I am nothing but a shadow

A small buzz in the background of everyone's lives

I speak but no one knows

I scream but no hears

People forget my name

In a crowd I'm just another face

A dark cloud glooming down

Hurting and harming everyone around

And as I lie there on the concrete road

Cars passing by like lightening

Ignoring the sad girl who has given up on life

I wonder, does anyone really care?

I could be gone in an instant

And no one would shed a single tear.
