TheOriginalHoyle here is what I use :) all are free too! honestly it's all about finding the right filters to use and making the covers or manips look good. If you wanna learn how to make manips I suggest checking out oceaneyes15 tutorial book for them she used PicsArt and it's soo simple to learn! :)

Superimpose Studio- used to erase backgrounds to make pngs

PicsArt- I use for editing/collages, used to build the covers if I want to add multiple pngs to a background

Pinterest, We Heart It, Tumblr and google- I use for pictures

I also use google for PNGs, wattpad cover templates, and overlays.

WinZip- for files I download from Deviantart

Deviantart- wonderful for pngs, and varies resources for covers, back grounds templates, etc.

Polarr- filters

Desygner & Book covers by Desygner- for cover templates at times

Canva- has all the cool templates I use for my book covers

Social Dummy-used for fake posts

WhatsFake- fake texts or you can use Social Dummy too they have a fake WhatsApp :)
