(Oh and remember in chapter 9/10 someone who betrayed Enyo was mentioned, well now you find out who)

Enyo's POV....
The sun was peeking out from the morning clouds and I closed my eyes to bask in the feeling of warmth. We had only been walking for a few hours but we hadn't covered that much ground by being cautious in the shadows. I had told the others that we'd pick up the pace in daylight to be safer. I tenderly rubbed my shoulder where i had just cauterised the wound with my knife and a small fire i had to put out during a brief stop.

"Why is it that short people are so feisty?" Murphy drawled, walking up next to me. I was leading the group with Finn and Bellamy close behind, Sterling and Monroe at the back.
I kept my eyes trained in front of me. "We make up for size in rage."
Murphy snorted but didn't stop making an effort to talk. I wondered why until i remembered Finn and Bellamy's disbelieving looks when i brought Murphy with us.
"Why did you bring me along? Planning to kill me without the ark witnesses?" He kept his voice low as if the others didn't know that we didnt need him.
I gave him a quick glance before returning my eyes to the ongoing forest. "People experience horrible things everyday yet still manage to be nice to people. Being an asshole isnt something your born as or something you become. It's a choice."

He probably didnt buy that but I couldn't care less. I was more worried about finding the rest of my friends than feeding his ego. I walked further ahead, my quiver of arrows on my back and my bow in hand. Bellamy started arguing with Murphy behind me and I let Finn deal with whatever their problem was. I saw the one of the Trikru villages up ahead and signaled for everyone to crouch down and be quiet. I couldn't see any sign of our friends so we started watching the people to see if they would give us some sort of clue.

"He's got Clarke's watch. It was her fathers." Finn continued sounding a little unhinged. I kept watching him as the others came up with a plan. There was a look in his eye that reminded me of my dark turn when Kayla kom Azgeda was alive. I hope I'm wrong about it.
"Do i get a gun now?" Murphys voice asked bringing me back to the present.
"Something like that." Bellamy responded, giving Murphy a rock and forcing him to sit at a tree.

We all crouched in the tall grass in a circle around where Murphy is, covering every direction to trap the Trikru grounder. I could see where Bellamy was from my crouched position as Murphy started banging his rocks together to gain attention.
I shook my head at him, smirking. "Bet your loving this aren't you?"
He shrugged with a smile pulling at his lips. "You were the one that suggested using him as a pawn."
...............
"Where is the girl who was wearing this watch?!!" Finn demanded and this time it wasn't just me who noticed how unhinged Finn seemed to be. We'd been asking questions in the small bunker for a while now and I knew i wouldn't last much longer down here. The space is too small.

After Finn hit him with the gun i stepped up towards the grounder, keeping my voice much calmer and quieter than Finns. "Do you know who I am?"
The man slowly nodded, narrowing his one eye in suspicion. Ignoring Finns grumblings about what that had to do with anything i continued speaking to the other grounder.

"Then you know not to piss me off. Tell me everything you know or you'll find out how true my reputation is." I threatened calmly. This man had Clarke's watch and a bunch of other stuff from the dropship. So either he knows something or they made a mistake.
The grounder seemed to gulp at that and I move towards him so he can talk in my ear. "Fiona." He whispered.

Before i can respond someone roughly pulls me away. Finn. He starts counting down until the man agrees to draw him a map. I feel myself recoiling at the name. The name of the person that i saw in Trikru when i was strung up. One of the people that tortured me. The walls start closing in and i try to calm myself. Something doesnt feel right about this. I feel someone come up beside me next to the ladders, I dont need to look to see who it is.
"What did he say?" Bellamy asked quietly. He wasn't trying to push, i heard the earnestly in his voice.
I sighed, leaning my forhead against the cold metal of the ladders. "Remember I got captured by my people on Unity day?"
Bellamy nods, cocking his head to show his confusion. I kept going, "that wasn't a happy accident. It was planned by someone i thought i could trust. He just mentioned the name of who it was."

Bellamy frowned. "So this person has something to do with our friends going missing?"
I looked him in the eyes and then to everyone else in the room. To Finn who was watching the grounder with manic. I ran my hand through my hair and closed my eyes. There was only so much i could take as flashes of my torture flashed in my mind. My breathing began to get shallow and i distantly heard people's voices but all i could see, all i could hear was the whip as it crashed against my back. I could feel my skin tearing from where they were cutting me. From where Fiona was cutting me. Feel the pounding in my head, on the verge of consciousness as i took punch after punch.

My body took over from my mind, clambering up the ladders and opening the hatch, falling onto the forest floor. I dont know how long it took for me to come back to myself but when i did i heard the soft murmurs as someone brushed my hair out of my face. The voice was feminine and as my breathing evened, my sight came back to me. But then i saw who it was, who was crouched next to me. Fiona. I tried get up but she pinned me down with her legs and held a hand over my mouth.

I heard multiple voices as the hatch opened and closed but i hadnt realised until now that I'd walked further out than i meant to. I narrowed my eyes up at Fiona but she made no sounds. As if they would leave me behind. Her long aurburn hair swept over my face and her cold green eyes stare into mine, listening to the voices.
"Enyo?" Bellamy called out.
"She's probably off having a snark contest with a tree." I heard Murphy mutter causing me to roll my eyes.
"Enyo!" Bellamy repeated, more worry in his voice than before.
"We don't have time for this Bellamy. If she wants to find us she will." Finn bit out followed by the sound of footsteps trailing away. I hoped they wouldn't just believe that id left them.

Fiona unsheathed her knife, looking confident that they'd left. "Time for you to choose where you belong."
I glared but before she could knock me out i heard a gun cock. "That'd be with us." Bellamy said, aiming his gun at her, the others, except Finn, stood behind him doing the same thing. Fiona raised her hands in surrender and dropped her knife. I pushed her off me and growled, not in the mood to deal with her.

"You know what the right choice is. You can still save your brother." She warned and i growled again.
"Don't you dare threaten him, Fiona." I gritted out, stepping towards her in warning.
She cocked her head to the side, looking disapprovingly at me. "You know i wouldn't harm him-"
"But it's okay to harm me?!" I interupted, with a dark chuckle. But i was interested in what she had to say for herself to that.
She looked at those around us, obviously not keen on having an audience for a personal discussion. I wanted answers.

I looked at my friends. "Go. I'll catch up."
Finn walked away immediately but the rest hesitated. I don't know why but it caused me to smile. I stepped towards them to talk without Fiona eavesdropping. "Its okay, i can handle her. Go find our friends I'll be joining you as soon as im done. Promise."
Sterling and Monroe nodded and followed after Finn while Murphy jogged to catch up with them. Bellamy was the last to go, eyes trailing between me and Fiona uncertainly but he too nodded and left.

I turned to face Fiona with an unimpressed stare. "What do you have to do with my friends going missing?"
She scoffed, folding her arms and matching my stare. "Your friends?"
I rolled my eyes. "Yes my friends. What do you have to do with them going missing?"
She shook her head, showing her disappointment. "Your putting both you and your brother in danger."
"And suddenly you give a shit? You tortured me, told Trikru that i was in the skaikru camp. You were a factor in putting us in danger." I deadpan.
"Our people would have found out anyway." Fiona dismissed with no emotion. I don't know why a part of me was surprised by her being selfish, i guess i hoped that she would finally wake up and change her ways. Now that part of me is gone.

"What did you get in exchange for my location and capture? You hate the ways of our people, you hate violence thats why your a healer." I asked knowing she got something out of it. The thin woman watched me with disinterest.
"Our people accept me as one of their healers again. I moved out of Nylahs and back into the village. You should bring your brother back and beg forgiveness to the commander." She tried to lecture but i wasnt having it. Who was she to tell me what to do? To tell me whats best for my brother?
"Oh Fiona. Ive done more for myself and Abraham than you ever have. You can keep being as delusional as you want just leave us alone. And stay away from skaikru." I walked away with my middle finger stuck up in her direction as i started to follow my friend's trail.

.......
I walked out of the treeline, hearing my friends voices and jogged towards the cliff to see what I'd missed. The first thing i saw was Bellamy wrapping some seatbelt material around his waist and one of his thighs. I frowned and cleared my throat to announce myself.
"Someone want to catch me up?" Bellamys eyes snapped up to mine and i was surprised by how much relief and concern i saw there.

"Well there was a rough landing, Sterling's dead and now your king is entrusting us to save his life while he saves Sterling's friend." Murphy snarked yet he sounded serious. I looked at Monroe who was holding back tears and noticed Sterling's absence. I walked up to Bellamy and glanced down at the girl Sterling had died for.

"Sterling would want us to save her." Bellamy said, making sure his rope was secure and tight. I nodded as if he would think that i would suggest leaving after one of my friends died to help her. But risking Bellamy wasnt on my to do list anytime soon.
"I should go. Im use to this kind of thing, me and Lincoln did it all the time." I persuaded.
Bellamy grabbed my arm, pulling me away from the edge. "I'm stronger. Besides i dont think she can wait much longer."
I grabbed his hand from my arm and squeezed. "Try not to die."
Bellamy lets out a faint chuckle. "You doubting me?"
I smile. A callback to when he didnt have faith that I'd survive and i proved him wrong. "Never."

As Bellamy carefully descends the cliff, I join the others gripping onto the rope. Gently lowering him down. "You done flirting now?" Murphy asked but it felt like he was trying to distract me, i felt like i had my worry at losing Bellamy on my face. I smiled back at him and Murphy shook his head but i could see his smile before he turned away. He enjoys our company after all.

We could hear Bellamy talking to the girl, reassuring her and it reminded me of just how much Bellamy deeply cares about people. We felt the rope get heavier as the girl must've let Bellamy hold on to her so we could pull them both up.
"Don't you worry, Bellamy. I wont drop you." Murphy teased trying to pull the rope further up.

Suddenly the seatbelts snapped in two and Murphy, Finn and Monroe dropped back from the impact leaving me to hold them up. The weight of them both was dragging me towards the edge and i screamed, trying to dig my feet in so i wouldn't fall over.
"Need some help here?" Murphy asked as he grabbed my waist and pulled me back further away from the cliff, grabbing the rope once again and the others did the same. Just when i thought things couldnt get any worse spears and arrows started falling around us from behind in the trees.

Monroe let go of the seatbelt to cover us while Murphy started shouting down to Bellamy to cut the girl loose. Like Bellamy would ever do that. This is Bellamy Blake here. I dug my feet into the ground to try and help as we kept pulling, ignoring the horn that signaled acid fog. Monroe grabbed the rope again and together we all managed to pull them both up. The girl looked beaten and tired and as i checked on Bellamy i saw him nod to Murphy, who let go of my waist now we were away from the edge.

"We need to take cover from the fog." Finn reminded us and most of us nodded.
"Bellamy." A familiar voice called out and i turned to see Octavia. Standing with a grounder hairstyle and sword yet with her ark issued clothing. She was alive and i was relieved to see that she'd made it. I idly wondered where Lincoln is, knowing that he wont be far behind Ocavia. The two siblings had their moment to reunite while i sat the girl we'd just saved on a rock to see her injuries.

I ripped the bottom of my clothing off so i could wrap it to support the girls arm. Clarke had taught Abraham a few things back at the dropship and he wouldn't stop quizzing me and correcting me when i got it wrong. I offered the girl a smile. "Whats your name?"
"Mell." She answered with a scratchy voice.
"Well Mell, welcome to the ground." At least it cracked a smile out of her.

"Enyo." I heard from behind me and i assumed the Blake siblings has had their moment. I turned to face her and grinned at her new appearance. "Nice outfit."
She huffed out a laugh and wrapped her arms around my neck in a hug. I returned the gesture and noticed the happy expression on Bellamy's face as he watched us.

.....3rd person POV. ......
Both my girls in one place. Bellamy thought to himself although he would never admit it. Just for him. Octavia pulled away and helped Monroe who had an arrow sticking out of her left thigh. Much like Octavia had when Lincoln took her away.

"Nice foghorn. What happened to your boyfriend?" Murphy asked picking up the object.
Octavia snatched it out of his hands and returned her concentration to Monroe. "He's gone."
Enyo felt like someone had punched her in the gut but said nothing. She couldn't process it, her best friend, her friend since birth was dead. Bellamy saw the denial in his friend's eyes, not sure how to comfort her so he comforted Octavia first.

As Finn got up to leave Bellamy sent Murphy with him, along with a gun of his own showing just how much he'd gained his trust back. Albeit fragile. Bellamy tucked their spare map away whilst he got one of Monroes arms around his shoulders to support her. Octavia got her other arm whilst Mell walked alongside Enyo who was leading them back to the arks camp. As they trekked, Bellamy caught his sister up on everything she'd missed along with how Finn had executed the grounder. That part was new to Enyo as she had been dealing with her panic attack and Fiona at that point. She was right about Finn. But right now that isn't what she cared about.

Slowing down a bit so Mell was walking beside them and Enyo was a couple steps in front she breathed in deeply, preparing herself, before asking her question. "How'd he die?"
There was silence as they continued walking but Octavia knew Enyo needed to know. "Reapers."
Enyo nodded her head, tears blurring her vision as she thought about her best friend being taken and torn apart. She knew how much Lincoln loved Octavia and how much she obviously loved him. But unlike the Blake girl, Enyo had a lifetime full of memories of him and she felt guilty for that.

"Im sorry." Her voice cracked and she blinked rapidly to get rid of the tears.
Octavia stared at Enyo's back, understanding what she meant. "So am I."

After a while Enyo told Bellamy to walk up front seeing as he had the gun and switched places so she was on the other side of Monroe like Octavia. But Bellamy stuck close to Enyo's side with Mell close to Octavia. They would be back at camp by the end of the day so they kept their pace as fast as they could manage. Mell observed around her new surroundings, taking in her new home thanks to her saviours.

"So who's this Fiona that Bell mentioned?" Octavia asked. Never one to keep her nose to herself. But Monroe and Bellamy were curious too, just a bit more subtle about it.
Enyo thought about the woman in question. The woman who she trusted, the one that gave up giving a crap years ago about anyone but herself, leaving Enyo to pick up the slack and raise Abraham. The woman that betrayed her and told their people exactly where to find her so she could be tortured for information.

"She's my mother." Enyo answered back honestly, shocking everyone.
Bellamy recalls the angry looks exchanged between the two women, the detached way Fiona, Enyo's mom had held herself. He wondered what exactly was said when he left them to talk. He snook a glance at Enyo who looked completely drained, physically and mentally and decided to shoot his sister a look to avoid continuing the conversation. And from the way Enyo shot him a tired smile, she was grateful for it.

Authors note: dun dun dun. So Enyo's mother was the reason Enyo got caught on unity day hence why betrayal has been mentioned so much. We will delve into Enyo and her mother's relationship some more to explain how far the anger goes with them. Im going to try and get 2 more chapters up by thursday or friday because my course is keeping me busy until then! Thanks for reading guys!x im going to get more frequent in uploading chapters so hopefully I'll get to write season 4 before christmas x
