They all look like galaxy colors, and they all live in the highest mountains of Qualsa.
The tribes living near it are: just Gemwings

Some of them helped the Gemwings in the great war of the Prariewings and Ramwings on one side, and the Gemwings and a few Galaxywings on the side who attacked. Thousands of dragons died, but mostly just Gemwings. The Ramwings and Prariewings won against the gemwings and the few Galaxywings.

Some have the power to control time and other dragons, some have the power to make a certain dragon love her/him, and some can sense when a disaster will happen or if a dragonet will become evil one day.
