Also, Anniyah's stepmum then said how the other day Anniyah had told her sister in law, that when Anniyah had asked her husband what did you learn in class he said don't ask all the time. Anniyah's stepmum said to her dad how Anniyah shouldn't be sad and stop eating for such a minor thing. Anniyah felt like no one understood her, there was no point of sharing anything with her stepmum or dad. No one knew how it felt, being away from your spouse; people adding to your insecurities and making you think your spouse doesn't give you enough time and attention. It hurt that people have their spouses with them, they have children Anniyah knew she should be thankful for her blessings but it was hard. She felt like screaming out her anguish but instead she cried quietly in her bed. People think talking to your spouse for a bit on the phone and message helps, but it's not the same as being side by side.
