The night ended with a major storm and the felling of few trees in and around Greendale. But what the citizens didn't know was a young boy who didn't deserve what he had gotten in life was either alive or dead.

The Black Circle and Inspector Michael Martin didn't exactly have a spectacular history,most of it was fighting against each other or just finding a way to finish what had been started long ago.

Timothy, had been in the gang for the longest of time, Neil and Shawn were best of friends and were inseparable. Tessa and Shawn were young loves of the town but, did her decision cause Shawn his life?

Tessa wakes up at the alarming noise of her door pounding, she wakes up with a snap and gasps for air. She looks around the room and then at the door and groans.

"I'm not ready for round two yet" she replies irritated, yesterday she had arrived home extremely late and the news of her to have joined The Black Circle didn't go well with her parents, as expected.

"Get out now!" She hears her dad yell, she quickly slips on her robe and opens the door to reveal a tensed Mr Gray.

"What's the matter?" Tessa questions confused.

"Micheal's down here" Mr Gray quickly nods and drags his daughter down the flight of stairs.

"Tessa Gray?" the inspector asks.

"You know it Mr Martin" she scoffs and recieves a glare from her parents.

"I see you've joined The Black Circle " he points and her tattoo disgusted.

"It's better than what you do for a living" she hisses.

"Ofcourse Tessa, joined The Black Circle and you are already in trouble" the inspector smirks.

"I'm sorry you must have the wrong Tessa, have you tried Tessa Taylor?" She asks crossing her arms.

"You are under arrest for the murder of Shawn Mendes" the inspector calmly informs.

"You found him?" She asks as her eyes widen.

"We didn't, but we found footage, we'll find him soon, more like you'll tell us where" the inspector tells her as he handcuffs her hands together.

"Mom? Dad?" Tessa questions hoping for them to help her.

"We can't do anything how sweetheart, just don't say anything, we'll bring our lawyer" Tessa's mom comforts her before Martin could pull her out of the Gray mansion.

Seven days, alone in a rotting cellar where once upon time existed actual murderers can be one hell of an experience. Tessa had been stuck in this cell since the day she had been arrested which was exactly a week ago, that didn't mean her nightmares of seeing Shawn getting shot stopped every time she fell asleep.

What troubled her was that, she didn't know if Shawn was alive or if he had fought death. Everyday she'd hope he'd show up at her cell and comfort her. But one day, Neil and Timothy showed up. Timothy was angrier than ever, he had lost his son.
As for Neil, he was angry but when he heard her side of the story he felt much better.

"Get up" another incharge bangs on her cellar gates making her groans in frustration. She looked like she hadn't taken bath images,though it was partly true. "Make yourself more presentable" he yells at her, Tessa was already frustrated and hurt than she already had been, this man had been pushing the limits.

Tessa snapped, she immediately pushes him and throws him across the floor.

"I'm not a murderer!"she yells as !ore guards envelope her and take her out safely.

The court hearing neared and Tessa's legs began shivering, her mom spots her and runs as fast as she possibly could and engulfs her in a hug.

"I'll ensure you get out soon sweety, for you have done this town a favour of killing that imbecile" Mrs Gray whispers into her ear and Tessa looks at her with disbelief.

"Silence!" The judge informs and all the witnesses sit down.

One of the judge walks forth and smirks at Tessa, he slyly looks at the Tessa and then back at the judge.

"I'm speaking for Blake Barimore, who has been accused by this woman here to have killed Shawn Mendes" he nods. "What else proof is required than a video of her shooting the deceased?" He asks and the judge requests for the video.

Tessa stares at the video stunned. The video has been captured in a perfect angle, which made it look like the bullet came from Tessa's hands as her hands are right infront of her body, she looks at Blake with tears in her eyes.

"What do you have to say?" Blake's lawyer questions Tessa.

"You shall not speak to my client but to me Theodore" A woman stands up, whom Tessa assumed to be her lawyer appointed by Timothy, she raises her hand and the equality tattoo is visible.

"Penny, I shall speak to you let me finish my sentence, with the judge's permission?" He looks at the judge.

"You may go ahead" the judge approves.

"Why did you kill Shawn? What is your relationship? Aren't you a member of The Black Circle too? How long have you been planning this? Who else was involved? What were your true intentions?" He asks in one go and Tessa panics.

"I- I didn't..." Tessa struggles to finish her sentence before falling flat on the ground flat.

She was having a panic attack.
