3rd person POV. . . . . . .
Clarke was frozen, staring down at her bloody hands that have been shaking since Enyo led her into the commanders tent. Enyo handed Clarke a wet rag to wipe the blood off but it was then that she started to hyperventilate, sobs wracking her body as she scrubbed her hands roughly. Enyo kneeled down in front of her, gently taking the rag from her hands so she could wipe the blood off. Neither girl needed to say anything, Enyo knew how she was feeling, she might not have killed Kayla but she did torture her, get her blood on her hands, can still hear her screams. Clarke didnt need to justify what she did for her to get Enyo to understand. She began crying harder, the more she tried to hold them in, the more painful it was and Enyo's gentle movements weren't helping hold them back. Enyo always cried whenever people she cared about were crying, she always attempted to reign them in to be strong but more often than not her tears fell too. If Clarke noticed she didnt say anything, too haunted by what she'd done.

The tent rustling and approaching footsteps made Enyo turn her head to see Abby and Kane, the mother of her friend coming towards her crying daughter. Enyo finished cleaning Clarke's hands as best she could with her shaking and loud sobs that echoed throughout the tent, then moved away so Abby could kneel in front of Clarke.
"They would've tortured him i-...i had to-....i had to." Clarke brokenly stated through her panicked breaths. She began blubbering out her reasons the longer Abby held her in her arms and Kane said nothing as he observed the interaction. He noticed the tears in Enyo's eyes that she begun wiping from her cheeks but said nothing, they had a lot to talk about when they had the chance.

Gustus entered the tent announcing the commander was ready to talk to them and Clarke wiped her tears away, needing to show no weakness in front of them. Lexa entered the tent with Indra on her tail, Gustus standing on the other side of the commander as she sat on her throne and began to talk. Enyo was about to leave the tent, knowing the three skaikru leaders could handle this seeing as though the commander hasnt killed them yet meaning she won't, when Clarke grabbed her arm. As the grounders walked to their places in the tent, Clarke's heartbroken eyes pleaded with Enyo to stay to which she nodded slightly, standing beside Clarke stoic. The small action of the bond of friendship was noticed by all in the tent, mainly Lexa, Gustus and Abby.

"Blood has answered blood. Some of my side say thats not enough, they wanted the murderer to suffer the way our tradition demands. But they do not know that your suffering will be worse," she announced speaking to Clarke now with zero emotion, "what you did tonight will haunt you until the end of your days. Still there will be restitution, the body will be given to the people of TonDC. Murderer and murdered joined by fire. Only then can we have peace."

As stupid as all of this was, Enyo thought it was the most reasonable offer to ever come out of Lexas mouth. Kane started to disagree, followed by Abby and Indra bickering until Clarke rolled her eyes, tired and agreed stating that afterwards they immediately focus on getting all of their people out of Mount weather. Lexa orders that they make way to TonDC now and for Clarke to choose who she wants to join her. Clarke nods to Enyo who nods back and leaves the tent and towards Camp Jaha to get Bellamy, Lincoln and Octavia. She enters the camp and her eyes immediately fall on Bellamy who had rifle in hand, silently asking if there was going to be a fight. She shook her head and walked into the ark where Lincoln is still restrained with Octavia by his side.

"We need to leave for TonDC. They're going to burn Finns body there." Enyo states to them as Bellamy comes to stand with them.
"So we can have peace? Even after what Clarke just did?" Octavia asked, disbelieving.
Enyo cocks her eyebrow, nodding slowly. "Yeah we need to go now."
Octavia unhooks the restraints as Lincoln begins to sit up, calling out to Enyo before she turns to leave. "Hey, you sure? We arent exactly welcome among our people anymore."
Enyo shrugs. "Since when have many people ever liked us? And since when did we give a damn?"
Lincoln looks at her with his serious face. "Your mother will be there."
"And she'll try to defend the fact that she's not a selfish, narcissistic, unloving jackass that has failed as a mother blah blah blah. Yes im aware of that dad, thank you." She snarked at Lincoln, who shook his head at her attitude.

Enyo sighed and noticed her brother's absence. "Where's Abe?"
"He went with Raven to the grounder camp to see Finn." Bellamy answered.
She threw her head back, sighing louder knowing that her brother will be joining their trip to the village because Raven's going. Looking at Lincoln who was no longer restrained and standing she walked backwards out of the room. "This is going to be so fun," she said sarcastically, "oh and Linc shave that beard off i cant take you seriously it looks like a bear's ass is on your face."
He shook his head fondly and playfully glared without heat, the three of them following her out of the room.

...............
"Go away." Raven spits at Clarke, still holding Finns head where she's kneeled sitting with his motionless body. Abraham was sat next to her, his small blade out incase Raven needed protecting. He wasnt sure what to say to his friend so he just leaned his small frame into her side so she had something to ground her.
"Raven I'm sorry." Clarke replied not being able to look down at her or the body.
"I said GO AWAY!" Raven yelled in her face as she stood toe to toe with her.
Abraham shakes his head gently grabbing Raven's jacket sleeve to hold her back.
"I know how hard this must be for you but I'm leaving with the grounders and i need you to keep working on the radio." Clarke says solemnly and Raven's face just screams how much she's looking for a fight.

As the grounders begun to move Finns body, Raven shook out of Clarke's grips harshly until Clarke requested the grounders to give them a minute. Raven declared that she was joining them on their trip with no room for argument and limped away. Abraham watched her go and looked to Clarke, he could see that she was upset but she hurt Raven and that was something he couldnt forgive.
"Leave her be, you hurt her again and I'll hurt you." He threatened up at Clarke, it was obvious he hadnt threatened anyone before because his voice wasnt at all menacing. Clarke heard him walk away as she held back her tears once again, whats left of her heart breaking at his words.

....................

They all trailed behind the cart carrying Finns body, along the path that lead towards the village. Skaikru were walking in two's along the path with the grounders and commander on horses or walking behind them. Raven was sat on the cart with Finn, both because she wanted to be close to him and that her leg couldn't take the long walk with her brace. Abraham was walking directly behind it, wanting to give Raven some space but not wanting to leave her alone.

Enyo needed to talk to him, he hadnt said a word to her since Finn had been caught and it was killing her. They'd argued before, about him sneaking out of camp, about her being the people's favourite, about their mom, even about how many arguments they were having but none felt like this.

"Abe please talk to me. It wasnt my fault-" she started as she walked next to him.
But Abraham cut her off harshly. "Yeah its never your fault and when it is you dont care. You just keep going as if you deserve to."
She shook her head, eyebrows furrowed at him. "This isnt about deserve, Abe. When you grow up you'll understand not everything can be controlled-"
He cut her off again, glaring at her with hate in his eyes that broke her heart more than anything. "Thats bullshit! The only thing i need to understand is that YOU arent who i thought you were."
Tears fill Enyo's eyes, "Abe, please."
"No! YOU killed dad, you've killed men and women in battle, hell you even tortured and watched your first girlfriend die! And now you lied and said you agreed with me about our people's ways being wrong and let Finn surrender as a cover up." He spat at her trying to walk faster away from her.
She grabbed at his arms to make him slow down, starting to get frustrated with him, but he violently pushed her away and she let go. "Abe i do agree, you know i do but it was Finns choice, i cant save everyone. Im sorry."
He stopped in the middle of the path but no one would catch up to them straight away. He glared up at her and spat at her feet in disrespect, walking backwards as he continued to talk to her. "I know you can't, i was stupid to think you are my hero."

He turned and ran up to the cart so he could sit on it with Raven and left Enyo standing alone. She clenched her jaw and kept walking at a slow pace, clearing her throat when she heard footsteps next to her. It was Clarke and Bellamy, who let her walk inbetween them when their paces matched in sync. Bellamy stared at her, he'd seen the sibling altercation as everyone else had although he didnt hear what was said. Given that she was putting up a front, he knew that whatever was said hurt her.

He nudged her arm with his elbow, wanting her to look at him. She did and he saw her hiding the pain. "You're family, it'll work out just give him some space."
She swallowed her emotions and nodded, glancing at Clarke who was staring at the woods as if she sees something that isnt there and she knows what she's seeing. Bellamy notices his friend's haunted gaze too.
"Hey you doing alright?" He asks her from over Enyo's head.
Shaking out of her daze, Clarke looks ahead. "Yeah."
Bellamy knows her guilt, sees it. "You did the right thing."
"Now i get to live with it." She replies lowly. As she sees Bellamy look back to those who follow, she says. "You still think this truce is a bad idea dont you?"
"Well he's not wrong, peace never lasts with our people." Enyo responds from between them.
Bellamy notes that to the back of his mind. "I think we're wasting time with politics when our friends are in trouble."
Enyo nods in agreement and Clarke knows there's a point to where he's going with this but she doesnt want to have killed Finn for nothing. "We need their army to get to Mount Weather, Bellamy and you know it."
Bellamy, still carrying his rifle gives her a look. "Their army has been getting their ass kicked by Mount Weather forever. What we need is an inside man, someone to be our eyes and ears."

Clarke looks at him, then Enyo, both have the determination of going ahead with this and she knows they will. "Forget it, its too dangerous."
Enyo gives her a stern look too. "Clarke if Bellamy doesnt go then i will. This needs to be done and you know it. I have the most palest complexions of our people and from what you've told us, i would fit right in and no one would even know. More protection for our friends."
"I said no!" Clarke states leaving no room for argument. But Bellamy and Enyo werent the type to just let it slide.
"Since we dont take orders from you, we're going to need a better reason." Bellamy snarks.
After a moment Clarke looks at them, eyes pleading. "I cant lose both of you too. Okay?"

They both looked at her, remembering Finns death and the shocking fact that she cared about them. Bellamy wasn't used to someone needing him, depending on him, he still had a hard time believing that Enyo stays with him just because she cares about him. Enyo just can't understand why people cared about her, what she had to offer. Self loathing through and through.

They kept walking along the path in silence, as the sun descended Lexa ordered to set up camp in the woods next to the path until first light. The grounders set up camp on one side while skaikru began to set up theirs on the other. As Enyo was coming back from the lake and towards the set up camps she bumped into a farmiliar face.

"Natrona." Traitor. He spat at her feet, 19 year old Donovan, who was one of her friends before this.
"Ever the charmer." She snarked back with a roll of her eyes, heading towards skaikru.
He stepped in front of her, blocking her path and she knew that Lexa was probably watching but doing nothing to control him.
She raised her eyebrows up at him, he was a six foot giant. "Problem? You do realise i saved your ass a bunch of times in war, right? The least you could do is move it out of my way."
Donovan just glared, he never was much of a talker, more of a silent killer. He walked back towards the grounders set up camp and she carried on walking.

"What did he want?" Bellamy asks immediately, watching as the same man sat down in his group but kept his eyes on Enyo. Feeling a little bit possessive.
Enyo kneeled to the ground where she'd left her small pack and put her full canister of water down. "Who? tall, dark and handsome? He used to be a friend."
"Im sorry how much standing by us is affecting your life." Kane said sincerely from behind Bellamy, grabbing the other canteens she'd filled at the river for their people.
Enyo shrugs. "Its my choice if they dont like it they know where to shove it."
Kane tries a smile that offers his gratitude and walks back to Abby. Clarke walks toward them setting her sleeping bag down more near the grounders than skaikru.

"Clarke it's safer on our side." Bellamy warns, half heartedly, he knows Enyo was going to sleep over here too given she was now layed on her back on the ground.
"We need to trust them Bellamy. There are no more sides." Clarke replied.
Enyo had to admit that Clarke was putting a bit too much faith in this plan but she understood why. She was layed between skaikru, Clarke and the grounders, right where she belonged.
Bellamy walked past Clarke and next to Enyo, cocking his eyebrow, unimpressed down at her. She rolled her eyes, cocking her own eyebrow back at him, knowing he would join her.

Glancing at the grounder man who used to be Enyo's friend, noting that he was still staring along with the group he was with, he rolled his own pack off his shoulder and on the ground, setting his own sleeping bag down next to Enyo. Between her and them, where he belonged. Like hell I'm going to let them try anything. Bellamy thought to himself as he layed down beside her. She was staring up at the night sky, observing the stars where Bellamy came from.

"Still hard to believe you lived up there." She said just for him to hear.
He turned his head from the sky to her. "Definitely wasn't a picnic."
She turned her head to look at him too. "Are you glad you came down?"
He heard the genuine curiosity and thought before he answered honestly. "I mean it's hell, both up there and down here. Sometimes I'm not sure which life was better but at least down here O is free."
He sees the furrow in her brows as her eyes stare into his and he's a little confused by it. "What?"
"Sometimes i hate how selfless you are, you deserve happiness too Bell even if you dont believe it." She whispers lookng back up at the sky full of stars.

But he doesn't look away from her, she called me Bell, running through his mind on a loop as it always will and how much his heart likes it that it flutters a little. He doesn't think hes ever going to believe how lucky he is to have her, he is use to her being so caring towards him now but sometimes it still sends a surprising warmth bloom in his chest.
It sends a disturbing thought through his head. "Thanks." He whispers to her because he hasnt said it to her before for staying with him like she promised.
His earnest tone sends her eyes back to look at his. "You know it feels like you're just waiting for me to up and leave you like your used to it."
He swallows and looks away from her soulful eyes and back to the sky that cant figure him out in just a glance. "Maybe i am." He says to her quietly, once again opening his heart to her.
He suddenly feels a hand in his and looks down to see her pale small hand pulling one of his from where his arms were crossed against his chest, so they drop between them both. He links his fingers between hers so their hands are closer and squeezed, seeing her lips curve into a smile from the corner of his eye.
"Well Blake looks like I'm going to have to prove you wrong then. Like it or not im staying right here." She responds quietly though the promise is feirce enough that he sees a glimpse of how she must be in battle. Tough as nails. She squeezes his hand back tightly, and yeah, he thinks, i definitely like that.

Clarke, having woken up from a sudden haunting chill, had heard some of their conversation and it brought her to ease for a moment, seeing her co-leaders relaxed and watching out for eachother, the two people that she cares most about now, her best friends. Then she glances behind her, feeling a presence but too scared to really turn around. Fearing she'll see Finn who is definitely the one behind her.

Enyo sits up to drink some water from her cannister, passing Bellamy his in case he wants some, he doesnt but he puts it on his other side smiling at the fact she's still holding his hand. Even when she struggled for a minute, huffing when she couldn't unscrew the lid with one hand, she chose to open it with her mouth rather then let go of him. He feels creepy staring at her while she drinks so he looks back up at the stars, placing the constellations.
He feels Enyo tug on his hand slightly until its clear she wants him to sit up too. He sees the amusement in her eyes and looks to where she's looking and immediately regrets it. His sister in a heated makeout session with Lincoln, straddling his lap as if no ones watching.
He feels Enyo's shoulders silently shake with her muffled laughter at his expression; mouth slightly open and expression sour as if he tasted something bitter. Her other hand that isnt in his, covering her mouth to try and stop her laugh and he tries to glare at her but he feels his smile grow the more he hears her giggles escape. Who knew sunshine could giggle like that?

When her eyes catch his, concealing her laughter is pointless as it bursts out of her, pretty much attracting everyone's attention except the two lovebirds. Bellamy had to put his own hand over her mouth to quieten her down, feeling her tears of laughter on her cheeks. After a moment it works but she still keeps smiling after she licks his hand and he jerks it away from her, wiping his hand on her coat as his face is scrunched up. They're still holding hands at this point and Enyo continues watching her friends kiss. Screwing up her nose, cringing at their grossness.
"When are they coming up for air?" She asks amused but starting to get grossed out.
Bellamy tries pulling her to lay back down but she doesnt budge. "Its my sister I'd rather not watch." He huffs.
She hums in agreement, moving to lay back down with him. "Yeah if i didnt look at Linc like a brother then I'd ask to join."
The look of horror in his eyes caused her to laugh. "What? Your sister's hot kill me for noticing."
He screwed up his face again in distaste. "Thanks for giving me nightmares."
Enyo giggles again and this time she catches the soft smile he makes at the sound. "Whats with that smile?"
Shaking his head his eyes stay trained on the sky, slightly nervous of her reaction and shrugs. "Just never heard you giggle like that."
When she doesn't answer he chances a glance at her face and sees the blush spread across her face. Not just her cheeks but her entire face went red a little. She was bashful at his comment and it made him smile.

"Carry on Blake and I'll keep talking more about how hot your sister is." She warned playfully when she saw how smug he looked at getting her flustered. No one had managed to do that before, not even Kayla.
He rolled his eyes at her, his attempted flirty tone mismatched with his gentle caress of his thumb across the back of her hand, still linked. "We both know im the hotter Blake." He used to be a lot smoother but now that he was aware of his crush on her he had zero game. His eye even twitched into a wonky wink. What the hell is wrong with me? But he knew the answer.
She smiled at him and pretended to think about it. "Hmmm you're alright."
He raised his other hand and tickled her a little before stopping, grinning at her weird laugh, making his warning clear.
"You're the hotter Blake..." she huffed and he grinned in triumph, "at least for a couple years, who knows maybe you will turn into a grumpy old man and lose your touch." She added because she never really submits.
He rolled his eyes, I've already lost it thanks to you, "we'll see."

There was a long moment of comfortable silence between them, both commiting this to one of their happier memories no matter how shit the situation. She raised her head checking on her brother who was with Raven across their camp, the tent flap still open so she could see them talking seriously. She put her head back down frowning up at the sky.
"Wanna talk about it?" Bellamy asks her tentatively, wanting to offer whatever he could.
She shrugs, though he can sense that she wants to so he waits, listening. "He blames me for killing dad when there was a way to save him, which yeah i get that. He even talked about Kayla even though he was too young at the time to know everything."
Bellamy gets the urge to pull their linked hands to his lips and kiss her hand but resists, thinking its too forward and she'll see through it. He was supposed to be comforting her so he brought their hands to his chest so he could wrap his other hand around their linked hands.
"Your people didnt know how to save reapers that's not on you and you did it to protect your mom." He reassured.
She snorts. "Yeah she hates me too. Wasn't the mother we needed because of it and left when i killed Kayla."

He frowns at her distant tone, as if she's used to being unloved. "Her loss. Kayla was responsible for her fate more than Finn was."
She turns her head but her eyes dont meet his, instead staring at their enter twined hands as she speaks. "I loved her with everything i had. I thought she was just from another Trikru village coming to visit and i dont know but i fell in love with her. She trained with me and she was so smart and challenged me to be stronger, to depend on her whenever i needed help. Loving her was like a dream...i didnt realise it wasnt reality until i had to wake up. She was a spy from another clan and at the time there was no peace with other clans, we were all at war with eachother. She massacred 30 of Trikru before she could be stopped. When she was tied up i snook to see her, because i wanted to know why and she asked me to let her go. She said i couldnt live without her. And in that moment i realised i let her corrupt me, make me more of a heartless selfish bitch who needed someone to rescue her. When i said i wouldnt she started laughing, saying she didnt love me and it was all for show. That i was too hard to love. So i just learned to shut off my emotions whenever they would get in the way or hurt me, never let anyone in who wasnt Abe or Linc and saw the worst in everyone. I still do. But after her it took me a while to control my anger, i killed a lot of people in the war not just because they were the enemy but becasue i was angry."

Bellamy listens throughout and feels his heart clench at the acceptance in her tone as if she believed in her exes words. Feels protective over the fact that his strong friend had to go through this and was treated like crap. "You are strong all by yourself you dont need saving."
She huffs out a breath amused. "Yet you still try to."
He fixes her with a stern look. "Thats because i want to. I always will try even when you dont need me to."
Her walls were completely down when her hazel eyes met his chocolate ones. "Thanks, Bell. I know that now."
His eyes softened at the realisation that he's now one of the people she's let in to her heart. "Your not hard to love."
"I decapitated her head when it was over and sent it to Azgeda on a spike." She muttered softly, not accepting his words.
"Everyone reacts differently after a break up." He offers hoping to get a smile out of her, which it does. "You had a right to be pissed, she betrayed you and broke your heart. If i was around to witness that, I wouldve done a lot worse." His protective instincts agreeing with him, fiercely.
"No you wouldn't, you would've hovered over me like the mother hen that you are." She muttered knowingly, smiling at him.
"Probably." He agrees.

Really he's just thinking what it would've been like to grow up on the ground with Enyo. If they would hang out together as kids, become closer than they are now, and maybe become more. What she looked like before she put up walls around her heart, with less battle scars and more excited innocence. How curly her hair must have been when she was a child, what stories she liked and told her brother when she raised him after her mother left them. He would've liked to meet her grandmother that taught her how to write and warrior women who were revolutionaries. Looking over at her, he noticed her eyes were closed and her gentle breaths showing she fell asleep while he was imagining. He envied Lincoln for knowing a side to Enyo that he would never get to know, blamed Kayla for shattering Enyo's innocence that forced a wall to go up.

..............

After catching a couple hours sleep, they all made the last bit of the trekk towards the village at first light, disarming themselves of all weapons before entering. Enyo teased Bellamy about his hesitation to separate himself from his rifle, "goodbye my lover, goodbye my friend." to which he shoved her lightly and smirked. Once inside the village they were greeted with threats and shouts and skaikru seemed nervous to be in a village filled with grounders.

The altercation with Gustus and a grieving man didnt make it any better. Skairku stood there not knowing what was said but Abraham, Enyo and Lincoln did. Lincoln tried to hold her back but Enyo wasn't having it, huffing at him.
"You challenge her in front of them and she'll have you killed." Lincoln warned her lowly.
Enyo narrowed her eyes at him. "So what? We let a man get beaten to death because he's grieving the loss of his wife and child? Fuck this."
Although, after a second she knew he was right, so she tried to make her words sound less like she was challenging Lexas authority. She walked up next to the commander. "Commander he's a grieving man, he wasn't challenging you. They'll blame Skairku for another death and never accept this alliance."

After a moments hesitation Lexa orders Gustus to stop. "The sky people march with us now. Anyone who tries to stop that, will pay with their life."
The village grew eerily silent and they followed Lexa through the village to where they will burn Finn.
"Warm welcome." Bellamy sassed and Enyo snorted.
Finns wrapped up body was layed onto the top of the wood stack with the bodies of the people he massacred lined up at the bottom so they too will burn with the person who gave them death. The small group of skaikru was squished together at one side, people who lived in the village surrounding the area to watch.

Indra handed the torch off to Lexa, who called Clarke to do it instead, the angered murmurs of the grounders representing how they felt about the unusual action. Clarke took it from her, standing beside Lexa and feeling Finns presence as he guided her hand to let the torch burn the bodies.
"Yu gonplei ste odon." Your fight is over. Clarke says when the blaze starts to spread, shocking the grounders. She had asked Enyo what it meant exactly that morning before they arrived at the village, more curious than anything else. It was a tradition that all of their people held when losing someone because to them, to live is to fight.

Clarke watches solemnly as Finns body dissappears into the blaze, unforgiving herself for killing someone she loved. Abraham offers Raven a rag to wipe her tears away with after he did the same, the rest of them listening to the crackle of the fire for a few minutes of silence.

As the fire was put out, Gustus took some of the villagers with him and Indra to prepare a feast for the celebration of the alliance that will take place. Lexa stood with Clarke staring into the ashes of the fire, talking amongst themselves with Abby and Marcus not treading too far from them. Enyo stood beside Lincoln and Bellamy feeling herself tense at Octavias gaze behind her. She knew who it was without looking, knew this was going to happen eventually.

"Enyou I'm surprised the commander let you live." Her mother, Fiona, greeted her as Enyo turned to face her with clenched fists.
Good thing they took my weapons at the gate., Enyo thinks even though she has a blade in her bra bindings, never leaving anywhere without it tucked away.
"Im surprised you can function without a heart, i didnt think it was possible." She deadpanned in response, taking in her mothers appearance. She still wore the same glove on her right hand to cover the fact she'd lost two fingers, in normal grounder clothes that made it obvious she wasnt a warrior and her aurburn hair ,that ran in the family, tied in a high pony.
Fiona didnt bother doing the same thing. "I spoke to your brother-"
"I told you to stay away from him." Enyo interupted, snarling.
"He's my son." Fiona bit back, causing Enyo to snort and roll her eyes.
Enyo crossed her arms, smiling mockingly. "Since when?"
Fiona glared at her eldest daugter and then to her friends behind her. "Skaikru has made you more disrespectful then you were before."
Enyo steps forward, growling lowly, having to be held back by Lincoln to remain calm. "The only reason i dont respect you anymore, which wasnt that much before anyway given you left us for Nilahs village, is because you handed me over to be tortured. And if that wasn't bad enough you held the whip yourself, and then tried to blackmail me with my brothers safety the day before the massacre."

For once Lincoln let his hold on Enyo go, agreeing with her and proud that she finally stopped putting up with her mom's ways, stepping back beside the Blake siblings.
Enyo wasnt done, she'd been holding onto her resentment towards her mother for years and it was time to let it out. "Oh and lets not forget the cherry on top of the cake." She said sarcastically, stepping toe to toe with her mother, "you knew the mountain men had taken my friends yet you didnt say a word. If it wasnt for you this massacre never would've happened and people would still be alive!"
Her mother shoved her away but Enyo came right back. "Im so sick of your shit. You call yourself a mother? Who raised Abraham when you left? Who raised me? Now you think you can just betray me and pull the same shit you've been doing for years again and again as if i have to take it? Fuck that! And fuck you! If your not going to change your ways then back the fuck up and stay the fuck out of my way."

Enyo let out a breath after her cold and earnest rant, turning her back on her mother who began to walk away, not even opening her heart to her daughter's words. Enyo walked back up to the Blakes and straight into Lincolns side hug he offered, kissing her hair sympathetically.
"There something we can do?" Lincoln asks her gentle.
"Yeah, never get on Enyo's bad side." Octavia answered, her pride in her tone. Bellamy nudged her giving her a look to shut up but she just rolls her eyes.
Enyo smiles, wrapping her arm around Lincolns waist. "That felt long overdue but good."
Bellamy smiles in sympathy, glad she cut someone who wasn't treating her right out of her life. "Bet it did."
Octavia cocks an eyebrow up at him, god he's got his feelings written all over his face. "So you can say shit like that but i cant?"
"Language, O." Bellamy warns but his amusement was clear. Octavia rolls her eyes again, whatever dick, just because you aren't gettin any.

"Oh my god! Lincoln! Enyo!" A stunned voice called and both grounders turned at their names. Bonnie and Persephone, although Bonnie had been the one to call out to them. Bonnie is a slim, tall, dark skinned girl who had long jet black hair that swished behind her. She was one of their friends and they weren't exactly surprised that she was talking to them when no one else was; she is a trouble maker, flirty and sneaky.
She ran up to Lincoln first as Enyo knew she would, Bonnie had always had a thing for him giving he just wasnt interested in her like everyone else was. She loved a challenge.

Enyo rolled her eyes and looked at Persephone who was the complete opposite of Bonnie. She was pale like Enyo but had blonde hair that sometimes seemed white, she was quiet and peaceful which reminded her of Lincoln which is why they got along so well when she visited from Nilahs village. Out of the two of them, Persephone was Enyo's favourite and was Lincolns too, even if they saw more of Bonnie because she lived in the same village.

"Enyou ai laik glad kom see yu laik alright." Enyo i am glad to see you are alright. She said sincerely.
"Yu seintaim. Ai laik happy kom see yu visited." You too. I am happy to see you visited.
Enyo turned and saw that Bonnie was still latched on to Lincoln even if he was trying to gently pry her off. Octavia was getting pissed and sensed this beautiful girl might have a thing for her boyfriend, Bellamy holding her arm when he saw she was about to move forward. He sent Enyo a questioning but pleading look but she just motioned Octavia forward. If she wants her man then she's going to have to fight them off.

Octavia pulled Bonnie away none too gently and stepped into Lincolns side, where he slid an arm around her shoulders to ease her. Enyo leaned back against the side of a bulding, crossing her arms as she watched the two girls in amusement.
"And you are?" Bonnie asked primly, smoothing down her clothes as if Octavia disgruntled them.
Octavia scoffed. "The girl that'll kick your ass back into place."
Enyo chuckled pushing herself away from the building, loving the slight chaos. She stood in between Bonnie and Persephone, looking at the Blakes as she introduced them. "This is Bonnie and Persephone. Bonnie that's Octavia, Lincolns sky warrior girlfriend. And her brother Bellamy."

"Nice to meet you." Persephone greeted them, quiet and polite. Octavia preferred her immediately.
Bonnie seemed unbothered at the fact Lincoln has a girlfriend, but she did notice the other Blakes presence. "Is all of skaikru as handsome as you? Im Bonnie kom Trikru." She offered her hand for Bellamy to shake.
He stuck out his hand and forced a friendly smile. "Bellamy Blake."
"Well Bellamy Blake you didnt answer the question so either you arent or you are." Bonnie flirts, finger twirling her hair as she winks at him.

It has zero effect on Bellamy, starting to get uncomfortable, and he looked at Enyo to help.
She decided to take pity on him. "He isnt the most handsome," she lied to Bonnie, "and he's off limits to you."
Enyo avoided the pairs of eyes that looked at her and Bonnie turns to her, surprised. "Finally claiming someone? The unloving Enyo settling down?"
"She's not unloving." Bellamy states, quick to defend her.
Bonnie raises her eyebrows at him. "Clearly feel free to share."
Enyo did have friends among her people but she didnt let her guard down around them like she did for Lincoln. Especially not in front of Bonnie. This was just how she was and Enyo learned to just sass back.
"Sure why dont we just have sex and let you watch?" Enyo sassed, rolling her eyes and sending an apologetic look at Persephone who was a prude.
Bonnie shurgs, playfully. "Well if your offering."
"Not even if you gave me a million swords." Enyo dismissed and watched her wink and walk off when the commander announced the feast, Persephone waving goodbye to them and disappearing into the village.

Persephone walks behind a hut and bumps into Fiona who was watching the entire time.
"Well?" Fiona asks her expectant.
Persephone shakes her head, shrugging her shoulders limply. "I think we should tell her. She has a right to know."
"No she doesnt, its none of her business." Fiona warned standing over the sixteen year old girl.
"Then why am i doing this?" Persephone asked, on the last of her tether.
Fiona glared and then tried to soften her gaze to manipulate her. "I need you to do this for me."
"What be a spy on Enyo? Thats not what i wanted and im not doing this anymore. Its wrong...just leave her alone." Persephone dismissed, running out of the gates and away from TonDC village.

..................

Kane hands over a bottle full of moonshine and warns Lexa not to drink too much of it. No shit, Enyo thinks remembering how strong it is and how wasted she got off three cups. She was stood on the otherside of Clarke beween her and Abby. She'd wanted to sit next to Bellamy but Lincoln had pulled her away knowing she would just openly bitch to him about how much time they're wasting.

"Clarke let us drink together." Lexa declared and Enyo really tried not to roll her eyes.
"It would be my pleasure." Clarke responded and Enyo rolled her eyes. Enough with the time wasting already.
"Heda allow me." Gustus offered as was his job. Taking a sip from the cup as if it was poisoned, he handed it back to her no problem.
Lexa looked expectantly at Enyo and she realised what she was waiting for. She thinks im the Gustus to her Clarke.
Lincoln shot her a warning look to surpress any sass and Enyo took the cup from Clarke slowly, not really wanting to drink moonshine right now.

Right before the cup touched her lips Gustus fell forwards onto the table, spaseming and coughing uncontrollably. Skaikru frowned in confusion as they watched him fall backwards as the grounders ran to his aid.
The words 'its poison' was uttered and insincts naturally kick in as Bellamy wastes not even a second when he roughly pushes Kane out of the way to reach over Clarke and knock the cup out of Enyo's hand as if she was still planning on drinking it. The grounders push half the table aside and point their swords at them, Lincon pushing Octavia behind him and Bellamy stepping in front of Enyo when she stepped in front of skaikru. They ordered a search and found a vial in Ravens pocket which she denies having. The grounders leave the room, locking them in no matter what lincoln said to Indra. Oh shit.

...........

Enyo sat on a chair, ignoring the scuffle behind her for once that was inevitable between Clarke and Raven. She needed a moment think for herself. As Abby left Kane to sort out her daughter and surrogate daughter's argument, he saw Enyo alone and thought this would be the best time to talk if any. He sat down on a chair next to her as she stared at the wall with her arms on her knees.

"Enyo Woods, hm?" Kane asked regarding her new surname, although it didnt sound like a question.
She nodded her head but got to the point. "Small talk isnt your style Kane."
He chuckled and looked to see Bellamy glancing their way, checking on her. It made Kane smile slightly. "I believed you were the enemy not too long ago. That you were spying on my people for yours."
Enyo cocked an eyebrow at him. "What changed your mind? My dazzling personality or the number of people ive killed?"
His lips twitch at her sarcasm, he can see why the kids like her. "No it was the fact that you have your own mind. No mater the personal cost you do what you think is right. And your loyalty to our people."
Enyo heaves out a sigh. "Yeah well this is the only way i know how to live so whether i believe in it or not its going to take some time to adjust."
"Take however much time you want." Kane nodded and offered a smile and a hand to shake.
Enyo shook his hand and offered a genuine smile. "Mochof" Kane raised an eyebrow curiously.
"It means thank you." She answered, seeing as though he was trying to extend an olive branch.

His eyes catch onto Clarke and he sends a nod at Enyo as he gets up to go talk to her. Enyo smiles a little to herself, she got someone who hated her to like her. How did that happen? She thinks to herself.
Bellamy sees her run a hand through her hair, a sign she was worried, and made his way over to her with Raven following.
"Hey, you good?" Bellamy asked her and Enyo raises her head with a cynical expression.
"yeah stupid question." Raven announced what was already in his head.
Enyo runs a hand through her hair again. "Abe is outside. They wouldnt let him in for this and now he's out there alone."
Bellamy stopped her hand from messing with her hair again. "He's a smart kid."
"I talked to him about what he said to you. He feels bad about it when i explained what happened at the dropship with Finn." Raven offers as a small distraction.
Enyo looks up at her, curious. "I was a bitch to you and you're helping me. Is this a regular thing for skaikru?"
Raven snorts a little. "No but cant blame you for Finn."
Enyo crosses her arms as she leans back in her chair. "Yet you can blame Clarke?"
Raven glares for a minute and then looks away. "She killed him."
Enyo nods, thoughtful. "Yes but it never would've had to happen if my mom had told me our people were taken by the mountain men. Then the massacre wouldnt have took place and Finn wouldnt be dead. Clarke killing him is just the fallout from collateral damage."

Raven doesnt appear to have anything to say in response and Enyo sighs. She wants to get along with Raven, she's important to her brother and she's the kind of girl that Enyo knows could become one of her best friends if they tried. Enyo knows she owes both Bellamy and Raven an apology for being a btch to them both back at the dropship and figures now is probably the best time as ever.
Ignoring the nevers she does what she does best, be blunt. "Im sorry for being a bitch to you back at the dropship. I think i owe you both an explanation like i promised Bellamy."
Bellamy remembers her promise and they wait for her to continue, curious of what she could say. "I had a crush on Bellamy so when i saw you two together i got annoyed, mainly at myself but i took it out on you both and im sorry."
Stunned, Bellamy felt a blush creep up his neck and shut his mouth when he noticed it had fallen open. She had a crush on me? She actually likes me back? Then after feeling a spark of happiness and hope in his chest, he replayed her words. She HAD a crush on me. I ruined my shot.
Enyo watched Bellamy's unreadable expression as he shifted as if he was uncomfortable and Raven watched the two of them silently. Idiots.
"Relax Blake I'm not asking anything from you but i figured i owed it to be honest." Enyo said after the stretch of long silence, trying to keep her tone steady.
There she goes again, not 'asking' anything from me? That sounded like present tense. Or am i just hoping for that and hearing what i want to hear? God damn it Blake pull yourself together, she's your friend...Who had a crush on me, what? Just over a week ago? Can people get over crushes that fast or am i just in deeper than her? Bellamy has a mental meltdown but clears his throat about to just say something because she looks a little hurt by his silence but putting on a brave face until the doors are unlocked.

Indra and a few guards step through and Octavia goes to Bellamy's side as Raven stays at the back of the group. Lincoln asks about Gustus and Nyko says that he will live. A tense silence follows as they all know what will happen next.
"Take her away." Indrs orders the two guards, looking directly at Raven.
"She didnt poison anyone!" Bellamy defends standing in front of her.
"I argued for all of you to die but the commander is merciful, she wants only one." Indra responds craving for blood.
"She's innocent." Lincoln tries to reason, having complete trust in skaikru.
"I dont care. They move they bleed." Indra orders getting more frustrated.

As the two guards step to take her, Enyo shoves one away while she kicks the other in the groin, kneeing him in the face when he bends over and kicking his face to the floor. The other comes at her with a knife, he's about 3 foot taller than her but she manages to pin him to his knees as she holds his knife to his throat. She stares at Indra dead on, her threat clear.
"You move he dies. And then I'll kill anyone who comes at me." Her cold tone enough to cut through marble as everyone watches.
The other guard sigals for someone at the entrance and Indra bares her teeth in a smile. "You may have a reputation but you also have a weakness."
She watches as Fiona enters the room with a knife to Abrahams throat, both knives pressing tighter into their hostages necks.
Enyo feels her rage but responds slow and threatening. "You know this feels like your asking me to kill you."
Fiona presses her knife tighter against Abrahams neck and it draws blood, he whimpers, tears flowing down hs cheeks at seeing his mothers true colours. "Stand down or you both die." Fiona threatens back drawing even more blood.
"This doesnt need to happen, he's just a boy." Kane attempts as the tension thickens.
Enyo withdraws the knife from the guards neck slowly and he throws her over him and to the ground on her back, winded, breath taken from her as he snatches the knife back and btoh guards move to drag Raven out. Abraham fights his mother's grasp and falls to Enyo's side as she sits up, surveying his injuries and glaring in her peoples direction.
"The rest of you are free. When she's dead so is the alliance...you should run."

.................

They figured out it was Gustus not long after that, watching as a thousand cuts were inflicted upon him. Abby was tending to Raven while Enyo kneeled to look at her brother's neck. Applying a bit of moonshine onto a rag like Clarke suggested and putting pressure on it to stop the bleeding. According to the two doctors the cuts werent deep so he will be fine. He winced from the sting of the moonshine.
"Sorry." Enyo said gently, holding the rag in place while she decided to just wrap it around his neck as a bandage.
Abraham shook his head, too upset to talk. Once she tied it she stayed kneeling, wiping both his cheeks with her thumbs and kissed his forhead. "You know being gentle in an unforgiving world like ours isnt weakness, its strength." She whispers to him.
He leans forward to lightly nuzzle his button nose against hers and although his smile is wobbly when he pulls her in for a hug, her heart soars. She holds her brother close, ignoring Gustus' grunts and whatever Raven said to Clarke, and cradles his neck until he pulls away.

She feels a pat on her shoulder and looks up at Bellamy to see him smiling apologetically as he nods his head at something behind him. Abraham pulls away and sees their mother standing there waiting to talk to them. He sends her a look of pure hatred and shakes his head at Enyo signalling that he doesnt want to talk to her. Enyo nods, standing and pulls him next to Raven so she can talk to her mother alone. Her mother seems to be angered at the action and tries to walk around her daughter to talk to her son but Enyo repeatedly steps in front of her, not budging.
Fiona raises her arm to strike her daughter with a punch but Enyo catches it before she hits her, holding onto her arm with a feirce grip when Fiona tries to pull back. Enyo's gaze is pure warrior queen, emotion but no emotion at the same time as she holds her gaze not being the one to submit first. Her mother looks away first and Enyo drops her arm.

"I will not raise a hand to someone if it isnt necessary and it isnt. That might be your way but it is no longer mine. From now on i do whatever the hell I want." Enyo declares, tone the same as her expression.
She turns back to join skaikru, watching the as Lexa drove her sword in Gustus' heart, standing beside Bellamy.
Bellamy looks to where her mother has disappeared as if he hadnt been watching and listening, and glances at her from the corner of his eye. She used his phrase as a message that she was her own person now, with her own ways that are yet to be seen but he knew one thing for sure she was one hell of a warrior queen.

...............

"How did you know it was Gustus?" Lincoln asked Bellamy from where they sat around the fire.
Octavia was sat next to Lincoln, poking the fire with a stick while Bellamy was sat next to Enyo who was stroking her brothers hair while he slept.
"He'd do anything for her. To protect her." Bellamy answers, pointedly not looking at Enyo as he said it but failing when he adds. "Just makes sense."
Lincoln looks down at Octavia, he would do the same for her as he had the suspicion he knew who Bellamy felt the same for. Octavia didnt miss her brother's gaze on Enyo as she focused on her brother.
"Look at the thanks he got." Enyo murmured, looking up at her three friends.

"Guys!" Raven called out to their group. "Listen to this."
She held up the radio to let them listen as Clarke joined them, hearing the static voice send out a sort of message for help. Enyo wasnt good with tech but she got the gist that her Moon moon had been up to no good in the mountain.
Raven informed them it was on a loop but that they have to be alive. Clarke thinks back to Lexas words.
"First we need an inside man. You and Enyo were right, without someone on the inside to lower their defences, turn off the acid fog an army's useless. You should go." Clarke states to Bellamy. "If something happens to you, I'm sending Enyo in your place."
Enyo and Bellamy are confused, she didn't agree with them earlier, said she didnt want to lose them.
"I thought you hated that plan. That we would get ourselves killed?" Bellamy asked her uncertain.
"I was being weak." Clarke states holding up her chin and suddenly Enyo knows who she's been talking to. "Its worth the risk."
Enyo scoffs shaking her head as Raven and Octavia look between the three co-leaders. Clarke cares for her two co-leaders, her best friends more than anyone else now. They were the most important people to her but if she found a way to stop loving them then they wont be her weakness. They wont be in danger because of how much she cares.
"My map of Mount Weather." She hands to him over the fire. "Find a way to get on that radio and talk to us. If we lose contact thats when I'll send Enyo in. Good luck."

Raven volunteers to show them both the things they need to look for, most of which Enyo doesn't undertsand but if push comes to shove and she has to go in after Bellamy then she knows she'll try. They listen to Raven talk then Bellamy goes to leave with no supplies because he wont be able to bring any in anyway. Lincoln says his goodbye to Octavia and Abraham while Bellamy waits for him at the edge of the woods with Enyo who is saying goodbye.

"She's wrong you know, Lexas just got into her head. You arent worth the risk. Not to us." Enyo says as a goodbye, because she's not good at them.
Bellamy feels her devotion and smiles softly even though he's sure she doenst feel the same way about herself. Deep down even he thinks it is true about himself.
"Neither are you." He promises and hopes that nothing does happen to him otherwise Enyo will have to go into the Mountain alone.
"Please be careful." Enyo pleads and Bellamy smiles gently, wrapping his strong arms around her and letting her smell and softeness relax him.
"Careful is my middle name." He jokes trying to make light that this might be the last time he sees her.
"I would've thought it was danger." She joked back, voice slightly wavering.
He pretends to think about it as he pulls away, wanting to see her best smile before he goes so he can commit it to memory. "Yeah, Bellamy Careful Danger Blake."
She chuckles rolling her eyes. "Whatever you say Bell."

Abraham runs up to them and Bellamy smiles crouching down and openeing his arms like he knows the boy wants. Bellamy never thought he would connect with kids that were boys, he'd only lived with his mom and sister who he raised since birth but this kid wasnt so bad. He cared about him almost as much as he did for Octavia.
"Dont die?" Abraham asks as he pulls away so Bellamy can stand up again.
Bellamy smirks. "Wasn't planning on it champ."
The nickname made Abraham grin for the first time today and Bellamy was proud of that. Enyo tried to control her urge to kiss him.
"You doubting me?" He asks as Lincoln comes up to join them along with Octavia.
"Never." Enyo's grin contained how much she believed in him and Bellamy would always carry that with him.
The Blakes said their goodbyes too and Enyo hugged Lincoln patting where his beard used to be to make him smile. The two boys walked away, ready for battle to save their people and come back to their family. Abraham trotted back to the fire as the two girls watched them go, ready for their own battle right here...or so they thought.
