~Author's Note~

In, "Season 4, Episode 5: Haunt You Every Day" Callie reveals to Miranda that Izzie and George slept together, along with everyone else. Everyone treated her with total contempt. One of these is particularly for me shocking between Izzie and Christina. Who knew. Then Christina confronts Izzie about her (Izzie) sleeping with George, while he was married. Izzie brings up how Meredith slept with a married, meaning Derek. Then she mentions the fact that when Meredith does something and she is forgiven and then Izzie does something and everyone makes a big deal out of it. Christina says Izzie is that she is an outsider and not part of their team, and then she walked away from her.

In this one-shot, Christina and Izzie still have that confrontation, but what if she says, when Izzie says that Meredith was involved with a married man and everyone let it slide, and then when she was not apart of the team and Christina said, "Yeah, you're right. You are not part of the team", then she walks away.

What if this time, Christina says, "That was different Meredith didn't know that Derek was married and she got involved with him. That's different from you and George, you knew that he and Callie were married and you did it anyway.

(No one's POV)

Izzie and Christina are walking down the staircase in silence. Christina had been given Izzie, well everybody been giving Izzie the cold shoulder. So, finally she turns around and says, "Alright I can't take it anymore, I want my friend's back. I can't take it anymore".

Christina just ignored her, "Come on, Christina. Do you think that George's and Callie's marriage was going to last? I might have just saved themselves from pain, more pain they already had, in their marriage".

Christina just stares at her, did she just say that? She did.

"It doesn't matter. You slept with another women's husband", Christina said.

"So, did Meredith, but everyone lets it slide by", Izzie argued back.

Christina just kept on staring at her, Oh, now she has done it. "That was different. Yes, Meredith did sleep with Derek, who was married, yes but that was different cause she didn't know that he was married. So, not only did you do it, but you did it and you knew that he (George) was married, yet you still did it. That's the difference between you and her", and with that she left Izzie on the staircase, alone.

This story-line was also one of the ones of the many story-lines that I didn't care for, it's one I have a love/hate reaction to.

DISCLAIMER: Just wanted to say, so there's not any misunderstandings that I approve of infidelity or people cheating on each other. But, it's like a trainwreck, which you don't want to watch, but at the same time you are compelled to watch it unfold.
