"I should probably get going" Tessa pants and Shawn nods, she slowly steps out of the shower with Shawn behind her and suddenly turns back around.

"Woah, you scared me" Shawn giggles.

"I don't have anything to wear" she complains.

"I'll look for something" Shawn smiles, he disappears and is back within ten minutes with a crop sweatshirt and shorts which makes Tessa think hard.

"Did you sneak into my room and get it?" Tessa asks grabbing it from his hand.

"Actually no, it's my girlfriends" Shawn replies with his lips curled up.

Tessa chokes on air and coughs while motioning Shawn to turn the other way round, she quickly slips into his girlfriend's clothes.

"Soo Shawn I didn't know you had a girlfriend" Tessa weakly smiles.

"No one did, we were together for three years before-" he looks down sadly.

"So you aren't together anymore?" She replies with relief.

"We would have if some psychopath hadn't ruthlessly killed her" he chuckles sadly.

"I'm...I'm sorry I didn't know" Tessa says as she places her palm on his shoulder.

"That's okay her name was Kristen" he smiles at her memory.

"Can I know?"

"The man who kidnapped you? His name is Blake, he killed my girlfriend" Shawn sadly looks down.

"You just go to the point don't you?" Tessa asks.

"He was a member of The Black Circle too,we were excellent friends, that's when Kristen joined our gang, me and her immediately clicked but little did I know that Blake clicked too, he was just soo jealous"

"If he liked her why would he kill her?"

"So noo one could have her that's just that simple"

"That absolutely makes no sense, what sort of a sociopath kills someone he likes?"

"He just didn't kill her, spoilt her sacred temple"

"He raped her?"

"That's exactly the word, he changed that just changed him and I doubt if we should talk about him"

"No ofcourse we have to, he's back in town, do you know why?" Tessa intrigues.

"He heard about you" Shawn quietly shrugs.

"Do I have to really ask you word by word, can't you just say it all together?" Tessa asks irritated.

"He thinks we're together and he wants revenge, I got him banished out of The Black Circle, it's payback time probably for him, so he's finding ways to torture me" Shawn says.

"Do you care?" Tessa sadly asks.

"What?" Shawn questions.

"Do you care if something happens to me, I mean would it matter to you?" She asks afraid of what the answer would be.

"Ofcourse I do!" Shawn answers in a duh tone and pulls Tessa into a hug.

"Why didn't you tell me about Blake before?" Tessa asks as she inhales Shawn's cologne, damn he smelt good.

"I thought you wouldn't be able to take it"

Tessa pulls herself away from the hug and gives Shawn a confused look and stares at his beautiful eyes.

"What?" Shawn scratches the back of his head as Tessa giggles.

"I like you" Tessa smiles, Shawn slowly pecks her lips and returns the smile.

"Soo my lady, what do you want to do today?" Shawn tickles her.

"I want to know more" Tessa argues smacking Shawn's hand off her body.

"You really have to be the kill joy don't you?" Shawn says frowning.

"Come on lover boy" she claps her hand ready to listen to the story.

"Your brother and Hugh were best of friends" Shawn sighs.

"What?" Tessa asks with a combined emotion of confusion and disbelief.

"See that's why I didn't want to tell you" he shakes his head.

"No I want to know" she says moving closer to him.

"Your brother...was part of The Black Circle too, he was definitely Timothy's favourite but Hugh's favourite was Blake, they were inseparable untill Blake decided to sexually abuse my...we all assumed Blake had a part to play in this" Shawn breaks it to her.

"No my brother would never do such a thing" Tessa says gulping.

"I'm sorry Tessa he himself agreed, I mean atleast he was remorseful" Shawn curls his lips.

"I need to find out why my brother exactly suicided!" Tessa exclaims.
