"Where have you been Dean?" Asked Lisa. Dean slowly turned around and looked at her. Her face was in the shadows but he could see she wasnt smiling.
"I have been outside, with my new friend. His name is Cas and he is an angel." said Dean looking at Lisa as she grimaced. Suddenly her face softened as she took a few steps closer to Dean and put a hand on his cheek.
"Oh Dean, honey. Angels dont exist. I know that your mother used to tell you that Angels are watching over you but they dont exist. Jess told me what has been happening with you lately. Dont worry, baby, i will be here for you." Dean took a step back and her hand fell next to her body.
"Dean? Whats wrong with you?" Lisa asked with a worried tone.
"Lisa, look....i know you and Ben depend on me but-" Dean's sentence was cut off by Lisa's lips. The kiss was gentle and Dean couldnt help but think of the softness of Cas' lips.
"Dean, baby, dont worry about anything. I will find a job, Ben will help the neighbours.... We will be ok. You just get better. And when you come home everything will be ok, i promise." Said Lisa sitting on Dean's bed and patting the bedsheets next to her asking Dean to sit next to her. He sat there and looked at her.

Dean POV
I totally forgot about Lisa! What am i supposed to tell her now...Cas and I....i dont know, she still believes that everything will be back to normal but... I had sex with a man! Not that i didnt like it, i just dont know. If i tell her that i dont love her anymore it will break her heart. And i dont want that.
"Look Lisa we-"
"Shh Dean everything will be ok. I have faith in us. I believe that you will get better soon and we will be together again. Just stay, do what the doctors say." she said putting her hand on my cheek again. I looked past her and saw a pair of bright blue eyes looking at me. The brighy blue eyes i loved so much the past couple of days and the ones i will love forever. I saw Cas looking at me with a worried look. Whats with all these people. They are all so worried. I smiled lightly to Cas but he became invisible again. I was deep in thoughts until Lisa shook my shoulder.
"Dean? Are you listening?" she looked me in the eyes.
"Yeah, yeah i agree." i had no idea what she is talking about but whatever it was, my answer made her smile.
"Oh Dean! I knew you would like that!" and she hugged me tightly, and placed a kiss on my cheek.
I hugged her back and she pulled away just to find my lips with hers.

Cas POV
I was standing in the shadows listening to the conversation. For some reason it made me upset. Yes, im desperately in love with Dean and i thought he loved me back. Until this very moment. Now i dont know what to think. The way Lisa looked at him, the way he looked at her, does he love her? Looks like it. I had hopes that Dean could be with me, he agreed to be a couple with me... but Lisa is a big part of him. I was looking at them and saw Dean looking at me. There was a small smile on his lips. I forgot to get invisible so thats why he saw me. I concentrated and i slowly faded away. No one could see me. He kept looking at me and he seemed so distant.
"I have some news for you Dean, i... i dont know if you would like that but.... Im pregnant. You will be a father. I was thinking if its a girl we could name her Mary, like your mother. What do you think?" Lisa asked looking at Dean with a bright smile and you could see sparks of happiness in her eyes. She was worried that Dean wouldnt be happy so she said that fast. Dean didnt answer her and she shook him.
"Dean? Are you listening?"
"Yeah,yeah i agree" Dean finally came back to the present and answered. Lisa smiled bright and hugged him. I couldnt take that anymore. I couldnt watch that. I had to get out of here fast. I turned around and was about to fly away but i wanted to see Dean's eyes for the last time. When i turned around again i couldnt see his eyes as they were closed. Lisa's lips slowly moving with his. I felt this strange pain again in my chest. Something tickled on my cheek and when i touched it it was wet. My eye was dripping moisture. Strange. I wiped my eyes and prepared myself to fly away.
"Goodbye Dean" i whispered and left.

Lisa broke the kiss and looked at Dean.
"I love you Dean, always have and always will." she whispered lowering her head to put it his neck line. Dean just hugged her and and stroked her back with his other hand.
"We will be so happy together! You, me, Ben and the little baby. We will be a big family!" said Lisa with a dreamy voice. Everything went slow. Dean had the feeling that he bad been with Lisa for ages. Its actually been a few hours since he heard the silent whisper coming from the darkest corner.
"Goodbye Dean" had said the voice and Dean had felt his heart breaking. Finally the guard came to warn Lisa that visiting times are over and she had to go.
"I'll be here everyday Dean. I booked a motel room for a week so i will be around." said Lisa kissing him full on the mouth. The kiss had passion but Dean didnt feel it. He let Lisa's tongue explore his mouth but didnt lean in the kiss as he did with Cas. The guard was fed up with Lisa and had to literally drag her out. Finally Dean was alone. He laid on the bed and burried his face in the pillow. He searched for the little glass jar with the galaxy-like thing it in and when his hand found it, he took it out to look at it.
"What have i done..." he whispered in the darkness of his room. "Cas where are you?" he said a bit louder hoping that the angel was somewhere in the room. The hope in his eyes slowly disappeared when he realised there was no one there.
"What have i done?" said Dean to himself once again and closed his eyes while the tears were falling down.
