Kim's Nightmare

Setting-1

Kim thought the machine hadn't turned on. But it had. She just found her self in a dark room. When Kim tried to get up to tell Kin the machine wasn't working she seemed to only be walking in an empty space. Once Kim realized what was going on she started freaking out. She hated the dark.  Kim tarted running around in circles until she ran into someone.

"Ugh it's like on me! Can you like stop ultra freaking out and being annoying and junk. Like thanks." There's was only one voice like that. Trina.

Kim screamed and ran in the other direction. No. Not Trina! Anyone but that she-devil. Maybe that was too harsh. Caught up in her own thoughts Kim ran into another figure.

"Whose the birthday girl?" No. Not that too. The dark? Trina? Clowns!? She couldn't Trina was are able but clowns. She shivered. Ever since her 8th birthday she hated clowns. Konnie could tell you but Kim wouldn't be able to.

"AAHHHHHHHH!! NO! NO! NO! NO!!!" Kim ran the other direction. She'd rather deal with Trina than a clown.

When she ran this time, instead of Trina this time, there was a wall. She ran into and broke her glasses. Not that having them helped but if she would've been able to anything before she would definitely not be able to now. Without her glasses she's as blind as a bat.

Kim stumbled around the wall. When she started hearing laughs coming for her and Trina screaming she went faster. This was her worst nightmare. Or so she thought.

Suddenly the laughs came her way. They got louder and louder with every step. Suddenly, right as it seemed the laughs where an inch away from her, she felt a door handle. She struggled to get it opened, but it opened right when the clown was a centimeter away from her.

Kim fell forward someone grabbing her hand. She looked up. She was in her front yard.

Setting-2

"Kim?" A familiar boys voice asked her. She looked up and squinted. It was Kin. "You seemed like you where struggling to open your front door. And where are your glasses. Here you can borrow mine." Kin said not knowing what had happened before. Kim looked at him baffled. She usually was around him but now, it was just confusing in general.

"I guess so..." she said. "And thanks for letting me barrow your glasses. Why are you here anyway?" Kim grabbed his arm to guide him.

"Don't you remember? I came to take you to band practice today on the way to mine. So we could walk together." Kim looked at him a light brush against her cheeks now.

"Oh must've forgotten." Kim started walking down the road to Carrie's garage. She had to guide Kin because she knew how hard it was for him to see, since they had the same glasses prescription.

"So how you been~?" Kin asked cheerily, smiling at Kim. She couldn't help but giggle at this.

"Good. You?" Kim looked back up at him. She had no idea what Laney was talking about. This was great. I wish it was like this all the time.

"Pretty good. I'm working on a new invention. It's supposed to amp up Corey's guitar rifts. Right now it could blow up any instrument it pleases." He rubbed the back of his neck.

"Cool. Oh we're here." Kim handed him his glasses and walked into the garage. She always kept a bad at Carrie's with supplies, including and extra pair of glasses, just in case. "See you tomorrow Kin!"

"Y-yeah. Tomorrow." Kin said suddenly nervous and ran off, from what Kim could see. Huh? Okaaayy then.

"Hey Carrie. So what are we doing today." Kim asked grabbing her bag and getting out her extra glasses. They seemed unusually quiet. She put on her glasses. Now she knew why.

Somebody was at her keyboard.

"Yeah about that..." Carrie said with an annoyed look on her face. "You being kicked out."

"What?" Kim starred at Carrie. Was this a joke?

"Yeah, your being replaced." Carrie looked like it was no big deal. Kim looked around her room. Larry avoided eye contact and her own sister looked down.

"Is this a joke?" Kim asked, dearly hoping it was. She fighting to hold tears back.

"No. So, are you gonna leave are what?" Carrie looked dead at her.

"Konnie?" Asked Kim hopeful her sister would help her or at least quite with her.

"Yeah. You where never that good." Konnie still looked down. Hopefully avoiding eye contact.

Now the tears came. Her own sister. Not helping her. The world had just turned upside down. Kimberly grabbed her stuff walking out. She was mad and depressed. She headed back home. It was raining.

Setting-3

Kim walked into her house and suddenly it was night when she closed the door. She was soaking wet. But I had only been walking for a couple feet. Maybe it was raining harder than I thought. She shook her hair off and it dried a little. It was starting to frizz.

Great.

Kim threw her bag on the couch. Her mom greeted her and she greeted back. Then she noticed something. Her twin was missing. She would care more if she hadn't blown her off. She sighed.

Kim grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. Total Drama? Nah. Ridonculas Race? Nope. Sonic? PST please. Welp guess no TV for me. Man I really need Konnie.

Fine. She had given in. She needed her twin. It was lonely without her. She walked up to her twins Ron and opened the door. "Hey sis what are you doing?" She said peering over her sister's shoulder. Konnie didn't answer. "Hey. Can you hear me?" Konnie turned away from her.

"Hey what's your problem?" Kim asked getting annoyed and defensive. On the inside she was wonder what she did to deserve this.

"I don't want to talk to you. I don't like you anymore. Why do you have to be my sister? My twin at that. Your so....lame."

Kim was cut deep. Her heart felt like jumping out of her chest. What happened to Konnie? She always loved her company. Especially being her sister. And she used to think she was cool.

"Fine! Don't talk to me then!" Kim tried to hide her sadness and stormed to her room. Hot tears falling from her face. She broke down on her bed. Sobbing and wishing someone was their who cared about her.

After a long time of sobbing she grew tired and exhausted. She decided she needed some sleep. She payed her hard down softly on her pillow. Hopefully everything would be fine.

Setting-4

Once Kim woke up from her nap she could smell food downstairs. She was hungry. Finally dinner.

Kim slowly made her way downstairs, dreading the thought of having to sit with her sister, which she had never done before. At least she could talk to her parents. If she could brings herself to do so.

She sat down at the dinner table and picked up herself fork. It was quiet, when usual there was conversation here and their. About the band, Kim's inventions, and the occasional conversation about the twins in Grojband.

That's it. Kim would start conversation and get things to feel normal. She smiled weakly. "So there's then new invention I'm planing on doing. It's call-"

"Please Kim. Restrain from such foolish topics." Her mother didn't look up from her plate.

"What?" Kim couldn't believe this. It wasn't Peaceville's bazaro day. Why was everyone being so weird! Against her....

"Never did like that side of you. Or most thing you would talk about." Her father said, not daring to look into her eyes. How could this be her family that once loved her. She didn't even know them anymore.

"Me either." Konnie joined in. That did it Kim stood up from the table.

"Where are you going?" Her mother asked.

"I'm not hungry." Kim said storming back up to her room. She pulled her bandana over her nose. Hot tear swelled with anger and depression rolled down her cheeks. She closed and locked her door, laying down her bed once again. She picked up her phone for some kind of security. She needed someone.

Kin.

He was the only one being nice to her this entire time. She texted him.

Hey can we talk?

Kim stared at the screen for a minute, wiping the tears away, waiting for a reply. After what seemed like hours of waiting Kim gave up. Maybe he's busy. She thought. He has his own life. Ok just talk to him tomorrow. With that she herd thunder crack outside and suddenly her room disappeared. She was transferred to a hill with luscious green grass and sunny weather.

Setting-5

Kim looked up on her knees. It was a grave. Standing by itself. She took a few moments to focus. She read the grave, glued to the ground.

Konnie Kagima

Loving sister and daughter.

The date ran from when Kim and Konnie had been born to the current date with a future year. Konnie would have been 16. Tears welled in Kimberly's eyes again. How could this have happened. Then she read on.

Tragically died in a car accident

No. NO. NO! They where twins! No matter what happened they where not supposed to split up. How could this have happened without her! Was she not there? Kim looked around for anything else. Once she turned her head left she something. More specifically someone.

"Kin?" Kim blinked. Why was he here?

"You know it's all your fault right?" Kin stared at the grave. His emotion was cold. He was dressed in all black. He looked tired.

"How?" She asked. She needed answers.

"Do you not remember? She was mad at you and took a drive to get away from you. On her drive, she got hit by a drunk driver. If it wasn't for you she would still be here. Kon would still have someone to love." Kim's heart fell apart. It was all her fault. But in a way, she wasn't the one who turned her back completely on her family. But she didn't die. Kim sobbed more tears.

"I'm sorry..."

"Don't be." Kin said clearly mad. "And don't ever talk to me again." Kim sobbed more as Bella rang at a nearby church. He vision faded to black. She slung the machine of her head when she became aware of her surroundings.
