirks at me when I turn to face him and I flush red as his grip on my waist tightens.
"Then I am not letting you go." I huff out, knowing I can't beat him in strength so I just enjoy the ride as we cross the rainbow bridge.
"Wow." I was in awe of the beautiful scenery. The ocean crashing below us and the clear blue sky above us as the sun was setting. It was absolutely gorgeous. "I could sit here all day and watch this..." The blue sky slowly blends into space as we got closer to the Bifrost, stars littering the view above us. It was as if we were in space ourselves. The horses finally stop and Loki jumps off, turning around and holding a hand out for me but I scoff and jump down easily myself. "I'm not a defenceless damsel in distress." he looks at me strangely and I groan. "I'm the only Midgard here that knows the references. Of course." I start walking with the Asgardians and Thor straggles behind to walk with me.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Lady (y/n)." He bends down to grab my hand and kisses the back of it, surprising me.
Since when was he a ladies man?
"I am Thor Odinson, Prince of Asgard and soon to be king."
"Uh-huh, and that's supposed to impress me how?" Everyone gasps and whips their head at me as Thor blinks, suddenly bursting out in laughter.
"You are as witty as you are beautiful. I have never met a woman like you before."
"Yeah, cause I actually have a brain." I scoff and Sif snickers, everyone finally reaching Heimdall as he stood guarding the Bifrost.
"You're not dressed warmly enough."
"You think? I'm out here wearing some silk gown here whereas I wanted to be wearing some good old hoodie and trackies!" I pipe up from behind and everyone looks at me as I huff out.
"Heimdall, may we pass?" Thor asks.
"Never has an enemy slipped my watch until this day. I wish to know how that happened." I snicker as Heimdall briefly looks at Loki.
"Then tell no one where we have gone until we've returned. Understand?" Everyone passes by Heimdall as Loki and I just stand outside.
"Hi Heimdall, it's amazing to finally meet you." I beam up at the tall man as he looks down at me.
"How are you Lady (y/n)? I hope your fall was not too painful."
"Ah, of course, you would know what happened to me. You see everything." I grin and he nods.
"As do you I presume." I peer past Heimdalls shoulder to see Loki hesitantly walk in with the others.
"He doesn't want to go. He just wants to get Thor in trouble so he doesn't get crowned king."
"Is that so." Heimdall muses and I nod.
"Yeah, so let Odin know where we are after half an hour I think. That should be enough time for them to get in trouble with the Jotuns."
"As you wish Lady (y/n)."
"Thanks, man. You're the best." I salute him and walk past him when he suddenly holds my shoulder.
"Lady (y/n), I must advise that you control your powers as best as you can. The future will be harsh on you. Do not let them eat you." Heimdall warns me and I'm left confused as he walks inside. I rush to meet up with the others, not eager to be transported. Heimdall plunged the sword into the gears and everything lights up. I stumble from the sudden movement, holding onto Loki's hand for dear life.
Lightning sparks around us and the Bifrost lights up in cool rainbow colours. "Does this hurt?" I ask Loki and he shakes his head while Heimdall warns us. "Are you sure?" I was trembling and Loki held onto me tightly as Heimdall pushes the sword as we get sucked into the Bifrost, letting out a shrill scream as I kept my eyes squeezed shut.
"We're here." Loki murmurs quietly and I peek an eye open after some time. I bend over and hag, the queasy feeling in my stomach making me sick.
"I hate that so much." I shudder, my breath coming out in cold puffs of air and I glare at Loki. "And I hate you for bringing me here." My teeth chatter and he sighs, summoning a thick cloak to have it wrapped around me.
"We shouldn't be here."
"You think!?" I hiss out.
"Does she have to comment about everything?" One of the other guys ask and I glare at him, him shuddering from my stare.
"Let's move." we head forward into the eerily dark and quiet world, almost as if it was deserted as pillars crumbled and fell to the ground.
"Oh, this is a nightmare." I whisper as we stop walking, looking around.
"You've come a long way to die Asgardians." I stand on the sidelines, trying to stay warm as Laufey and Thor argue.
"Oh no..." Jotuns suddenly surround us and I gulp.
I don't know how to fight!
Laufey grants us mercy to return back to Asgard but one of the Jotuns had to name call Thor a princess. "Damn..."
And let the games begin.
