3rd person POV. . . . . . . .

Bellamy doesnt know how long it lasts...the torture of getting into Mount Weather. They put a chain around his neck, like a dog collare restricting his movements, his hands tied together in front of him. He and the others that were tagged harvest are doused with limestone and hosed with boiling water, then a tracker being injected into his left arm. They force his mouth open, putting some sort of pill in a tube and shoving it down his throat so he wouldnt have a choice to swallow it as it fell down his throat. Being injected a second time before being showered in boiling water again, falling into the grate beneath his chained up feet. They used a harsh, hard sweeping brush to scrub him clean and raw, wiping the blood and dirt from his form. Bellamy feels the pain and the turmoil that comes with it, the helplessness andhe lets out a scream of pain and frustration.

Bellamy feels soft small hands on him. First holding his hands, stroking up his arms, his chest and then finally cupping his face. He feels a quick but firm press of lips to both cheeks and slowly opens his eyes to a bright light. At first he thinks he's looking at a sunset, beautiful and mesmerising and everything that no stories or descriptions could ever grasp. But then his sight comes into focus and he sees the auburn hair highlighted by the green of the forest around them, the numerous freckles dotting along her cheeks, the twist of her lips that was the softest smile that had ever been directed his way by anyone, and the hazel eyes that says so much yet no words are spoken. Yet he feels so safe, warm, reassured and he knows it has everything to do with her. She's the only one that makes him feel like this.
"Bell, stay with me." She says quite but fond and he's struck by a thousand statements it makes. You can do this. I believe in you. Do what you do best. Try not to die. I'm not doubting you. But, yeah maybe save yourself so i can see you again. And i can't wait until i do.

He wakes up in a cage, hearing groans of pain and is surrounded by a whole army of grounders trapped just like him. Bellamy still feels the emotions from his dream and it brings back some of his strength just by hearing her voice in the dream. He starts shaking the cage, violently as if it would help him escape. The half naked woman in the cage to his right speaks grounder to him. Quiet they take the strongest.
"I can't - I cant understand you." He rasps out, throat aching from his earlier torture.

The woman then suddenly seems to come to life, crawling closer and he can see all the bandages on her and how thin she is.
"Skaikru?" She asks sounding feral.
He nods and is earned with her spit in his face.
He wipes his hand across his face to wipe it off, voice still hoarse. "I take it no one has told you we're not enemies anymore?"
The woman retreats back into her corner of the cage. And Bellamy feels the reassurance from his dream slip away. "I need to get out of this cage." He whispers to himself.
"And then what?" The woman asks, voice deep but despite everything still strong.
Bellamy doesnt hesitate with his answer. "And then I'll kill EVERYONE in this mountain." Resuming to shake the cage to try and break the door.

"President Wallace, can we talk?" Jasper asks the old man, entering his office slowly. He was cautious in his steps, remembering how Enyo treated the girls in camp when they said something mean about Clarke and her figure and how she moved towards them, as if they were her prey she was about to maul. Completely confident with her power.
"Whats on your mind, son?" Wallace asks him as if he doesnt know.
"My friends." Jasper states coming closer to the president. Taking notice of the sword which he knew Enyo would use if she was here.
"What about them?" Wallace asks sounding cautious now.
"Two of them are missing...one of them is Monty. Tell me where they are." Jasper demands as Wallace continues to be silent. His face changing as he realises Jasper knows something.

Wallace continues to deny he knows anything, trying to stall and his defence starts to frustrate Jasper until hes holding the sword to the old mans neck. Pure worry and desperation for his friends.
Jasper puts more pressure on the sword as he draws closer, feeling all of the losses for his friends. "Do i look desperate to you?" He asks, rhetorical with a hint of sass. "Cause im feeling pretty desperate."

Dante reveals the lies he's told Jasper but even he wants answers for the truth from DR Tsing and his son Cage. He doesnt want his people to tarnish their existence by killing Jasper's. Not anymore than they have done. Jasper idly looks back at the sword as they leave, planning to take it with him when they escape from this hell. On the chance that Enyo is alive, being the optimist he always is, he promises to make a stop for that sword before they go.

Enyo watches as Raven leaves to see whatever the fuss is about thats going on in medical, her brother actually not following the girl for once. Octavia notices it too, fiddling with Lincoln's sword in her lap as they all sit around the radio. Enyo was in here to spend more time getting to know Raven and fixing the tense atmosphere around herself and Abraham and so far both had been a success. Raven spoke a lot about her and Finn, how he took the wrap for her spacewalking, something no one else even knew, and how he gave her the Raven necklace for her birthday too. How Finn had saved her life everday from her drunk of an absent mother who neglected her. Raven spoke of not knowing who her father ever was and at some point she stopped caring too much about her parents and started to teach herself everything about mechanics, Zero-G , and other tech stuff Enyo didnt understand. The more they talked, the more the girls liked having eachothers company, Raven may not agree with the grounders ways but neither did Enyo really. And Abraham loved the fact that they were getting along so well too.

"Your not Raven's shadow anymore?" Octavia asks sassily, smirking when Abraham threw something at her.
Abraham seemed to shrink down more into his chair, blushing. "Shut up, Tavia. All you do is snogg Lincoln." He grumbled, petulant.
Octavia's smile just spreads in the Blake way. "At least i get to snogg the person i like."
Abraham throws his fur coat at her, scowling when it doesnt get her so he picks it up off the floor and throws it squarely at her face. Octavia huffs, throwing it back at him with enough force sends him back into his chair. They let out a laugh at eachothers indignant expressions and

Enyo watches them with a lazy smile. She shakes off the pull to look at the radio beside her, Bellamy shouldve checked in by now and the ever negative thoughts told her something happened. He's dead. She doesnt not believe it but she knows Bellamy. As long as there's people to protect, people he loves, his people, he won't ever stop fighting. Wont give up. Her logical side knows this is the most truthful fact she knows, her emotions are aware of it too even if they doubt the chances. One against a mountain.

"Hey how about we play a game?" Abraham asks them, the question snapping her out of it.
Octavia shrugs, seeing that he only said it to pull Enyo from thinking about Bellamy. She knew thats what she was thinking, more than aware of both of their bubbling feelings.
"Truth or dare?" He asks them and they both nod.

He challenges Enyo first who always picks dare never truth, she doesnt see the point when she's blunt without the game and hates talking about feelings. She gets dared to dance around in the corridor where people can see her, she rolls her eyes but doesnt back down, making a foul of herself as members of skaikru walk past her and give her a strange look. She's terrible at dancing which makes it all the more funny for the youngest Blake and youngest Woods sibling, who stand in the doorway to make sure they hear if Bellamy radios. There's no music so she just looks like she's lost her mind, flapping around as if she's on jobi nuts. Enyo dares Octavia to sing at the top of her voice, but she has to make up the song as she goes. Its terrible. Abraham is making funny faces so Octavia will mess up and she does, her incredibly focused face scrunching up as she stops and starts and it is completely off tune even though there isnt one. Enyo laughs so hard she falls off her chair and Octavia ends up carrying on, until she rolls her eyes and stops realising Enyo never gave her a deadline to stop to see how long she'd do it. To get back at the histerical siblings she dares Abraham next to kiss Raven on the mouth or admit that he has a crush on her and Abrahams face has never looked so serious. Enyo pats his shoulder and snorts and Octavia plans to get her on her next turn but as if sensing it coming Enyo switches the topic putting a pause on the game. Octavia vowes to herself to get a chance to dare Enyo to admit what she knows to be true.

"Quiet!" The grounder woman next to him demands and Bellamy sees all of the grounders curl within themselves, shrinking back into their cages like her. He stops shaking the cage and moves to the back wall like the rest of them.
Two mountain men in guard uniforms approach the cages, stopping at the girl's next to him. "This one will do." The look of terror on her face is enough to spur Bellamy into action, kicking at his cage door to take their attention away from her. They come near him with an electric baton, striking him through the cage so he is weakened when they open the cage. They shock him as soon as he moves towards them nd then inject him with something that immediately pulls him into the darkness.

The grounders watch him as he's strung upside down, blood being drained out of him like it had been drained from them repeatedly. The grounder woman he defended, starts to think maybe she was wrong about skaikru. Or at least the man she had spat at.

Maya, whose searching through the medical files in mount weathers medical unit, sees the evidence that Monty or Harper could be held where the grounders are. The normal treatment was longer than 25 minutes like Lovejoy had said so she knew someone from Skaikru was being drained instead of the grounders. She snook in where the cage room is after making sure Lovejoy would be in the mess hall that was far away from medical, enough time for her to save whoever was being used. Maya looked downat his face, seeing its not any of Jasper's friends but is still someone from Skairku. She grabs an epipen full of adrenaline and injects it into his thigh, Bellamy gasping as soon as it entered his system, taking in that he was being drained and hung upside down.

Maya steps away and then crouches down next to his face so she could talk to him. "Who are you?"
Bellamy thinks for a moment, about who she could possibly be. This girl that looked around the same age as the rest of his people who were trapped, short black hair and pale complexion with determination smeared into her eyes.
"Your from the ark, arent you?" Maya asks him further, seeing him come around. He nods whispering "yeah." Still trying to catch his breath.
Maya wonders for a moment by chance that this man knows her Jasper. "Do you know Jasper?"
Suddenly a thought strikes him with a name. "Maya?
She moves back a little at tne fact that this stranger somehow knows her name but she nods. "How bout getting me down, Maya?"
She nods again and stands, removing his heart monitor which flatlines but before she can continue the door beeps open.

"Lovejoy, hey." She stands straighter at being caught, trying to think of a quick excuse and a way to save the man that knows her name.
"What are you doing here? Your not cleared for this facility." He asks coming to a stop.
"I know im sorry." She looks down at Bellamy and sees that he's nervous. "I just wanted to see what was so special about him. But he's dead."
She nods towards the screen which has shown the flatline and Bellamy takes his cue to play dead as Lovejoy walks towards them.
"So he is." He presses the button to bring Bellamy down and now its Maya thats the nervous one.

Lovejoy unchains one of Bellamy's feet, looking up at Maya as he unties the other. "Your a brave girl coming in here-"
But Bellamy cuts him off knowing he's distracted, kicking him in the face and going to untie his right foot himself. He manages to get free but Lovejoy pulls out his weapon and points his gun at him, Bellamy backing away on the floor. Maya knows she has to do something, can't let someone die so she stabs Lovejoy in the neck with a needle and Bellamy goes for his gun but Lovejoy slashes the needle at his arm and punches him, both men trying to gain control.

Maya picks up he gun from the floor, sensing that Bellamy will lose the fight if she doesnt act. "Stop!"
"Dont they'll hear." Bellamy says, still struggling to fight from being drained of his blood.
Bellamy takes themost punches and a knee to the stomach until the grounder woman from before, Echo, grabs the guards hand through the cage and holds it there while Bellamy wraps his hands around the man's neck, eventually chocking him to death.
Maya watches all of it, knowing in her heart there wasnt another way, that her people were responsible for all that was happening but she also saw that no one was innocent in this war.

Bellamy stands up, looking at Echo through the cage bars and thinks that its not just the three grounders he knows that are trustworthy. Maybe more of them are like her and the rest of them in here. "Thank you." His respect obvious through his gratitude.
He looks at Maya, "you alright?" Her breathing sounds shaky and its obvious she's anything but.
He goes up to her and puts a reassuring hand on her shoulder which seems to pull her back from panic. "Hey, you okay?" He asks gently.
"Fine." She answers not wanting to really talk about it, staring at the dead guards body.

He gets into the guards uniform and puts Lovejoys body so it will go down the shoot when he pushes the containment area button which beeps loudly. He tries not to think about what the reapers will do with it, what Lincoln might do with it. He comes back to Maya who looks like she's been through enough to last her a lifetime. These were the people she knew, grew up with, like it or not this would be hard for her ad he understood that. Hell if he didn't he wouldn't have accepted Enyo.

"You've done enough. You should walk away." Bellamy states finishing the touches on his uniform.
"You dont know where your going." Maya states quietly, almost defeated.
Bellamy already sensed she would say it, not like it wasnt true. "So draw me a map."
She smiles for a second at his attitude and shakes her head. "No. Im in." Holding out a gun in one hand and mount weather radio.
"Okay. I need to get to the radio so i can contact Enyo. We heard Jasper's SOS." He says, checking how many bullets are in the magazine.
Maya nods. "I helped them set that up i know where it is. Bellamy your pople are disappearing, two so far: Monty and Harper. I thought they'd be in here but-"
"I wanna see the others now." Bellamy demands, thinking about his missingfriends and feeling his protective instincts fire up.
She agrees and pulls of Lovejoys name tag from his uniform, giving him a cap as a disguise and taking out the tracking chit that had been put in his left arm.

"How'd you know what my name was before i told you?" She asks, attempting to distract him from the pain of cutting into his arm.
"Clarke." Bellamy answers, voice deep from holding in the pain. "Clarke said Jasper couldn't stop talking about someone named Maya."
Maya smiles a little and then remembers the name Bellamy mentioned earlier. "Enyo's alive? They all think she and her brother are dead. Jasper was upset about it."
Bellamy grunts when she pulls the tracker out and holds a bandage on it, thinking about the girl in question and smiling a little himself."Yeah she's fine. She plans on making fun of Jasper because of what Clarke said."

He puts the tracker in his cage like Maya said and sees the grounder woman staring at him through her cage. He remembers the feeling of being powerless, the control being in someone else's hands, his life being in their hands. "I'll come back for you. I promise." And he means it.

"Yeah i can totally replicate this frequency." Raven answers shutting off the high pitched gadget that is used against reapers to subdue them.
"Good if we can netralise the reapers the tunnels are an option. Get on it." Clarke orders and Enyo gives Raven a side glance, knowing tha wont sit well with the girl.
"You dont need to give me orders Clarke, i got this." Raven answers back, tired.

"Enyo! Any word from Bellamy?" Octavia asks re entering the room with war paint surrounding her eyes.
Enyo shakes her head from where she sits next to the radio, her hand on it as if that would make him contact her faster.
"Lincolns still missing too. He should be back by now." Octavia rants looking to Clarke for answers.
"They'll be okay." Clarke assures her, hand on her arm.
"They better be. Your whole plan rests on him getting in." Raven says sounding accusing and doubtful.
"He will." Enyo replies without missing a beat, hand running through her hair.

Maya stops them as they come close to rounding the corner and he takes a look at the walls which have children's pictures on them. He tries not to dwell on it but he didn't really stop to think if there were kids in here. Maya gives the okay and they continue walking, Bellamy at a slower pace to look at the words Mount Weather Primary School. He may have said he wanted them all dead but he didnt want to hurt the kids who had no part in the war.

He feels a tug on his hand. "Mister? Are you on a ground unit? My dads training for a ground unit."
He was only young, not even Abrahams age. "Its pretty cool up there. I hope he makes it."
Bellamy's heart strings pull at the child grin on his face, pure innocence but when he walks toward the schools classroom Bellamy's heart breaks. Lovejoy. He'd killed that little boys father. Took away his parent, his innocence and probably his childhood. "There just kids." He says with fighting back tears.
"What did you expect you'd find here?" Maya asks wondering if he still thought they were all monsters.

"We're too late. They're already bleeding them. Its over." Clarke says defeated towards the end as she comes back into engineering.
"Its never over Clarke. You sent Bellamy in there so we're going to get them all out or die trying." Enyo declares, still staring at the radio.
Raven stands from her seat. "You dont get to give up Clarke. You killed Finn and i didnt give up!"
They continue to bicker until a voice breaks out on the radio. "Camp Jaha this is mount weather does anyone read me? Camp Jaha this is mount weathe does anyone read me?"

Enyo shook her hands out not knowing the tech and Raven pulls the radio up and hands it to her, motioning which buttons to press as Clarke comes closer to listen.
"Bellamy?" Enyo asks into the radio, voice sounding hopeful for once in her life. Smile like it too.
"Enyo?" Bellamy asks into his radio, smiling at the notion that she'd been close to the radio. She smiles a his voice.

"Are you alright?" She asks him, sounding worried.
"Im fine. Thats it for the good news. We have to talk fast something has changed, Jasper, Monty, everyone have just been locked in the dorms." Bellamy stresses out, his own worry making itself known.
"But they're alright too? All of them?" Enyo asks as Raven and Clarke listen.
Bellamy takes a second to answer, knwing she'd ask. "I think so for now. Maya says that they're already using their blood and things are going to get ugly in here real fast."
Enyo looks back at Clarke and she mouths the name. "Mayas with you? As in Jasper's girlfriend?"
He ignores the last part but sees Maya blush. "She helped me escape if not for her I'd be dead." He states truthfully because he knows Enyo prefers it when she's told straight.

"And Enyo there are kids in here we need a plan that doesnt kill everyone. Please tell me we have one." He pleads thinking back to how he doesnt wan to harm the kids anmore than he has.
"I know hold on Clarke's going to talk to you." Enyo replies and Bellamy didnt even know his other co-leader was there. But having both if his support system there reassured him.
"Bellamy we cant do anything until you disable the acid fog. Raven's gonna help you." Clarke says in greeting.
"Okay. What else?" He asks her and she can hear the change in his voice from when he spoke to Enyo to now.
"You have to figure out a way to free the grounder prisoners." Clarke says revealing her trojan horse plan to him. He asks her to buy him some time so he wouldnt get found out by the rest of the mountain men.
"And Bellamy? You came through i knew you would." She states as a goodbye and Enyo knows that Clarke cant really push away her friends even if she believes she can.

She nods for Enyo to follow her as she hands Raven the radio, walking towards the door. In answer to Raven's question Clarke just says, "I'm gonna keep em looking outside instead of in."
Enyo walked side by side with her friend, not questioning her when Bellamy's safety will be increased through whatever she decides. Together they get Indra and Octavia with some more grounders to gand up on the guards watching Emerson. Taking him outside and towards the gates in his hazmat suit.

They ran into a little problem with Abby and Kane who tried to stop them, ending with Abby and Clarke staring eachother down, both not willing to surrender their leadershp to the other. Until Kane convinced Abby to trust her and she let them pass. Once the gate is opened, Clarke tells Emerson her message that will hopefully preoccupy them for a while. Enyo and Octavia both stand behind her, gazes hard on Emerson. He takes off running into the night from the lack of oxygen that will only last another 6 hours.

"You want to explain to me how this helps my brother?" Octavia asks Enyo and Clarke.
"I just told him we have a secret army they have to worry about. The more they're looking at us,the less they're looking at him." Clarke states confident in her plan.
"Bellamy is the key to everything, guys. If he dies we die." Enyo reminds them both as she walks away. They both know she's right but that Enyo will have it the hardest if something happens to him. She would die too. If only they knew she would soon anyway.

Authors note: chapter complete. Cant wait for the next 2 chapters they will be up by tomorrow night. I will say nothing more...
