-Season 10-

    Grian had been stressing a lot over his base recently. He just could not get the colour right on this build. It had been bothering him for a while and had resulted in him missing some sleep.

    Grian had been a bit sleep deprived when he decided to take a break. He decided he could go explore the other hermits' bases for some inspiration. Grian started with the other members of Magical Mountain. He went through Scar's and Mumbo's and he was quite impressed. They had both been doing well in building. Mumbo especially, since it was not something he normally focused on.

    Eventually Grian reached Joel's base. The new hermit had done quite a lot in a short timespan so Grian was enamoured by how detailed the city was. As he walked through it, he began to feel quite immersed in the city. It felt a lot like Japan. Due to Grian being sleep-deprived, he began to think he was actually in Japan.

    At some point, Grian came across Joel adding a few new details to one of the buildings. Joel glanced back at Grian, "Oh, hey Grian. What brings you here? Come to admire my absolutely amazing and perfect base?" He said jokingly.

   Grian seemed to take a moment to understand what Joel said. "私は自分のビルドの1つに取り組むことから休憩を取っています." He looked a bit like a zombie.

   "Excuse me?" Joel blinked. He was not sure what language Grian was speaking. It definitely was not English though. Then he took in Grian's appearance. "You look dead."

   Grian looked offended at that. "すみません？！私はしません !" He spoke in Japanese again, making Joel look a bit annoyed.

  "What are you speaking? Is that Japanese-?! Actually no, that doesn't matter. Time for bed, Grian!" Joel began to lead him away. "Let's go."

   Grian shockingly did not protest. He just slumped slightly as Joel led him back to his base and to his nest. Joel made sure he got comfortable. "When you wake up, if I find out it's Japanese you were speaking, which I'm pretty sure it is, I'm going to be so annoyed! I've been struggling to write the right words for my base for ages when all this time I could have just come to you!" He ranted a bit as Grian curled up under the covers.

   Joel chuckled slightly as Grian's breathing evened out. He smiled as he left to go back to his base.

   This wasn't that good and it was a bit short but I hope you like it! This was one of the requests I got. I hope I got Joel's personality right. I've been watching him but I'm not used to writing personalities like that, lol.

   Also fun fact, I'm actually learning Japanese. I know basic words and can read semi-fluently (with Hiragana and Katakana, not Kanji).

  Also Grian said "I'm taking a break from working on one of my builds." And "Excuse me?! I do not!"   I did have to use a translator for some of the words because I haven't learned half of them yet, so I apologise for any mistakes!
