Anniyah felt anxious, he usually rang after 12 everyday but he hadn't even messaged. It made Anniyah want to cry, but she was trying to stay strong. She wasn't going to message him though, because she yearned for his love; care and attention as well as time. Sometimes, her marriage made her tired mentally thinking why does he be so distant in his communication, it's hard enough being in a long distance relationship but he doesn't understand that. Anniyah tries to stay positive, but she always comes back to the matter of when will she be happy. She had yes to this marriage because she wanted happiness, true love and a family of her own. She just felt so suffocated some days, she wanted to scream out her pain but instead she cried to God who understood her more than herself and anyone else. He finally rung, but even their conversations were the same. Instead of saying are you better he said how her stepmum told him that she'd been giving her boiled milk and Anniyah was better now. The tears fell from her eyes, she felt a bit emotional she didn't know why but it felt good to let it out. When would he say I love you himself when would he insist on talking longer it just hurt like hell she knew everyone is fighting their own battles but she needs to be patient and see the good in this test because surely after hardship comes ease.
