After Double Life everyone returned to their servers.
Scar hasn't seen Grian ever since they died.
So when they appeared at HermitCraft Spawn he looked around immediately.
He then saw Grian.
"Grian!" He rushed over to his Soulmate.
He noticed him flinch.
"Are you okay..?" He said softly pulling him into a warm embrace.
"Too loud.." He heard the smaller mutter in pain.
He carefully covered Grian's ears, avoiding the feathers behind them.
He noticed the others looking at Grian in sympathy.
"A warden's shriek is definitely the worst way to go." Pearl said softly.
Everyone silently agreed.
Suddenly there was a commotion and they saw the other hermits rushing towards them.
Gem pulled Pearl into a tight hug.
"Your finally back!" She exclaimed.
Scar looked at the hermits welcome them back happily.
He suddenly felt his shirt getting wet.
He looked at Grian and noticed his face was scrunched up in pain and tears were falling.
"I-it hurts Scar.." He whispered.
"I know Grian." Scar said softly.
He couldn't tell the others to quiet down without yelling, and that wouldn't help the situation.
Xisuma seemed to notice something was wrong.
"Is Grian okay..?"
Everyone began to quiet down and look towards them.
"I'm so sorry I forgot about Grian!" Cleo quietly exclaimed.
The other double lifers nodded guiltily.
Scar noticed Grian's ears were bleeding and he took his hands off them.
Grian flinched.
"Please.. make it stop.." Grian looked at Scar tearfully.
"What's wrong with Grian?" Mumbo asked, concern radiating off of him.
Grian let out a sob and pulled his hair to try and distract himself from the pain.
"Hey, Grian calm down.." He grabbed Grian's hands.
"It's so loud.." he whispered.
